I have to get the "18kt"gold teeth I bought from here removed because they are tarnishing. Customer service was bad first red flag I gave the benefit of the doubt because of who the shop belongs to. I was wrong. Pls ppl be careful of what u buy from this place...... It's been over 2mo. Was told to come in but then couldn't tell me who to speak with, nowhere near the way remember king Johnny operated, sorry to say I've never witnessed anything like this.. going to get a purity test done on them once removed we gone see how true this guy really is

Ask if they had a particular piece I was looking for. The guy sent me something in my DM and gave me the price. He then asked for my email and state so he could send a invoice. I sent the information and didn't hear back from him. Next day I hit him up again and still nothing. Looked on his Instagram page and seen the piece he pulled for me and it said SOLD. Wasn't even man enough to tell me, or even offer another option. I bought I few things before from them, but never again. More than enough jewelers now a days with better quality.

I’ve been to his store in sharpstown for 2 pairs of earrings and the customer service there was great. I’m mainly writing this review because i ordered a pendant online and it turned out to be out of stock. I got in touch with them through the Instagram page and they offered a refund or let me choose between a few replacements. The replacement pendant ended up being a better one than my original pendant i was going to get. Arrived very quickly.

All I can say is King Johnny got me Shining harder than I've ever shined before. High Quality Gold and Diamonds. I wont buy jewelry from anyone else anymore. Pure drip around my neck and wrist Update: I went and got another grill. Top 8 and Bottom 6 in Yellow Gold and once again Johnny got me shinin bright as lightning. All the way satisfied with the high quality of his Gold. Even in the dark I shine bright. Johnny ain't playin no games!

I have been lied to and humiliated. Johnny custom jewelery is just a scam. They sent an email saying that they sent my package but FedEx stated they have not recieved the package to send to me. I want my money back. I will post this on every site and I've contacted after pay corporation regarding removing your business from their website. They tested my diamonds, and said they where fake, then turned around and tried to sale me diamonds that tested the same, saying they where real. Told me 1000 plus for 8 top 8 bottom gold, when jewelry Johnny prices are way lower, plus still hitting high on rings that go for lower don’t waste your time at this trash spot, it’s 2023 everyone doing grills watches

They have the worst customer service I ordered online they were out of the ring I wanted. Instead of saying out of stock they sent a similar ring and said they thought I might like that one. Which I don’t know who told them that was even an option if I liked I would’ve bought it not only that this ring came with diamond missing. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen.

I ordered some earrings on FATHER'S Day ! My order came 2 days later , I opened the box and there was nothing inside! I called them the next day ,They sent me another pair of earrings! I opened the box and there was only the earring box but no earrings inside ! Still haven't heard back from them ! # I'm very disappointed and want my money back asap !!!

I’ve had a lot of problems with other Jewlers online but These people respond fast they have good customer service and when I recieved my merchandise I was very pleased wit the quality of work and the quality of diamonds they produced. My husband bought a chain with a charm which costed him $1100 and when we went to get it appraised they said it was not solid gold it was gold plated. That is a shame to sell something for that price and it not be solid gold and when we ask about it we get no response.

Was initially happy with my pendant, then after 2-3 months I noticed that one of the diamonds fell out lol. Luckily it’s one of the smaller diamonds so it’s not as noticeable but still how does it fall out after only 2-3 months.
