I bought a car in October 2018 from King Cars for a fair value. The salesman , Morne , was very helpful and the sale went through in 3 days. In June 2019, I had my car engine overheat and had to have it towed. I did take the extended warranty on the car , thanx to King Cars. So there should have been no problems. My car was sent to a local RMI qualified workshop as required and after one week they determined that the issue is the oil cooler and it needed to be replaced. The repair was authorized and the parts have a 21 day waiting period. I called the extended warranty insurance company who informed me that the car hire for this period is only when the parts arrive and does not cover the waiting periods for parts. I needed a vehicle for work and felt that I was cheated by the T&C's. I discussed the matter with Morne and Van Zyl from King Cars and seeing my frustration and predicament the gave me a car rent free for this period. I am thankful to King Cars for their effort and assistance and will definitely make future purchases from the Bellville Branch. Thank you King Cars.
