This station is ramp access only. TFL staff take note it is not a small step a wheelchair can bump over, the train is a good 4 inches lower than the platform. Had to block train doors to get train drivers attention to then call for assistance. Grateful to station staff & passers by who helped alert driver & get us of the train.

This place is terrible, I asked for a mango milkshake and they gave me a vanilla!!! When I came back in they said it was mango and they needed to use vanilla and then proceeded to usher me out of the store. If I had a say don’t go in there.

The station is extremely useful as it is wheelchair friendly and it has a coffee shop right inside it so that is very ideal for busy rush hour times. The station is also situated right next to the high road

Great area, great RC Church, Sacred Heart Quex Rd, several train station's, great variety of shops, great place to eat. Lovely pub with friendly staff & customers. Load's to do, something for everyone.

I had an awful experience... We landed at Stansted airport, and we arrived at our room 5 hours later! The stations didn't had an elevator and Google Maps wasn't notified us.

Helpful staff and I love the book swap just inside the main entrance. Someone left a copy of Private Eye - I took it home and loved reading it. Thank you mystery stranger!

I really like the staff here - they're like a little train family busily being kind aunty and uncle to you when you would otherwise be miserable and transitory.

Lost our wallet tonight (24th Oct 2021). Supervisor on duty (Jeff?) maybe it possible to retrieve the lost item and recover all cards and driving license.

Kilburn underground station is conveniently situated by kilburn high road and is a zone 2 station of Jubilee line.

It’s perfect as it has all you need - a lift and a coffee shop. Other stations should watch and learn!
