I'm gonna be totally honest. I usually put off going to the mechanic because of some bad experiences I've had due to being a woman who is clueless about cars. However, I didn't really have a choice but to visit one today due to a punctured tire with a slow leak. The owner, Hans, filled up my tire to let me make one more trip across town while his workers were on lunch break. He immediatiately struck me as a genuine guy who wanted to make sure that the job was done right. I asked about prices before heading out and for only $50 I'd have my tire patched up which seemed reasonable to me. I came back a few hours later to get the work done and at no point did they try to upsell or pressure me into additional services (although I requested an oil change, just to get all the lights on my dashboard dealt with at once). It was a surprisingly calm, quick, and straight forward visit that lacked my usual furious google searches or phone calls to my dad for back-up. Hans came over at one point to show me the screw that had punctured my tire and caused the leak. They also refilled my washer fluid. This shop is a little out of my way as I live on the opposite side of the city, but the experience was miles better than other shops I've been to in the past. I'll be getting all my future check-ups done here moving forward. Thanks so much!

My husband took my car to get the tires done and had an appointment booked for a certain time. Upon returning an hour or so later, he was informed that they had an emergency and the car was not even taken in yet. He was also quoted one price and then it was more according to another employee. My husband was upset, as he had other appointments to attend that afternoon and not even about the price. He was upset that no one contacted him to tell him the work was not completed. The employee he spoke with told him that "he didn't want to do the work for him now" I get things happen, but if you are dealing with appointments, at least contact the customer to see if there is another solution.

Initally I was very happy with the Customer service I recieved. Hans made my difficult upsetting situation all better. However the actual work done on my vehicle was disapointing. I had the vehicle there as a result of a break in. I recieved the car back with glass in the front and back seat. (visablely sitting on the front seat and visable on the floor). My insurance company was charged for the detailing of my car. Kleiber, took my car back the very next day to redo it, they were very apoligetic. So in the end they did the right thing, but a bit of a pain for me to have to bring it back.

I have a deep distrust of mechanics and auto repair shops. It is based on getting ripped off or almost ripped off (I'm looking at you Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram). James is a down to earth guy that will give you the straight talk, they don't replace parts that don't need replacing nor recommend work that is not necessary. I paid a fair price for the services that were performed and I left confident that the repair that was done, was done right and I didn't over pay. Thank you James for always accommodating us!

"brand new clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder with throw out bearing." Wish I could post a picture or what it looked like after only 40,000 km. Got a runaround about the amount of time that had passed after the "alleged" repair. It could have been 50 years and shouldn't have made a difference. Time is inconsequential to a part that only wears out by being used. Won't ever go back. Sorry I went there in the first place.

Disappointed with the services. Brought a vehicle for alignment and suspension work. Was overcharged for the part about 50% when confronted about it they knoked $10 bucks but did not allow a replacement to be delivered for a cheaper price. As well I was also charged a full hour to do work that takes 10-20 min considering that the vehicle was already on the wheel alignment lift. Kleiber Auto can do better!!!

I am recommending Kleiber Automotive and I feel good whenever I visit Kleiber. One of those reasons is because I know that my car is in good hands and I can completely trust Kleiber crew. Complete rip off con artists. Never again will I ever subject myself or others to the abusive old man behind the counter. Quoted over 900$ for work that was completed by another reputable shop for just over half. And to be yelled at when I chose to use someone else Is disgusting customer service.

Kleiber Automotive is without a doubt the most friendly, informative, trustworthy, skilled and caring shop I have ever experienced. A jewel in the rough of automotive mechanic shops. They helped me the day before a long weekend, unheard of in most companies. Very grateful for them.

Brought in my Kia rondo to be serviced and the team at Kleiber Auto, they were more then helpful and accommodating! I always have a hard time find parts for my car or it being a ridiculous price, but they were reasonable and had it done in one day!

Great shop to go to, very friendly, honest and fairly decent pricing compared to other shops in the area. They got me in pretty quick and had the work done the same day. I highly recommend this shop and will be coming back for my other work.

Every time I've been to Kleiber to service my truck, Hans has always been polite and professional. He never tried to rip me off and he's always been helpful. That's my garage of choice when my truck needs an oil change or any other repairs.
