First time I've ever been to a physiotherapist. When I walked in and saw the small frame of the person I was to see, i thought, waste of time, no way she could manipulate someone with my build. I was so wrong on so many levels, Maddie has in a few short visits, improved my day to day pain struggles better than I could have hoped for. Amazing, I couldn't recommend high enough.

Absolutely fantastic physio. I have been to many others but Courtney takes the time to explain why and how everything works and what the treatment is for. I never feel rushed, and feel fine to ask questions even if they sound a bit "dumb". I had a long term injury which is no longer a problem due to treatments and advice on how to exercise without exacerbating any injuries.

The building is great, and has plenty of room and car parking. Inside has a very friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend Courtney Gum, she makes the time to explain everything in great detail, and you can ask her anything and she is very good to communicate with! She has excellent knowledge and experience. Very happy with her service :)

We had a great time providing first aid training to the staff at Kinetic Balance Physio. They are a great bunch of people who are very knowledgable and always have time to answer all of your questions.

Courtney is a fantastic physio, she helped me with a knee problem and more importantly helped show my partner and I how to help our baby boy when he was struggling with gas through some basic massage.

Courtney is amazing! I could talk about how she continues to help me with my mobility but more important, she has jelly beans!
