I am very unhappy with this hardware store and it is not the first time. I paid R15k for G-lock blocks and not all my blocks were delivered. I had to physically go to the store and they still have not delivered all my blocks. It has been over 3 weeks now. This is not how a business should operate.

Very busy store, reason being that their pricing suits the customers. Store is very cluttered but you eventually find what you need. Looking forward to them moving into their new store across the road it will definitely change your shopping experience with them.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars which is what they deserve. Never before have I been treated so badly. The shop is a mess, the counter staff very begrudgingly take your money but they make sure you know they are doing you.a favour.

We tried to buy a Jojo tank and they really messed up the sale. They got the order wrong and when we phoned they were very rude.

The prices are affordable. You can find general items. The shop is a bit small though so stocks are limited by that.
