This is an established outlet of the King's confectioner bakery chain store nearby the Giant supermart. The place is clean but not brightly litted. It offers a good range of bakery products from bread to tarts to cakes. The self-service set up is easy to follow. After picking the bread just go to the counter and pay. Cashier counter crew is courteous and helpful. We bought some portuguese tart for teabreak later. The prices are reasonable. Parking is available earlier in the morning.

The cashier service attitude is bad. I walked in to redeem my egg tart with Shopee Voucher and there's only few tarts left on shelf, it was only 11am, business started not long ago. The cashier mentioned the egg tarts were overnight and were left over from yesterday. She said if don't like it just leave it, they not going to bake new tarts today. Never thought King's is still selling overnight left over bakery. Will never come back again, worst in town!

On 26.2.23 bought 5+1 egg tart, unfortunately it's served in aluminium mold.The tart is crushed upon to eat. Please baked in normal tart pan in future. The Malay girl cashier not so friendly. Senyum lah sikit,bila customer tanya about your roti(bukannya sedap sangat pun)jawab lah dengan ikhlas. Kalau rasa tk nk kerja,pergi kerja bidang lain.

Always good service from Aida . She is very helpful and answers the phone when I want to ask about choco rice ball stocks. My only feedback is to not add colour rice to the chocolate rice ball. Keep it original , most customers prefer it

Very disappointed with the service. They put the wrong labelled price. Instead of saying sorry they just ignored the customer. Not even close to giving back the changes. This would be the last time I will go buying thing there.

We order salted caramel. The cake inside is too dry and outside is butter cream which bakers no longer use. Have some walnut inside but also not fresh. Do not ever order here

Not variety. They keep making the same type. On average there were less than 10 types.
