This is a great coin laundry. I dropped by here after a business meeting and decided to give them a try. The interior was very clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and overall very helpful. I booked one dry cleaning service for my winter coat and got it back the next week after revisiting the client in the area. Would definitely return here. As well, the accounting service provided here is top notch. The accountant provided good advice after I booked him for consultation and the quoted rates on filings are amazing. Would also recommend.

Very unprofessional!! Came to the store three different times to pick up my dry cleaning and still not ready. I guess I will have to come back a fourth time. The first time they couldn't even find my pants. The second time they still couldn't find my pants they told me to come back the next day at 9:30 am and my pants will be ready. Well I came back and the store and it was closed. This place really SUCKS!!

I am a regular customer. But what I’ve experienced in the last two times is ridiculous. I found detergent stains on my clothes. Not only this but one of my other friend also experienced the same thing. For him the entire batch of clothes caught blue color. When I called in to let them know what had happened. The lady on the other end of the phone said that she was too busy to even hear me out!

Exelente customer service. Yesterday I had some issues with my clothes not only did I get the help I need it but also was advised how to wash next time cause of the material of my clothes. When I got back to pick up my clothes there was a note in my machine and even my money back stick to it. Thanks VICTOR. You went out of you way to help me and gave me the best customer service experience...

Majority of the washers n dryers don’t work! Was there for 3 hours just to finish one load!!! It’s not worth it, the cheapest machine is $3.50 n that can only fit my blanket n towel. Not worth the money, n not worth the broken machines n drye, I’m really disappointed cuz I’m a long term customer

Most machines don't work properly. Washers leaking water and barley use water. Dryers don't get warm enough to force you to put more money and waste more time. Half of the Dryers don't work. This place is a disgrace. Very unprofessional place.

Used to be good but now many of the washers and dryers have issues. Either don't work properly, money gest stuck or just don't work. When there is someone attending the place, you get help with the machines but after 6 pm there is no one so

This place is a joke there’s a phone number online but nobody to answer the phone plus the machines steal your change and no one is available to assist. Might as well turn it into a condo because it’s a joke.

I've lost money here numerous times, prices seem a bit high for the age and condition of machines. The only reason I go here is that its conveniently close by.

They ripped me off on my press wash for my dress shirts. No customer service no explanations. They’re prices aren’t competitive- go somewhere else
