Therefore hence, I am not too big on writing reviews but it has to be voiced (gotta give credit where credit is due) What prompted me to do so was Mrs, Zubia the Receptionist I have to tip my hat off to you Mrs. Zubia (especially for being very quick in responding to my email, and voice message) it wasn't even 24 hrs. Very most efficient and professional (especially in following covid 19 procedures). I have to congratulate the staff as well very warm, and courteous. I will definitely be making this my dentistry for all my tooth needs. Dr. Shahin (THUMBS UP) walked me through the procedure, discussed alternate options, and answered all my questions. This place is a scam and a rip off. Went for a regular dental clean up with x-rays and when I looked at what was charged to my insurance company, it was a ridiculous amount of about $500. In person, they said cleaning was $120 but what was charged was an exorbitant overstatement. They charged for every little thing; I wouldn't be surprised if they charge people for the water and mouthwash used for rinsing. The service was horrible, the staff cleaned painfully with little care of what the patient was feeling. Do not go to this place. I have a limit of how much dental I can spend from my insurance per year and they've screwed me over with their unethical, greedy money grab. I have been to many dentists before but no one has been this unethical.

My family and I having been going to Kipling Family Dentistry for over 15 years. The excellent care that we receive is what makes me go back every time. I’ve being using their services for almost 3 years now and definitely love it! Everyone of the staff is absolutely kind, the receptionist is very courteous.. Always making sure they have spots available according with my agenda! 100% recommend And I always receive a bag full of toothpastes, flossing and sensodyne, witch makes me very happy

I had a issue for payment but Office handled very professionally and calmly with us even we were very much upset. Very calm and professional peoples. I have repent to being upset with staff member. I have been going here for quite some time and I’ve had great experiences! I got my braces here and I’m a university student so, thankfully Zoobia was able to really accommodate to my schedule. Dr. Rooma Ali, Dr. Shahram and associates were really great throughout all my visits!

This dental clinic was wonderful and the staff were all very nice which made the overall experience more comfortable. I had my wisdom tooth removed and also had a cavity filled and the entire process was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Kipling family dentistry has the best staff and best service. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the kind receptionist names Zubia who always goes out of her way to make sure everything goes well. Mandeep, Faiza, Dr. Rooma are all wonderful and kind people.

I love this office...everyone is wonderful..my dentist is so gentle and kind..the hygienist mandeep so wonderful. During a root canal and cleaning I almost fell asleep..the hrs are later so easy for appt. Love this office …
