Nice staff, but no physical separation of customers, no enforcement of masks ... and our Fit To Fly certificates were supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, and it's four hours later and they've gone home. And we have to leave for the airport in the morning before they open. Avoid.

I had an appointment booked for my booster jab. When I get there I'm told they have run out of vaccines although I was told one day before all booked appointments would be fulfilled and my appointment was not cancelled in the meantime.

Rip off! Never again! My boyfriend had very bad muscle nerve infection, as he is not from UK and he had his prescription medication with him, I needed to by syringes. The pharmacist asked me to wait for an hour! Charged £24 for 12

Shockingly unprofessional. Unmasked staff at the height of Omicron, unable to operate their own computer system, half empty shelves. I felt more unsafe and unhealthy as a result of visiting.
