This pharmacy used to be really good but after being in the store and over hearing one of their pharmacists talking to a new mother, who was asking about something to put in formula for her new born to help with reflux. The pharmacist repeatedly telling this new mother she should be breast feeding when the mother had told her 3 times that she couldn't due to medical reasons the pharmacist would take no for answer. What a way to treat a new mother and make her feel even worse then she already probably did. I will be now choosing a different pharmacy due to this as I think your staff need more training and also some empathy training in how to deal with cutomers. I am not sure how the pharmacist still has a job or even got a job

I purchased antibiotic for my little one. I was not given any instructions on how to give it just handed over the antibiotic and saying instructions are there on the bottle. The packaging said I had to add 63 ml water before giving it to my son. When I measured the bottle reached the brim. I went back to ask, that's when these guys told that it was premixed and I didn't have to. They took no ownership that they should have informed. I had to request them to reissue a new one and ofcourse I had to pay which I didn't mind as long as it was the right one.

Literally every single time I come here even if no one is waiting they always make you wait over 10-15 minutes. They are always lacking customer service even though they have staff walking around doing nothing! The pharmacist is rude as when I asked how long it would take for a prescription to be fulfilled. It’s literally the only pharmacy close to my place and so I am left with no choice but to travel further to try and get better service. They really really need to do better than this it’s actually quite disgraceful!

I received poor customer service after Christmas l contracted omicron on the 24/12 l was very sick in isolation at home and needed advice plus to get 5 items put aside for my son to collect for me. The pharmacist kept saying he was too BUSY and didn't have time for me and my son would have to find the products. My son has dyslexia and would have struggled finding them. I will never go there again We ended up getting all my medications from Johnston st phy with no problems all waiting for my son to pick in a carry bag.

This store is a professional outfit that is dedicated to helping its customers. Pharmacy is probably the most important services that the community engages with throughout a lifetime. The level of outstanding customer service, expert advice and attention to detail is provided by all staff members. I have always had an excellent experience whenever I have visited the store and often witnessed other customers being serviced at the highest level. Previously i always found there staff to be friendly & helpful shame the pharmacist was not. I Attend to get some information on baby formula for my 10wk who is suffering reflux & advised to get a thickner for his formula to help i was repeatedly told i should be breastfeeding & not formula feeding my baby even though I had explained to her that I medically was not able to do. I ended up leaving without assistance & made to feel embarrassed & like it was wrong to not be breast feeding my baby.

All staff are always very helpful and make time for me with explanation of products I need to discuss. Always greet you with a smile which for me is supportive and welcoming. The Pharmacist on duty on Thursday evening was exceptional. Less than 5 mins before closing she did not hesitate to dispense an urgent order for us.. our mistake because we missed our stock at home…nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile.. thank you

Never had to wait 10-15 minutes to be served in this store. Those who say that this happens to them "literally" every time they attend are probably smoking something herbal and non-prescription. Yes, sometimes when they are busy it can take a short time to get the prescription prepared but if you are saying that you wait more than 2 or 3 minutes to be served or acknowledged then that would be also incorrect.

Lyzor needs to find a medicine that will help her be more friendly when talking to customers. A simple question and she tells you to let her finish with a very insulting and rude tone. I'm sorry i didn't realise i was in a lecture and could not ask question about the very thing you are giving instructions to. Will not be back. You should not be dealing with customers

Our family has been a customer since opening. We leave our scripts in their capable hands. Staff are always helpful, amazing and always glad to see you. Obviously we're on a first name basis and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Shopped here for many years and never had a problem. Friendly, competent staff with good advice and will order in preferred brands. Useful scrip reminders on my mobile too! Often cheaper than elsewhere.

Had a previously disappointing experience with a staff member. Last time I went in there the staff I talked to were very nice and exceptionally friendly.

Excellent customer service, much better than the woodcroft pharmacy. Got my cold and flu tablets without discrimination of how I explained the symptoms.
