1 word SLOOOOOW ...the slowest worse customer service at this location. The store itself is set up nicely, I do love their selection BUT their cashing out system is horrible. Today there were 2 cashiers on and 2 of us in line, 1 cashier finished with her customer and went to assist another staff on the floor at the same time 2 more people came to line up. When the 5th person joined the line up 10 minutes at this point, the cashier called for another cashier to help and when she got there she asked her what do you need?? Seriously you cant look up and see the line up‍♀️ Anyway she called the customer in front of me and it took forever, the customer behind me put his items down and walked out saying if this is how you do customer service then you wont be getting my business, and neither cashier looked up or apologized or anything. The one cashier took 15 minutes to cash out & do a store transfer with her customer while the one she called to help at cash took several minutes to finish up with her customer but then I finally got called, to be honest if it wasnt for a return I had to do I would've walked out too. Sadly as much as I like their things I won't shop there again.

I went there on March 1, 2021 to pickup my order. It was too windy and cold outside so I decided to go in and stand more than 8 feet away from the customer ahead of me. The girl behind the counter rudely told me to step outside and that I could not stand inside even if I was more than 8 feet apart. The customer ahead of me had no problem me being inside but your staff kept asking me to go out. She could've made an exception and allowed me to stand inside at a safe distance. Based on your employee's rude behavior, I have decided to take my shopping preference somewhere else and I will never recommend this store to my friends and family members. You need to teach your unprofessional staff some compassion and sound judgment skills. Update on November 15, 2022 I went there again thinking I should try one more time and give them my business. I was surprised. The manager on duty was very helpful. She even took my items to my parking spot and placed it in the car because I cannot lift heavy weights due to my health issues. I would say she earned back a customer. All the other staff was very helpful as well.

Been a customer here for over 15 years. Today I went to the store with a reusable bag from winners next door. And I have worked in retail before for years so I know what LP protocols look like. The manager working on Nov 3 at 8:15pm, saw my mom and I walk in and after a few mins she asked us if we needed any help which was nice of her. So I thought. She kept following us around the store and making us so uncomfortable. She shouted across the store for me to put a small box from my hand at the front, which was really random. She then proceeded to ask a third time if we are still okay and circling around us everywhere we went and keeping at eye out. There’s a difference between good customer service and indirectly accusing you of something shady. There was other customers in the store that she wasn’t circling around. We were just browsing and I told her that the first time she asked. We were the only visible minorities in the store and I don’t know if that had a factor on why she was following us everywhere, but this was so unprofessional and uncomfortable for the customer to experience.

The worst branch of Kitchen Stuff Plus. I would drive an extra mile next time just to avoid this branch. We had a defect in our storage containers. The manager rudely refuse to take any responsibility and said to talk to customer service. We accepted and put the containers back in our car. We had to buy a few more of the containers in different size and while we were in the store, this store lady eman came to us and enquired if we were putting those return (damage) back on the shelf without their knowledge. I was truly outraged and when I asked her if these accusations would have been made to me if I was white. She started yelling at me and raised her voice, to further embarrass us in front of so many customers. I am so disappointed with this kind of service. I hope that kitchen stuff plus look into this matter and they work diligently to appoint better people in their stores

I wish there could be some negative rating scale, which I could use for the store. They got some worst return policy. I got a water dispenser, filled it up over and night mare started. In the morning, water was all over counter, under oven, under coffee machines etc... cleaned all... mopped all off the floor. Just came to store with original receipt within 4 days if purchase to return it and they said: we cant return it, we dont find the defect... it’s used...” like seriously either you value and believe customer or you don’t... how cud i find the leakage without even using it I don’t trust the product and they can’t take it.... Like seriously.... It’s not some stone age.... you won’t return the product, even if customer doesn’t like it after 4 days of purchase... never coming back to Kitchen stuff place and no more recommendation to anyone.

Unfortunately adjusting this review. It is a great store for all things kitchen and even home. However the customer service leaves much to be desired. I purchased an item which was missing most of the contents (given to me by the workers). I had no time to go back until a while later which was quite an inconvenience due to life circumstances. I had to point out that this was not acceptable and I asked for some sort of compensation for my time (could have been a future discount), but was given essentially a 'we can't help you/don't care' response. To the Store Manager - train your people to be better. -------------------------------------------- Great store for the kitchen and all things related. Also excellent customer service.

The service here is terrible. I was in line to ask one of the service Representatives a question and she deliberately went past me and went to the person behind me in line. She went and helped that person I followed and then she picked up the phone to answer a call. Then went to the back room. I wish there was someone else on the floor I could ask for help but there was no one there. So I waited. She came back out went to another guy before me and then went to me and said she can't help me she has to go help out at the cash register. Honestly I feel like there's a touch of racism here. Because she was helping "her people" and completely ignoring me. Very unprofessional. The worst customer service I've ever had in ages.

Hi, we are regular customer of kitchen plus.. We were upset today & disappointed with the attitude of morning/ afternoon manager. She was rude & not ready to listen. Bought set of coffee mugs yesterday evening at Black Friday price.. I was told by one of the employee that if we need to exchange the design you can do so with no difference of price. All we wanted was to get different design since someone from family got exactly same one from another location & ready to buy another set of four Mugs at original price. She just refused to listen & said.. if we don’t want to buy new merchandise she is fine to refund & also return the one I bought last evening. No empathy or attitude to hold any customer back.

