Constantly have to wait 20-30+ minutes for our food even on days where there are barely even 5 people in, servers are rude and stand around chatting all the time instead of helping or assisting, if you’re after good service really don’t come here, much better restaurants around. I come here very often with all of my friends, family, boyfriend, everyone. Out of the likely 100 times I’ve been here, I have only been let down twice because food was the incorrect temperature. Those are pretty good odds. I love Kintaro Sushi very much.

Tried to order drinks on the QR code no drinks available, waited for a server no servers all to busy to help. Got our own drinks. Food that is normally hot/warm at other places is stone cold even when ordered. Very bland and plain not worth your time.

I've been here a couple of times and the Sushi is quite good BUT only if you go early. The range seems quite limited and depends on how many servers there are. The spicy chicken is good. My son likes the eel. The cheesecake dessert tasted good however I couldn't get the biscuit crumb base out with the plastic spoon that was offered. I mean plastic cutlery, really??

The food was nice with a fair range of items. The family enjoyed their time. I did not know it was open late for dinner. Pleasantly surprised

Good standard Kintaro, decent choice and good made fairly regularly. I appreciate that when I asked for extra mayo on the kaarage chicken, it came out coated!

Food is good. Nothing else going for it. It's too expensive, the portions are smaller than what they used to be and the service is absolutely disgusting. You're made to feel like you're a burden. Customer service is really just non existent at this place.

Go to this sushi train, even if it is close to where I live! Eat here regularly with friends- Train is always plentiful, nice and clean environment. Staff are efficient and friendly. Never a long wait if you need to que for a table.

This place has gone down hill terribly. It's expensive for subpar food. Hot food is lukewarm at best, grumpy or staff to busy gossiping to serve. I was a frequent customer but sadly I won't be back. More
