Let me start with Haley - super nice, very articulate, and extremely helpful and made it much easier for me to understand the % of what insurance will pay, etc. Haley instantly makes you feel like you're part of their family as soon as you walk in. Laura who was my Dental Hygienist, Oh My Gosh, the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had in my entire life of going to a Dentist. Truly the BEST. She asked me to tell her a little about myself and when I did, I thought to myself, there is no way she will listen to everything I am saying, let alone remember it all. How wrong I was. When the amazing Dr. Mosby walked in after Laura finished my teeth cleaning, she recounted every aspect of my life story to him as if she was telling her own story. I was completely blown away. Now that is amazing. They truly listen to their patients. Dr. Mosby is GREAT. They don't try to push extra dental work on you like so many other Dentist do. This dentist office is the Ultimate Best. The Best. I have been to several other Dentist in the Houston area in the past 20 years, and none of them hold a candle to Kingwood Family Dentistry. Such a disappointment. My parents are still patients there since it’s so close to our home and they are elderly.. I’ve been seeing a dentist since I was two years old and a military kid -I have no periodontal disease I am 59 years old and I go twice a year to have my teeth cleaned and x-rays. I made an actual. APPOINTMENT to have my teeth cleaned which they agreed upon and when I got there they did a bunch of test used all of my insurance for x-rays and then told me I would have to have some things done before I could come back and have my teeth cleaned . So Done and over that. . Basically refused to clean my teeth unless I have the five to $600 work done that they recommended. Absolute insanity. (Thank goodness, I found a state of the art Dental Clinic down the street in Cleveland, which has a five star review) , sadly I was not impressed with anyone except for the three sweet girls at the front that take phone calls and check you in. That’s all they have to offer . All of these 4.9 and five star reviews for this dental office are extremely hard to believe they must have gotten better care than I received. Moving from a another city is extremely hard and trying to find good care, this was absolutely no care at all, and it was all about the money. I’m so glad I found a proper dentist. That wasn’t after my wallet that truly took care of my needs. What a huge disappointment..

My family and I just moved to Kingwood and needed a new dentist. I have passed Kingwood Family Dentistry so called to make appointments for our family of 6. I told the receptionist that we had Delta Dental and she reply “ok.” I was then told that I needed to pay for the entire visit for 5 people that day. It was over $1,000 for this. It sounded odd since I have never had to deal with that before with other dental offices in Alabama and Utah. Three weeks later I received an explanation of benefits and called the office to get some clarification. After all of that, I finally find out that they are not in network for my insurance company but I wasn’t told that upfront when I shared with them my insurance company. Now it’s going to cost us $600 out-of-pocket for cleanings which normally didn’t cost me anything. I feel deceived. On the other had, the hygienists were very kind and thorough. Needless to say. We will not be going back. I am just so upset that they were not truthful and upfront about being out-of-network. Had they told me, I would have found a new dentist. Now we are out $600 and they are doing business as usual.

Dr. Mosby and his staff are awesome! Especially Mary. She explains everything in detail so you know exactly what she doing. They make you feel like family. The office is unique and feels like home. Always clean and tidy. My daughter and I both go to Dr. Mosby and I would highly recommend he and his staff to take care of your family too! 8/25/23 I had to come on here and leave another review. Hannah is the most sweetest and caring denial hygienist. She always makes sure you are well cared for. Dr. Caldwell is also very caring and soft spoken. What I love most about this dentist office is that they know you and know your family and always remember the last conversation they had with you. I have never received that kind of attention from any other dental office. As I said before, I would highly recommend Dr. Mosby, Dr. Caldwell and their staff for your family dentist. I was seeing another dentist in town for the past four years. However, I decided to switch to Kingwood Family Dentistry after Dr. Caldwell treated me for two separate emergencies during the past year even though I was not a patient of his. Because of his overall empathy, kind nature, and professionalism, it was an easy decision to make the switch. Today I had my first routine cleaning with Riley and it was clear from when I first stepped into the office, through my cleaning, and to checking out that the whole office staff is committed to supporting you; such an incredible staff! I assume the word "family" is in their name, as that is how they like to treat you. As far as my hygienist, Riley is a Rock Star! She's caring, sensitive, funny, and is invested in helping you maintain your overall oral health. I'm extremely happy I made the switch and look forward to future visits!

AMAZING! Best experience ever. The staff is so friendly and feels like you are in a big family environment . Dr Caldwell got me in immediately after I called with a toothache so i wouldn’t have to be in pain over the weekend until the next available appointment. I have always had high anxiety going to the dentist but Dr Caldwell and Beth has changed that for me . They are terrific. Beth did such an amazing job with my teeth and for the first time ever I didn’t feel any pain as she was working on them. What a blessing ! I HIGHLY recommend Kingwood Family Dentistry to everyone especially those who have anxiety like I had. I’m looking forward to my next visit. My whole family loves coming to Dr. Caldwell! My 9 year old, my husband and myself have all had the pleasure of getting work done at this office. From removing wisdom teeth to filling cavities and cleanings, everything has been exceptional. His bedside manner is comforting and appropriate and we very much appreciate his professionalism. My 9 year old was not used to going and was not necessarily excited to go until he met Dr. Caldwell. I will soon be taking my 5 and 3 year old for a check up and look forward to my littles getting the care they deserve. The front office is also very thorough, caring and prompt when responding to questions and concerns. We love this office and will take our family there for years to come!

