One of the worst experience I have had with their cashier today.they said my bill was 3200 but then the waitress that served me came and corrected them that it was 2000 not 3k and that stupid cashier was absolutely rude pathetic behaviour she shouldn't be in there she has no respect no service customer. She literally traumatised my family today me being from uk and asking politely for her to give me the 1000 back and the answers she gave me was absolutely disrespectful. I will never go back there and I don't recommend anyone to go there if I had a way to give a zero star I would .respect to the waitress that stood her ground to make sure I was given back my 1000 but as for that cashier she should be fired

I have been there twice and the restaurant has been renovated. it's well ventilated, Well designed and there is ample space. It's a good place for holding small meetings. I like their food and their waiters are friendly. Their prices are also pocket friendly . It's better when visiting in the evenings. Enjoy your meal

Seit dem Umbau gibt es im Obergeschoss ein angenehmes Ambiente. Auch neue, saubere Toiletten gibt es jetzt. Zuvor war Kitchen Queen eher ein Fastfood Restaurant, jetzt hat es sich zu einem richtigen Restaurant entwickelt. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider gibt es einige Kritikpunkte: Schmutzige Gläser und Besteck, viel zu laute Musik und labbriger warmer Salat wie vom Vortag. Würde man das noch in den Griff bekommen, dann könnte ich KitchenQueen als preiswertes Restaurant wirklich empfehlen.

The staff are very friendly and the service is wonderful. I had the Tea masala which I recommend for breakfast or when you are craving some tea with spiciness. The sausage was also very tasty

Not very accesible because of some stairs at the entrance.

I would give it a 4/5. Keeping the remaining 1star for myself. No doubt Within Mombasa Central Business District is my best eating joint for a homely Kenyan meal- Fresh and Tasty. Never missed an item . And by the way , they have extended Rustic spacious sitting area upstairs with a spectacular view of Mombasa. I would recommend without any doubt. Keep up !

Favourite eatery for family, friends and church in Mombasa. Five star service. Free wifi. Only restaurant outside major hotels with free wifi at the coast. Very upscale but with extremely affordable neatly prepared and tasty meals served well. Best staff for such an establishment. Has no competitor. Great on healthy eating. Fresh real fruit drinks and smoothies Highly recommend.

Cool and well located...next to Huduma center mombasa. Morning hours two waiters can do orders in a timely manner than one.the wait time was above 5mins which is quite alot in such a advantageous position.. The ambience is nice and well ventilated☺️. New spot ☺️☺️

Very tiny portions of food for a hungry stomach. Food looks like it is microwaved (having dinner), my portion of beef tasted somewhat off. The furniture is chic but that's all there is to the place. Felt cheated. No value for money

Good food, clean environment, from time to time their taps run dry but the staff are there to assist and provide water as needed. Nothing special about the food, it is fairly priced.

Epic place for a date. Their Githeri is out of this world, nice place for vegan. Affordable in Mombasa CBD. Matoke is the only boring meal for me here, they smash it unprofessional

Nice experience. Good food. Good service. They need an additional television mounted on the opposite wall though. Otherwise, nice place to quickly grab a ready meal.
