I wasn't sure if I wanted to take out a membership with this group, purely because of my experience with other low cost gyms, however I was very pleasantly surprised after my very first visit to the Gym Group. The location is great, car park - free, clean and modern building, high quality equipment, pleasant and helpful staff. So yup, so far so good. It's early days but this is my first impression and somehow I don't think I'm going to be disappointed going forwards ... Well I hope

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at King Star Gym.The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. The trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at,they also provide parking validationand accepts online payments. friendly staff and lots of varied equipments to work out on,you have everything one could want in a gym.