Edited to add: I've been going to this office for awhile now. I've had to have a few things done, beyond cleaning, and they are wonderful for it all. Dr. Caldwell is great, he makes me feel relaxed enough for work, explains everything, and is calm, funny, and kind. Nicole is really great and so are Leslie and Riley up front. I told them last time that I love going to see them and that feels really strange to say going to the dentist. But they really do put you at ease and help with any anxieties that you might have. The staff are personable, make you feel comfortable, and they do a great job. I really like Dr Caldwell and Beth, the hygienist. The front desk gals are really sweet too. It is worth trying out.

We recently found Dr. Mosby & Dr. Caldwell in our search for a dentist in our new neighborhood. There has never been a practice, business, or merchant establishment we have received service from that has ever remotely met the emaculate standards of Dr. Mosby & Caldwell's. From a warm, family-like welcome at the first visit, to the personable front staff with consistent and timely follow-ups with no hold times or patient backlogging.. To the hygienists and practice managers who have never forgotten my entire family's name since their first visit - Kingwood Family Dentistry is my sincere recommendation to anyone in the Kingwood area, and my personal regret that I hadn't found them sooner.

What a pleasant, excellent experience! Their office is in an existing home with a great wraparound porch. The initial paperwork and on-boarding was quick, and efficient. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. My dental technician, Beth, was also great! She took the time to get to know me, which is a plus! She specifically asked about my history and then about my dental history. She was actively listening and took great care in my areas of concern. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and had a great conversation! Dr. Mosby is great! He’s also nice and extremely positive. After having a couple of really bad experiences elsewhere, I am so glad I found them!

Disappointed. Very nice office and friendly staff. Left disappointed though. Explained my situation during scheduling, on the form i filled online and when I arrived. Was shown their nice office and introduced to the staff. Had X-rays and consultation then was informed I needed to go to a specialist for a root canal. So maybe my fault for not specifically asking if they handle that procedure (root canal) but fully indicated to them that was what I would be needing, Not once prior to seeing me did they advise they were no capable of executing the procedure. Left disappointed as I still have the same problem and they did nothing except tell me what I already knew.

It was my first time to see a dentist in close to 10 years. My teeth have paid the price. I actually was able to get in same day due to a toothache. Dr. Caldwell and Yaya made me feel so welcome and ease my anxiety. I’m so happy to have found a dentist and staff I feel like I can trust. Here’s to a wonderful relationship and upcoming dental plan! Did I mention I received a welcome gift? From the receptionist to in between and out the door, everyone had a smile and spoke as if I’d been coming to them for years. There is nothing like having a doctor and staff that actually values you and listens. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience today.

Needed professional opinion on Tooth issue. Both Drs. Mosby and Caldwell provided assessment, evaluation and options. Dr. Caldwell performed extraction. Informed me why necessary, what to expect and how to communicate ANY discomfort so he can respond appropriately. Outcome was comfortably achieved to everyone’s satisfaction. Dr. Mosby has been our dentist for past nine years and Dr. Caldwell is an excellent addition. Front office staff knows their patients and is disarmingly pleasant and efficient. I recommend highly especially to those who suffer Acute Dentistry Syndrome (ADS). Outcomes better when done timely.

I absolutely am terrified of needles and knew I needed work done….I’ve never been treated so kindly, lovingly, respectfully, and with so much patience! Everyone at Dr. Mosby’s goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have seen Dr. Caldwell several times now and all I can say is that Jesus will guide your life if you give him control! God blessed me with Dr. Caldwell and I couldn’t say enough kind things about him! I appreciated how the friendly staff accommodated my emergency visit and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Months later ….. just had a filling with Dr. Caldwell. Excellent experience. Thank you. Wendy B. March 2023. Yes another emergency as old teeth give trouble! Dr Caldwell kindly fitted me in and made an assessment of the damage. He suggested alternative solutions and made plans for a visit. All the staff were very kind and helpful as usual. August. Dr. Caldwell and staff were wonderful to fit me in when another old tooth gave problems. They were all amazing and so kind.

