Slechte plek. Een vriendin van mij heeft hier een portable charger gekocht die het vervolgens niet deed. Hierna is ze terug gekomen en heeft ze een nieuwe gekregen die het daarna wéér niet deed. Hierna zijn we samen voor de derde keer terug gekomen en weigerde ze haar geld terug te betalen omdat de zaak een ‘no refund’ policy heeft. Helaas staat dit niet op de bonnetjes geschreven (zoals bij legitieme zaken met deze policy). Oftewel dit is een belachelijke zaak gerund door afzetters en mensen die profiteren van de overspoeling van toeristen in Amsterdam. Misschien een goed idee om het te sluiten?

Was sent here by a T-MOBILE rep across the street as they didn't have any SIM cards for my Canadian phone. For 25 euros this shop assured me I would have 5GB of data and phone service in Europe. I left Amsterdam and there was no phone service anywhere in Europe. I also found out that the 5G data SIM card was only worth 10 Euros after talking with the Lyca rep. Being a senior, I unfortunately am not tech savvy when it comes to SIM cards and trusted this guy. Just know, as others have said, they may rip you off unless you know what your getting.

Tried to charge me 40 euros for cbd vape oil that is sold online for 12.50 and in other shops for 15 to 25 euros. When I called them on it, they called me a liar and that the item I had purchased at a different store was fake, even though it was the exact same oil as I tried to purchase with them. A bunch of arrogant money hungry toxic people. Didnt know their stuff, or where their products were. Unimpressed to say the least. Also charged me 60 euros for a vape pen that was 35 in a different shop. I would not suggest this shop to anyone ever.

Vreselijk slechte service en retourneren kan niet voor geld terug, zelfs niet na 1 uur na aankoop. Klantenrecht werkt anders in de binnenstad volgens de eigenaar... De hoge huur van de Kalverstraat wordt als excuus gebruikt??? Ongelofelijk dat dit soort zaken mogen bestaan

BEWARE: SIM card scammer. T-mobile sent me over to them to buy a SIM card (shame on them!). Turns out the owner puts their own stickers over top of legit products - charging more and also not giving you what you actually paid for (eg paid for 5gb data and got .05gb

Be careful, SCAM... I bought from this shop a vape at 45 euros -justfrog ,after one week its not working anymore, when i tried to talk to the owner ,there were quite surprised as they thought i am a tourist , they said we can do nothing , bye .... wast of money

I called this store to ask if they had an specific product (13th of August 2023, at 12:10pm). The lady who picked the call sounded annoyed by doing her job. After my question, she simply cuts off the call.
