Great place for kids under 8yrs. The ONLY place on the island with an indoor amusement centre. Why I have rated it a 3 star? 1. The trampoline area was closed, this was the main attraction for my kids! I wish if the receptionist informed us about it prior entry. 2. I was expecting lots & lots of arcade games but only a few were available and mostly for 8yrs and below thus I couldn't play with my kids (that's where the fun is!). All in all the place is supa! I would recommend it to all parents with kids under the age of 8yrs or maybe 10. Just make sure the trampoline area is open too! I also had breakfast at the cafessarie outlet while waiting for the kids to finish which was convenient. I hope they add more arcade machines for kids 12yrs+ in the near future and also the staff to be proactive and inform the customers prior entry if theres an area that's closed or under maintenance.

This is the best place for children in mombasa, I mean I used to always wonder where to take my kids so that they are safe and enjoy themselves, the first day kidzania opened we were among the first ones, it's the perfect place for kids literally, the staff are so friendly, and the place has everything a child can always dream of, and to top it up, it's a great stress reliever for the parents to watch their kids enjoy the finest kids play and fun filled rides mombasa has to offer. Everyone who goes in with certain expectations certainly gets it exceeded beyond their expectations as everyone leaves with nothing but 'Colgate Smiles all over' that leaves the whole mall shining. Welcome to kidzania the childrens play paradise!! :D

NO WIFI! Located on the top floor, I have mixed opinions on the place. As is typical with Kenya, entry is not uncomplicated. For a first timer, you need to purchase a membership card for 200KES and sign some form. Entry is limited to 1 adult per child, and the option to pay 500KES for an extra adult. However, we had a young member who didn't want to play so we offered to pay the 500 to just enter. They absolutely refused which didn't really make sense. The slides were really good and toddler play area was adequate. Cost is similar to what we pay abroad, so might be expensive for locals. Overall, worth a first time visit but don't see us returning anytime soon.

This place is great for kids to burn off energy. They have a Big and amaizing size play area, and everything is adequately padded for the safety of your kid. They even have a toddler safe area for kids up to 3. My 3 year old could stay here from open to close. There are little rides (tokens needed) and at a small fee. If you get hungry, they have a decent snack bar too. Oh, sometimes free parentental sessions eg Drshrutihomeopathy, the lady was amaizing. Not forgetting their friendly and caring staffs. The washrooms are clean and shinny at all time. I love kidzania and wish for more branches to be opened all over the country. Thank you ♡

Hello everyone, If you are looking for a great indoor play park for your little ones, Kidzania is perfect. My son is four and he loves it. I also enjoy the trampoline while he plays too. Who says adults can not have fun? I am a child at heart. The area is well air conditioned not too cold just right. The soft play area is a plus plus for little ones. The arcade several games. I gave it four stars because I think there could be more activities for the kids for example, certain days where they get like storytime and maybe a structured playtime.

Excellent and safe place to play around for kids. We had a great time. Real value for money and would surely visit regularly...We would also recommend to our friend circle... I brought my kids and little brother they had a blast. As a mom really enjoyed and had more fun, felt safe for my kids & what empresses me more, the place is clean, very safe for kids health. The satfs are too friendly to kids & active too. Thanks to the Kidzania Founder for bringing this best & safe place for our kids.

This place is an all time fav of my kids!!! The staff so courteous, the massive play area...the interiors...oh I can go on n on praising this place!! Found it to b super good. They even have a nice little cafe inside which surely adds extra stars to the over all experience u get there. It's definitely also an excellent venue for bday parties!! Every adult can bring out their inner child here!! surely coming back for more fun times with my kids!!!

Horrible first experience. If you're here for a nice mall experience and want to bring you're kids somewhere nice please don't. They are quick to scam you and tale you're money with unnecessary stuff you don't even need, plus the kids area is very dangerous and hazardous. Coming from UAE I was so impressed to see the Kidzania here in Kenya. My son had a blast! The environment was so entertaining and colorful, the staff so polite and friendly and the whole place so clean and hygiene including the washroom area! Great place to bond with your little one/s! Definitely worth 5 stars!

I can’t thank enough the person who made kidzania exist in mombasa...I always wished to get such a cool place for my kids to play freely without getting hurt and making themselves dirty and here it is my wish became true after the opening of kidzania☺️☺️I just love the place and my kids are crazy for kidzania

Kidzania is the best indoor play area for kids all ages , it's such a wonderful place to take kids on weekends and holidays since there is no other place to go in mombasa. The environment makes the kids happy and busy. The place is clean and the staff are friendly aswell.

I've been here twice 1st in 2021 and 2023 December.The place is awesome for kids Kid's safety 9/10 Ambience 10/10 Staff reception 10/10. I'll never get tired of visiting this place.

Fantastic place for the kids, they played non stop for over 5 hours. Only thing that let it down was the cafe was closed so nowhere to get food or coffee
