The staff is rude. It in no way resembles the original Kirklands. It is light years away from the founders' vision. The pricing is in no way transparent. We bought 4 accent pillows. 2 of them we needed to return. The extremely rude cashier told us they were a final sale. No one told us that at purchase and there were NO SIGNS ANYWHERE to let the customer know anything. It's bad business. Will never go back. Sick of these stores that are full of merchandise that is made in China, mass produced and not unique. Only went there because my mother was excited to go in.

Great store run by a great manager who understands the importance of great customer service. If Kirkland's every needs to take some pictures of a house that has so many of their products let us know, because our house does.
