I called ahead to have my name put on the waiting list for a cash game. Upon arrival, it took another five minutes before the person behind the desk acknowledged me. He then told me that their cash games were full, but a spot would likely open up soon. My name was first on the waiting list at this point. 45 minutes later a seat finally opens up only to be given to what I assume was a regular that had walked in half an hour after me. If you aren't an established figure at this shop already, you are going to get piss poor service in my experience.

Love this place! I don’t feel intimidated as a beginner, but can tell the much more experienced players feel at home and they keep coming back as well. Every employee has been so friendly and many even take the time to remember my name. I’m new to town and already feel like this is my “Cheers” even though I’ve only been about 3-4 times. The employees have a way of being professional at all times, while still being personable and warm. Can’t say enough good things about Kings & Cards!

I like how the dealers and managers are on their A game with rules and math. I hate being in a hand when other players speak other languages to other players at the table or players just trying to do things they shouldn't be doing like interfering in the hand. Anthony P. is really great at controlling this and knows the rules and I appreciate that as a player with my money on the table. I feel comfortable playing here knowing that it'll be a fair game, I highly recommend this spot!

This is a great spot! Very professional, clean and safe! The managers John and Aymen were great Took care of me and provided impeccable service! Dealers were wearing masks at all times and controlled the games well! Tina, Anthony and Zhania were very nice and professional and fun! Security checked on my vehicle constantly to make sure it was safe. I would def recommend checking them out! Thanks for a good time!

This was the first Poker House we played in after moving to Houston. We have had the best dealers, they have made the table fun to be at. We have since returned several times and not only is it a nice place there is very good atmosphere. The gentlemen running it are very attentive and accommodating. This place is a must see and try. Fun place full of ACTION and all my poker friends love this place !! it's really just clean good poker time over here at Kings I recommend everyone to come try it out hrs are expandable . If you're craving some poker stop by and see what I'm talking about also the guys are so nice here I love a place with positive energy and good vibes !!

Great place to play Poker! Except Monday and Tuesday daytime. The guy can't run the place. The regulars would call time on you in less than 15 seconds!!! Too much joking around. You get a good hand and raise, and they all scream. ."oh oh be careful he got ACES"... and everybody would fold! No action!

Will not call a miss deal after "pit boss" verifying guy shouldn't have been in the hand, if you're not a "regular" player you have no say.....format of tournament is different from anywhere else I've played. Atmosphere is ok, can byob, but its ran by the friends and click that plays there often

Staff is friendly, all basics are there, 2 tables going with a bunch of bingo players, would have liked to see a holdem table instead of plo in both. The room itself is nowhere near as fancy as TCH. Restrooms and ATM both working well.

I play poker almost every day and I've got to tell you that this is my favorite place. Every single person in there is nice, respectful and honest. Which is getting pretty hard to find in the tons of poker rooms around town.

BEST poker experience! This place is amazing with a very comfortable clean atmosphere. Feels very nice and high end. Also great location. The dealers are great and attentive. Will definitely keep coming back to play

Manager is terrible and accusing. I parked waiting for a ride, and he came all the way to me with no morals whatsoever accusing me that I might rob his place. If there were a zero star rating, I would have put it.

Great place to play cards. They offer Texas Holdem and Omaha High. Friendly faces. The establishment is run well. The dealers are good at their job. Its kept clean. I would highly recommend this place.

Great tournament action. Felt safe being here as they are keeping this place very clean and requiring masks during COVID. BYOB. One of the cheapest games in town... my favorite poker club in town!

If you enjoy the house playing and taking your money, then this is the place for you. It's cheap here, but Prime Social is waaaaay better.