This practice is exceptional from start to finish; from making an appointment to check-in and throughout the visit. Outstanding! Walking in is like walking into a warm, cozy home and living room with a fireplace going. So beautiful! I wanted to kick my shoes off, put my feet up, and grab a book and some hot chocolate. The front desk staff is so sweet and courteous, and my hygienist, Laura, was simply amazing. She and Dr Caldwell were very patient & thorough; the best! Definitely my permanent dental home. Dr Mosby is a wonderful dentist! I’ve seen him since about 1999. Been so long I can’t remember! We’ve grayed up together I suppose LOL. He’s compassionate, patient and excellent at his profession. I am extremely nervous when going to the dentist. I picked this place because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed!!! This dental office is very caring and exceptionally gifted in making the patient comfortable. I had to have a very deep cleaning-some below the gum line. I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort throughout the entire procedure. My hygienist was Mary. She was awesome!! I will not go anywhere else for dental services. Thank you for calming my nerves and making this a super easy visit from the minute I walked in the door.

Very happy and pleased with Kingwood Family Dentistry. Having the office in a home environment makes a big difference, it gives an inviting and relaxing feeling. Moved to Kingwood recently and had to leave my old dentist (who I really liked) behind. Had my first visit with Dr. Mosby today. Everyone was friendly and inviting, and the office has a great atmosphere. Haley gave a great tour and worked out my insurance stuff right away. Mary did a great job cleaning my teeth and informing me of all the things she was going to do. She and Dr. Mosby answered all my questions and did a thorough job. I feel confident in my choice of a new dentist, and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love Dr.Mosby’s office! Each and every appointment feels personal, meaning they aren’t pushing what they want but instead getting to know me and helping me decide based on my lifestyle. This reassures me that I’m not one random patient out of the pool of patients they see. I enjoy coming in and being helped out by the entire team. Truly a great office and would recommend for anyone who may have anxiety at the dentist! They could possibly help overcome the uncomfortableness of going to the dentist.

Dr. Mosby and his staff are truly amazing. I was scared to visit any doctors office. I have been a hermit crab since the start of the pandemic. I had to go in because of a terrible toothache and they were able to see me right away. I called before and let them know I was out in the parking lot and I walked right into the room. Everything smells very sanitized and everything is extra clean they had a Hepa purification system in the room I noticed. I felt super safe! I highly recommend it and will return soon.

Dr Mosby & his staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I am very embarrassed to have issues with my teeth and they make me feel better and that they are ready to help me out without gouging my wallet. Dr Mosby listens and thinks about a tailored plan. He asks my opinion of that plan and is prepared to be flexible. I know most people hate going to the dentist, but this team is incredibly pleasant and treat you like family! I give them 5 stars only because they don’t have 10!

First off I never leave reviews but this has to be the best time we have ever gone to a dentist!! They are so personable and informative! They went over every single tooth and explained in detail. The true standard of care! I have never had a better experience anywhere! I’m a big baby when it comes to dental visits but I can feel that fear washing away, as I go through the process, before I ever sit in the chair. I absolutely love Dr. Mosby and his staff! They are all so kind and caring. They treat you like family. I have been seeing them for 12 years now. I highly recommend them they are very professional and good at what they do. Coming from someone who has super sensitive teeth they will do everything possible to make you comfortable while they work on your teeth. If you don’t use them yet you really need to make that change and use them.

The location was easy to find. The office was exceptionally clean. Jordan upfront was very kind and wonderful, I was checked in and taken back on time. Riley my dental hygienist was fabulous and took the time to get to know me personally along with my teeth. Dr Caldwell seemed very confident and knowledgeable about my dental plan and explained everything to me and made sure we were both on the same page. Will be coming back.

I had Shelby as my dental assistant and she was absolutely amazing! I have always had terrible dental experiences so I always dread going but she eased my anxiety and talked me through everything she was doing, and was patient with me the whole time making sure I was doing okay! Dr Mosby and staff are premier dental services providers. I had an emergency need for care and he saw me as soon as his office opened. Dr Mosby has a kind, gentle spirit and really cares for the whole patient. I’m a pretty demanding patient because of medical condition and he is very knowledgeable and compassionate in his professional approach. The whole office is super.

I went to Kingwood Family Dentistry for a partial bridge and night guard . The dental assistants who did the fitting for both the bridge and night guard were so attentive and caring making sure I was comfortable . Dr. Caldwell is always caring and compassionate every time I need their care . I would definitely recommend them .

I’m not a regular patient in this office. I called because a crown came off of my front tooth. It was a Friday and my regular dentist was closed. They scheduled me to come in and treated me so well. From the front office to the back office they were all so kind and professional! Highly recommend this office.

Updated 9/23- Kingwood Family Dentistry now takes care of our whole family and we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Caldwell has been my children’s dentist from day one and two practices. He is simply amazing….. from his bedside manners to clear communication and respect for each patient. We are so happy with him!

My Husband needed emergency services; they worked him in quickly and took care of his problem. Would never change Dentists!

Dr. Mosby is the best Dentist I have EVER had. After experiencing pain over the week, I called the office Monday morning and was given an appointment by 11am. Dr. Mosby determined the cause and I was on my way in less than an hour. Now that is what I call a Great Dentist that cares about his patients.