Very positive experience! I went in three times, each time with the problem, once it was a damaged product and the second time it simply did not fit in my kitchen. In all three visits I was warmly addressed and given my money back and then with equal warmth , was sold the alternate product. I would like to thank all the associates who helped me each time. On my last visit, I noticed the name of the girl which I would like to mention. Dilpreet was courteous and helpful when I asked her to open the box and show me if the contents were in good shape, She was patient and pleasant at this request of mine. I would recommend this location to everyone who are looking for good customer service.

I went there yesterday to return an item that I found to be defective only upon lightly using and well within 10 days of purchase. I was told by the cashier it's the store policy to only issue credit for a used item even if it's a manufacturer's defect - that was their resolution only after I told them I had lightly used it; there were NO marks of use. I asked the cashier to explain the logic behind their return policy and they went silent as the realization dawned on them. For those considering shopping at any KSP, let those two points sink in.. I don't expect anything meaningful to come out of this experience having read the standard cut/pasted responses to other reviews.

Went to this Kitchen Stuff Plus location today looking for a BBQ brush that was on sale. None were left on the shelf so I asked an employee, who confirmed they were in stock but could not get one from the back because they were blocked by skids of Christmas inventory. Apparently employees do not have the ability to move skids themselves, so although the item I came for was in stock, it was “impossible” to retrieve. I think it’s ridiculous that I could order this item for in store pickup but can’t purchase it in the same store. Only giving 2 stars because the employee who helped me was kind and apologetic. Give your employees some pallet jacks!

Nov 9 th : 9 pm. Terrible experience with extremely poor customer service : I purchased abt 20 items and the lady cashing out was very rude , she looked really annoyed as I was the last customer and she probably was tired . She was rushing me . Very annoying face , not handling my fragile items with care - absolutely NO customer service .... whereas Ryan and the lil chubby white girl were extremely nice n welcoming n helpful as they both were packing my fragile items ! I do not know the name of this sales woman - but please send her for some retraining as long term customers like me will never want to go to this store again b coz of her !

I went their today around 7 to 8 pm and had a really bad expierence with on duty manager.She was apparently very rude and full of attitude. I asked her to do price match with nearby BestBuy store for Ninja Blender. She asked to Wait for 30 minute just to confirm the details with Bestbuy to give price match for the ninja blender.I do not know what she want to check when model number and availability clearly are available online. Look like KitchenStuff Plus just have a tag for price match but they really not want to do price match. Anyway I drove 2 minutes more to BestBuy store instead of waiting there for 30 min.

I purchased blender and it wasn’t compatible and when I went there for return they said we won’t take it back because its used. So, my question is how can one find the product’s compatibility without even using it and I used it only once and they refused to take it back. The store Manager Kelsy and other staff is so so rude. They have poor customer service and really bad return policy. Its good to shop on Walmart and other stores at least they return or exchange things and there service is awesome. I will never ever recommend anyone to go visit or shop from this place.

I was just there to purchase 2 scrub daddy's. I waited at the cash to purchase and THREE employees stood there, ignored me and walked away. When I asked "can anyone help me", they continued to walk away. No one came back to the cash register so I left. I can buy these at Canadian Tire and actually get help. Way to hire bad employees who aren't interested in helping their customers. Also, there wasn't a soul in the store so its not like they were helping anyone else. Taking my business elsewhere and never shopping here again!

The associates lied to me. They said the return policy to be 30 days but it's only for 7 days. I'll never come back to the Kitchen Stuff and never let anyone go to this place. Absolute ridiculous policies and big liars. The item was a patio umbrella with one problem with the LED strip light. Tell me how to be able to test out with the Led working or not? One of the strip lights wasn't working, so I pack the item back with the original box on the ever same day I brought the item. Please explain yourself.

I haven’t been to this store since the pandemic. It is always an enjoyable shopping experience for me to go here even just to browse. But this time, we needed new frying pans and ladle spoons. They had a sale that time and I also got some bathroom rugs which were all on sale. Perfect timing!Go visit this store located at Heartland in Mississauga… they have a lot of unique products.

Average sized KSP store found in Heartland. Good selection of items. Clean and organized displays. Staff are usually quite helpful and friendly. Good deals available on a rotating weekly basis - much better prices for similar items in comparison to Solutions or Bed Bath and Beyond. KitchenAid stand mixer attachments are not available here.

We saw the mugs on clearance table. The price of each was mentioned $2:99. We took 18 mugs. When we reached cashier, she priced $4:99 each.We told her about the discount mentioned on the table. She told the manager and manager was rude and said that she can't give those mugs for 2:99$ each. Wierd!!! And we left the store buying nothing.

On this shopping trip, there was a long wait at the cashier line. One sales assistant only at the cash registers. I saw waiting customers leave merchandise and walk out of the store. Even though the lone assistant paged for additional help at the cash registers, no one came to help. Better management is warranted and welcome.

Item on clearance rack, damaged, but no price, staff said, we put that there because we did not have room over on the shelf, so no discount. Do you have the box, nope, what about the big scratches, nope. Manager on vacation, assistant manager out for two days, nobody to deal with it.
