My husband and I have been patients at Kingsbridge Physio for the past few years, and I have been treated for various pains on the knee, neck and arm at different times. Each time I have visited them, the experience with Physiotherapy and massage have been a very positive experience and I received pain relief within a couple of sessions. My husband is a patient of acute arthritis and he gets his treatment done with utmost care and patience. All the staff members are very friendly, professional and willing to help. They are extremely understanding if we are unable to attend sessions last minute. I will certainly refer them to my acquaintances. Kudos to the entire team. I've been undergoing physiotherapy, acupuncture and massage therapy here for over five years. Having issues with my lower back, right knee and shoulder, I've found a huge relief. Every time I walk in with some issue, I walk out feeling much better. Staff here are extremely courteous, thoroughly professional and experts in their own respective fields. Jenny, Sonu, Mike, Amelia, Julia are all very good at what they do. Also, this place is extremely clean following all government guidelines - a safe place to visit during these challenging times. I have been a customer since 2004 and will never trade for anyone else. I will say it is my family clinic. I drive all the way from Brampton. They have very supportive, highly knowledgeable and accommodative staff and they are very serious about their quality they give to their clients. They are punctual in their timings and give reminders as well. I have taken several services such as physio, massage, assessments and each service is commendable. Their therapists are highly trained and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. In this Covid-19 situation, they take extra precaution to maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitization. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exemplary services.

After my bathroom fall recently I was experiencing severe pain misery then my therapist Sonu and her assistant Soraya brought me back to my previous life not only did they accomplish that but they also helped my wife who was suffering from severe body pain attacks for nearly 7 months being in family doctors care after 8 inconclusive imaging appointments without diagnosis or treatment plan. My wife and I could kiss the ground that Sonu and Soraya are walking on, we both highly recommend for anyone experiencing body pain to at least have them do one assessment session you will be rewarded by having much less pain for much better quality of life

Kingsbridge Physiotherapy Center is by far the best place I have ever gone to. The receptionist Zarina is always polite, very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. They always return my call. The hours are great for my after work schedule. You must try Amelia, she has strong hands and excellent relaxing massaging techniques. I have tried several places and massage therapist prior to this place and I was fortunate to find Amelia at Kingsbridge. She really knows her stuff! She is by far the best! I would highly recommend her if you are dealing with severe aches and pain. They are prompt and see you on time.

I've been coming here for the past 6.5yrs after trying several therapists in Mississauga & Oakville and I'm extremely pleased to have found this place. They are always courteous, the place is very clean & hygienic. Though I live in Oakville yet don't mind to drive all the way here as I know it's worth the drive and time . The massage is so relaxing and I highly recommend both Naomi & Amita, they are extremely good & professional therapists. It's tough to book spots as they get filled fast but try to book in advance. My wife & I are regulars here and wouldn't look for a different place.

I was skeptical about this place, as it looked small and tucked away, and ended up being pleasantly surprised. My wife and I had a rmt appointment here and we both had a fantastic experience. While the location may be small, the service is great, and the facility is very clean. The receptionist and both our Therapists were friendly, and we definately plan on making this location our number 1 choice for future Rmts. I also want to add that they do direct billing, and the front staff are so very accommodating!

I have been going to this clinic for massages and physio's since 2012 as the staff and the management provided exceptional service. There were few occasions when I was running late but rather than cutting the service time short the staff would give me extra time for being late. They have gone an extra mile to accommodate the needs and requirements of the clients. Interior is very clean as the management ensures that. They do direct billing to the insurance. I would highly recommend this clinic

My wife had booked a massage and she showed up on time. When she got there, she was told to complete paperwork. The masseuse then commented that my wife would be getting a shortened massage because she was late, which was not the case! Firstly, my wife was not told to come early to complete paperwork and secondly, she still had to pay for the full time despite the shortened massage which was not her fault. Aside from these issues, the massage itself was good.

I have been a patient at Kingsbridge Physiotherapy for over 7 years now. Their staff is very experienced and knowledgeable. The centre is very clean and organized. I go there when my back starts to act up and usually need an appointment on short notice. They always accommodate my short notice request. Since I book the appointment on short notice I'm always seeing someone different and everyone I have seen have always got my back feeling better than before.

Client of this establishment for over a decade. Essentially, my spouse and I, have been using their RMT, Acupuncture and Naturapath services (no longer offered). Staff are professional, courteous and always willing to help and provide guidance. The Director of the clinic runs this in the most efficient and professional manner. I have recommended many of my friends and family to this clinic. Keep up the good work!

I have been coming to Kingsbridge Physiotherapy for about 14 years now. I have been getting all my massages from here. Jenny is the best message therapist here and also Mike is very good too. All staff is very well organized and up to date with everything. I usually come when I am in very bad shape and and after two treatments I feel great again. The staff has never let me down. Definitely recommend them.

Came here for a sprained ankle, and the treatment was honestly amazing. The team was super nice, very friendly, and genuinely care about your needs. They take the time to teach and educate what's going on and what the plan is to recovery. I feel very supported and taken care of. Highly recommend!!

My regular massage therapist was unavailable and so I searched for another place as I was in dire need of a massage for my arms, hands and shoulders. I only booked 30 minutes as it was my first time here. I wish i had booked an hour it was amazing. I am definitely going back.

I’ve been a patient at Kingsbridge Physiotherapy for a number of years. I received excellent Physiotherapy for my knee pain which has since been resolved. I am now receiving therapeutic massage from Emilia for shoulder and back pain. She is a wonder worker!!
