I cannot rate the Kirrawee Pharmacy highly enough - if I could give them ten stars I would. All the staff are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. When I had a cataract operation the ladies helped me when there was confusion over the drops I had to use. More recently, I had catastrophic food poisoning and again, the pharmacist on duty and the assistant were wonderful - sympathetic, kind and lovely. These are just two examples, but it doesn't matter when I go into the pharmacy, who is on duty, or how busy they are - the level of service is always exceptional and friendly. I don't know what I would do without them!

Helpful staff for advice for medications for my family. Have also been willing to order in products for me in the past. And Shhh... they had RATs available that week. I will say that of the 3 brands of RATs they have had there over the last month, the TestSeaLabs ones have a 6mm nose swab. So no good for small children, and one of the tests did not absorbed the sample, so did not produce a result. I have yet to go back and ask what can be done about a faulty product. Not a complaint about he pharmacy, they are helpful and more than happy to answer questions or open a box to see if it's suitable for you.

A great local pharmacy with a "small town" feel. They've recently extended the facilities, as well, which is good to see! Staff are friendly and service is quick and effortless. The only downside for me is the cost - you should expect to pay more than you would at a commercial pharmacy. That said, I like to support local, and I understand small businesses can't usually match the bigger competitors' prices for a variety of reasons. So, I'm happy to pay extra to keep our local pharmacy in business. Highly recommend if you live in the area (or even if you're passing through).
