Horrible, horrible experience. The staff is so rude and act like they’re doing us a favour by even standing in the store and that they’d be somewhere else. Wouldn’t cooperate, wouldn’t answer any questions properly, wouldn’t help us with anything. By far, the WORST customer service I have ever seen in any store. There was this white girl with black hair and a tattoo, idek why she was working there because all she did was stand around and when I asked questions she would beckon her coworkers to help me. The Asian girl at the cash was so dry and rude, was just counting down minutes until her shift was over, I had questions about the exchange policy because my pair of shoe was messed up and all she said was ‘you can find all the policies online’!!!! If I wanted to order online, I would’ve!!!!! The only person that seemed to have any interest in doing their job was this light skin boy who kept bringing out shoes from the back but even for questions he was very dismissive..... Never returning to this location again, if I didn’t need to desperately buy winter boots I never would’ve gone. It was such an unwelcome experience in the store, they need better staff. Wish there was an option for 0 stars, no joke. Clearly they were not taught even THE BASICS of customer service, will be going to the adult footlocker later as these employees were of no help and ushered me and my sister out of the store with defected materials(they have scratches, stains) and will be complaining to the manager there of the horrible service at Kids, hopefully they have better customer service. Don’t go here, you’ll be wasting your time and money on people who just count minutes till their shift ends. EDIT: went to exchange my pair because they had all sorts of scratches and marks on it despite me never wearing them, went to the front cash and the cashier there VISIBLY ROLLED HER EYES AT ME when I said I wanted to exchange my shoes and then said you’ll have to ask one of the associates to help you with that and then looked at me real hard indicating that she was done with me and I had to move outta the line and find myself a store associate, there were only 2 store associates and they were busy so I patiently waited behind a store associate that was attending to a lady, WAITING for my turn and the store associate sees me from the corner of his eyes after a few minutes and says ‘Is there a problem?’ WERE THESE EMPLOYEES EVER TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE And I tell him what I need and he says he’ll go check the back and he goes inside the room for I kid you not, 30 seconds and comes out and says sorry that size isn’t available and goes back to talking to the girl behind the cashier. Will be going to Yorkdale or Fairview, NEVER EVER go to this location. You’re better of going to adult footlocker or champs.

Went in today to purchase a shoe and the sales person who was really young stood across the room and waited for me to come to her to ask her what I wanted and when she didn't follow me to the shoe rack I had to bring it to her and ask her if they had a particular one in stores. She basically brushed me off and said it only comes in a bigger size. I was frustrated so I went to the regular foot locker store across the hall from them and they had waaaaaayyyy better service. The sales person came to me, asked me what I wanted we looked at the shoes together, she even made suggestions of me ordering the shoe and having it sent to the store if I liked. She even was going to get her manager to tell her about my experience at the kids footlocker but I was over it all. So KIDS FOOTLOCKER.....horrible customer service. REGULAR FOOTLOCKER is way better with there service.

Stood in the store for 20 mins before finally being asked if I'm "ok", by what seemed to be a manager, or the oldest employee in the store. A bunch of young teenagers and rude employees. I asked one young man what size does the displayed kid sizes go up to he said "3" and walked away Never once was I asked if I needed help. I had to approach the one and only female employee who was assisting another customer for a size. It took me at least 30-35 mins to buy my son a simple pair of Jordens while 3-4 employees did nothing with an unapproachable attitude and demeanour. I am all for hiring young people but this was unacceptable. Customer service training should be top priority for this store because without us, the customer, you don't have a job. If you don't like your job then quit. Will never return to this location.

Alert !Be aware from this store manager and sales persons these people dont have etiquette how to talk with the customer if you will normally ask them to help them they will treat you like as you are not customer, as he is the owner and you are his employee, as you dint came to take anything you came to do work for him. They will not treat you well if you will ask for help in buying the product they will say do it yourself or go out from the shop Please dont go in this shop

Worst customer service I have encountered in my entire life. The problem is top-down beginning with the “manager”, Quincy who has no manners and thinks he can talk to people however he wants. I don’t know where they find these employees tbh but when you have a manager conducting himself like that, it sets a bad example for other employees. Avoid this place like the plague!

My 2nd visit to this store. What a great experience. Akilah, the manager was super helpful and take her times to explained the shoes to me. Giving lots of option. Will be back again for sure. Body language and the service from was great. Own a business myself, this customer service was proven above and beyond.

Trash employees who make snide comments, and stand around all day rather than being productive. It's funny how they think they know everything about their stock, but yet, when I inquired about whether they'd receive shipment of a specific Jordan sneaker, they had no clue what I was talking about.

Staff is friendly and give you suggestion about what will look good on you.They can even give you good discounts on deals if you bargain a bit :p Products are priced good and is in everyone reach. Must visit place be sure to check product here before going anywhere else …

The store has a nice set-up and great location within the mall. Not sure if it was an off day, but employees service was just average on this day. They can improve on that, as gave me no incentive to want to buy from this Foot Locker.

Store workers were very lazy and have way too much attitude. It took me 5 minutes at the register to buy a pair of shoes, because they kept talking to each other. They also never have most sizes in stock.
