Horrible slow facilities, rude staff, the black guy and Indian guy! Not knowledgeable staff, one of their colleagues told me,I can print stuff from my laptop as long as I'm the member of the Library. When I intended to do so,I've been told, that I can't! It took me 30min, to log in on their facilities and send docs to printer, then I was told I still can't, because the machine is not working! No one has briefed me, that you need to book a computer first when I registered. Very time consuming, it shouldn't take that long to simply print papers out! In the end, after 30min waiting, I had to abandon my intentions, as it was going to take even longer. Ridiculous. And more important, staff is not helpful at all, they are lazy even to explain you things properly, very unpleasant service.

I love this library, all my 4 kids love coming to get books. At ages of 24,23,18 and 13 years. The staff are so kind, helpful, sweet and iI have been at the knitting and crochet group for over 10 years now. People complain we are too noisy but we were put in the Quite Study Area after covid. We tell the students sorry as we are a crochet/ knitting class and we talk and help each other. And the students don't mind. People who complain about us please tell us where we need to go There is no room for us and we are only 1 day a week for a few hours. Thank you.

The building is very nice with a lot of daylight and potential but the space isn't utilised well. There's a lot of space that could accommodate more people. There wasn't much effort to keep visitors quiet especially in the study area which is disappointing and the alarm kept going off every 20-30 mins. It was very distracting, not what I'd expect from a library. The location is great if you want to step out for lunch with a M&S food nearby a great fish and chip shop(Mr Fish) as well as lots of cafés.

First up - a library in a posh but poor borough receiving poor reviews from folks who have made mistakes and have a total lack of understanding of what a community space and library is now. IF they were to accept that this resource is a valuable and important part of the local community maybe they could understand that staff are not there to clean up and sush people. But to provide a space the allows as many users to enjoy it as possible. A hard thing to balance

It is one of my favorite location library , very convenient surrounded with facilities. Although the staff is very ignorant , the quiet area is always occupied by kind of a stitching knitting etc club members which is never quiet ! Study area is ok ,but again loud people on the phone without any warning from the staff :( I noticed a young alert woman recruited,so fingers crossed ! I will recommend grabing headphones if you pop in for studying ...

I went to Kilburn library 2 days in a row for the 1st time and although I was not able to print from my phone or their pc, the customer service I received on both days from different staff members was priceless. Polite and professional at all times was a pleasure to see and receive. Thank you staff members for all your help and support.

There is no respect here for people trying to read and concentrate. The staff too, talking loud for long time don't care at all of the guests. They are supposed to keep the environment silent but they just don't care. Awful place for a library. Rather go to a local coffee shop; it's more quiet

Very safe, nice and still friendly. My last visit to kilburn library was in 2019 pre covid. It really feel good to go back and touch books, the smell of papers. The silence of the place. Awesome experience, for a lover of reading like me, I am back. And I am bringing all my ducklings.

Kilburn Library is more than just a place to read; it's a place to grow, connect, and discover. I highly recommend it for its extensive resources, friendly staff, and the sense of community it fosters. It's a valuable asset for the neighbourhood.

Staff are friendly and helpful, good workspace and some good books. Improvement points are the outdated browser on the computers and having seating in the garden - it's a shame that space can't be used in warm weather

  • Sylvia Cecilia

A pleasant library that is well utilised by locals. Use of toilet on site. Position of computers not great and layout of library could be better. I would recommend a visit.

  • Thomas Proshowski

Marvelous place for study and socializing with new wonderful people. The best library in the local area and it should be awarded by council with huge money grant

  • Eleanor Cull

Very helpful staff and a good selection of books. Lots of seats and tables to work and read from. A great place to get information about local events.

  • Judit Ordoñez

It’s a clean and well equipped place. But it is impossible to study, there is a lot of noise of children screaming and people talking. Horrible.

  • Rahima Hussain

Quite a loud atmosphere for a library and the toilet is a MESS but the most annoying thing is that it's so cold.. is there no heating?

  • Amira Jabang

Its a good space to use and to study is really specious too. However the staff there are really rude with an attitude and unhelpful.

  • K

The staff are so loud, especially the older gentleman. I don't think they fully understand that it's not an office but a library!

  • JohnRichard Hayes

not a library environment, more like a social gathering !!
