5 stars, best service, best products, I have no regrets. Before I found Bobby at King Electronics I used to stress about where to buy phone cases and get my phone fixed. Now I know I don't need to keep buying new phone cases and I don't have to get my phone fixed every 2 months because he treats his customers with care and actually gets the job done! Bobby always treats me and my poor iPhone so good!! Before I got a phone case at his store, I used to break my phone so often but he would have it looking brand new within 30 minutes, every single time. And once I got a phone case and screen protector from his store, I never had to go back to fix my phone! There wasn't even a scratch on it for over 5 months until I got a new phone and that's really insane for someone like me who is prone to breaking their phone so often. It all goes to show that his products are extremely good quality for great prices. I just got the iPhone 13 and I headed straight to King Electronics because I knew I'd be able to trust Bobby to give me the best phone case and screen protector along with great service and good prices. I don't really write google reviews but I had to for King Electronics because the service here is unbeatable and Bobby has done god's work to make my life easier!!! He does it for the quality of his products and happiness of his customers, not for money and thats just so hard to find! Very grateful very happy. Thank you Bobby!!!

OMG! I can’t be thankful enough to Bob and his team. My niece broke my MacBook Air screen and I called Apple to seek how much it will cost to get it fixed. I was told by both Apple store and Best Buy that it won’t cost less than $700 to get the whole screen replaced. I was so devastated by the news I received from them. I then went online and found KingElectronics and took my laptop over there. The owner of the store”Bob” was super nice and professional. He took in my laptop and within 3 days, he replaced the entire screen for an affordable price. My laptop rn looks so much new and nicely repaired. Thank you KingElectonics for the awesome work done. I had a special situation that involved soldering some wires on my phone. I'm in Jersey and couldn't get any "repair" shops to help me out. I work out here in NY and was also hung up on by "repair" shops in the Bronx. These guys were incredibly friendly and invited me to the store... I assumed I'd be leaving the phone there, as I was there on lunch from work. They got right to work and I was out of there before I was missed! Will's soldering was very clean. A true technician which, according to my experience, is incredibly difficult to find in the tri state area. Excellent service. Easy on the wallet. Do yourself a favor, look no further.

I went to this store so I can get my phone repaired, it had an issue of restarting over and over again so I thought it would be a good idea. I come back the day after and I paid 70 dollars for the phone, I expected it to work again but I still had issues with it shutting down and restarting a lot. I am fully convinced that they didn’t really do much to fix my phone or it wasn’t much of a effort put into it. If they didn’t have the ability to fix it then they could’ve told me and I would have gone about my day…but no, they just wanted my money and I ended up getting the shorter end of the stick…

I originally walked in off the street to get a cracked iPhone 5c screen and home button replaced. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the repair job was swift and finished within mere minutes. I consider it a plus that the store accepted credit when many places in my own neighborhood only take cash for repair jobs. My phone looked as good as new. I was so pleased I went as far as to look around at some other merchandise before I walked out. I'd recommend this store if you're in a pinch and looking for a reliable place. I've had no problem with my repairs and am glad I wandered in.

This sells refurbished and used items. They also take your phone to fix and then give you someone else's phone back. Then the owner Bobby is the worse business owner to deal with he talks over you and try to downplay the mistakes that he has made. If you have any issues with this business contact the bbb (better business bureau) and consumer affairs because the owner thinks that he can do whatever he wants and thinks he's not regulated by anyone. Bobby is such a nice person him is the best.very nice over the phone i know him thru my wife my note 10 plus was damage by accident in Jamaica and him go all the way to fix it for me when i have have it in Jamaica no one in Jamaica could fix it and then i call him and him tell me to send it back up and him will fix it my note 10 plus feel so brand new now from him fix it great great job bobby u are the best i will never stop support up cant wait to come up and meet u in person bless up

My screen on my iPhone 6 Plus broke didn't know where to go so I google and King Electronics was the first place to come up and happy it did I took my phone there to be fix they only took 15mins and when they finish my glass look really good it looks just like the glass that came with my iPhone 6 Plus and also was given a free screen protector I would recommend anyone here I would give king Electronics a thumbs up

I went in here to see about having my brother's cell phone repaired. The gentleman at the counter took a look and explained that it needed a new USB port as well as a new screen. However, he went on to say that he didn't think the cost would be worth it, and recommended that I look at buying a refurbished phone on Amazon. He was really a class act and I will definitely look to bring him my business in the future.

I found this company by searching Google and I can say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. 1. Their customer service is noteworthy 2. Their phone services are remarkable. They fixed my Galaxy S9 and made it brand new and did more than what I paid for. I would definitely refer persons to this place. Great job my friends.

These people actually know what they are doing compared to the other place I went to . Bobby is the manager and he is awesome. He provided great service at a reasonable price. Willy is the phone repair man and he is too cool. This is the only place I would go to for cellphone or laptop repairs.

You don’t get what you pay for...you get 10x more. It’s mad cheap to fix an iPhone XR & the quality of the screen is really good They fixed my moms battery & also helped when she was having a bit of difficulty w/ her phone. Been to this store a few times & will 100% be back …

I went to fix my boyfriends iPhone X screen. The price was great but the quality of the screens they use is HORRIBLE. I knew it wasn’t an official iPhone screen but for it to crack the same day?! Not worth it AT ALL. Waste of money. Spend it elsewhere.
