I recently purchased a Powertrain Treadmill from Klika, and it hasn’t worked since I received it. I tried phoning Klika for help, and they did not reply to my concerns, but rather sent emails which did not relate to the problems I was having setting the machine up. But rather they kept telling me to do things I had already told them I tried, but did not work. Eventually they sent me a second console for the treadmill, but it won’t work either. It’s mind blowing how poor their customer service is. I even sent them pictures and videos of the treadmill not working properly after the second console was sent, and it was not connecting to Bluetooth and not connecting to wifi like it is supposed to. It won’t even let you log in, which means the treadmill won’t even move at all. Every time I ask for a person to speak to me on the phone to walk me through the process, so they realise it doesn’t work, they tell me they are not able to because of the time difference. Apparently they have to wait for superiors in China to respond. It would appear that translation problems may be adding to the debacle. So much for local help when it’s needed by their consumers. Now, after a dozen emails, and a number of phone calls, I have been promised they will have an answer for me by tomorrow. It was purchased around the 14 July and it’s now August 31st and still not working!!! This treadmill cost approximately $2000.00 (including delivery), but instead of being used as a treadmill, it’s just a VERY expensive and large obstacle in my lounge room. It wasn’t worth the constant back and forth communication hassle, and I certainly would NEVER order from Klika again. I don’t care how much of a bargain an item they are selling might seem, because if it is faulty, or there is a problem with it, you’ll spend the rest of your days trying to get them to respond appropriately to your concerns. Buy somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save yourself daily headaches. Update: As soon as the ‘return warranty’ (one month) ran out, Klika stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. They had promised to send a technician out to fix the problem (twice), but never did. I have all this in writing. Now I have had to escalate the matter to the Small Claims Tribunal. Don’t believe in their warranties and promises. They will lie through their teeth, (and in writing), to take your money and leave you with products that don’t even work. Then you spend the next few months fighting to get a replacement item that does work, or your money returned. Otherwise known as ‘theft and fraud’. PER KLIKA’S REPLY ON THIS REVIEW: Klika has NOT been in constant contact with me at all. In fact, they didn’t reply to me for weeks, and it was only when a government department contacted them on my behalf, did they bother to reply to me at all. Klika have now been contacted by The Department of Fair Trading. Klika’s response to the Dept of Fair Trading was to send me a video of how to manoeuvre around the computer console of the treadmill. Of course I had already informed Klika ‘MULTIPLE TIMES’ in calls, emails and even sent them videos of the treadmill’s console that it could not be logged into properly. Therefore, what Klika asked me to do, they had already been informed previously, was impossible. Klika also said they didn’t understand how the problem could arise, because it had never happened to them before. It didn’t take me too long to be able to find other reviews online from different sources, that other people had had the ‘identical’ issue, and that Klika also kept promising to fix their treadmills, but never did. Like I stated previously, all talk and no action. I will update this review if Klika ever bother to fix the treadmill, so that it isn’t a giant $1500.00 + $495.00 postage useless hunk of junk sitting in my lounge room. I won’t hold my breath. Stay posted everyone……

Klika sold me a Pronti 17L Convection Halogen Oven that was under-cooking food. As an electronics technician I could measure its temperatures and found it took 40 minutes to reach only 178 deg. C MAXIMUM. When I complained, Klika immediately referred me to the "recommended cooking quideline". This fast response told me they know these ovens are dodgy. I sent the unit back to them and they said their 'warehouse technician' (get real !!! ) found it was worked properly. Had the so-called technician even turned it on he would have seen that the halogen heat lamp was constantly switching on and off. The thermostat is faulty … dummy!. In November 2022 Klika replied: “We are unable to replicate the issue, so we will arrange a refund to assist. Thanks for your time”. In December 2022, I wrote to Klika saying that I am still waiting for my refund. I got an immediate response: “Apologies for waiting. I have made a follow (sic) with our manager to assist this us (sic) about the refund. We are hoping for your additional understanding. Robbin | Customer Support” Additional understanding? Sure, I understand that Klika runs a scam where they knowingly sell substandard Chinese junk and avoid refunds when caught out. I have taken the opportunity to test three halogen cookers. Two were identical to the Pronti except for their different brand names. Both failed to heat quickly or to even get close to the specified 250 deg.C maximum heat. No doubt they are produced in the same Chinese factory. The third cooker was imported from the UK. It heated to its maximum temperature in a few minutes and notably, the lamp in this cooker did not keep turning off and on. This well rehersed Klika Scam continues.

On the 3rd of February I purchased 1 king bed frame and a king mattress, immediately after I got my invoice I started a live chat as my invoice said I had purchased a king single mattress. I was assured by the staff that it was a king mattress I was going to receive and I left it at that. On February 4th I looked online and it said on hold, I again started a live chat was assured it was just for the warehouse staff to take note that it was showing as a king single but in fact they would be shipping a king mattress. I left it at that, was excited to see that on Wednesday the 9th my order had been fulfilled and delivered to my residence. As I work full time I was not there and it was accepted by the person home. I have just now gone to put my bed together and noticed that there is no mattress! So now I currently have no where to sleep! I called customer support and by no fault of the operator was advised that the mattress was actually shipped independently and they would find the tracking info for me. The operator shortly returned to advise that it was not in fact sent independently but was not issued at all as they ran out of stock on the 8th of February. My question is how could I purchase the item if they intact had no stock? As well as how come no one tried to contact me to advise of the shortage. But only once I called them did they tell me. The lack of service and contact is appalling and all they could do was offer a refund and hang up. Still waiting for a real apology. If I could give negative stars I would. Not happy at all! This is an absolute joke! Would not recommend

Extremely bad experience! I ordered a 6x3m Wallaroo gazebo... it arrived over a month late with useless tracking, when I received it, the box was destroyed on both ends with the gazebo hanging out each end. When I unboxed it, 2 of the legs were damaged, bent so bad out of shape, paint falling off. I do not recommend this company as they have failed horribly to provide good service, quality products etc. No wonder your business only has 3 stars!! As a business owner myself, this is poor, I’ll be contacting you soon Klika. Update after 6 months: When I first attempted to fix it after the horrible service I received, I had to use a hammer and pliers to bend back into shape, next problem was the key rings located on each corner, one was jammed and wouldn’t release, took over an hour with 6+ people trying to put up!! This was at an event where crowds were around. Since first order, I decided to buy a second Wallaroo gazebo because the overall quality is great (besides all repairs I had to do). Do ordered second one (3x3m) from an eBay seller, great service, fast shipping, on time and great service! (Be careful as Klika has an eBay account)… Just saying, paying like $100 for express delivery for it to come over a month late and damaged is horrible. The delivery driver even told me the gazebo was given to him like that from Klika… Save your money and time! Avoid this business.

I bought a trampoline cover from Kahuna which is a trading name of Kmate and Klika. I have tried to return the cover because it is too small but it has been very challenging trying to determine how much money I will get back. No straight answers from their Customer Support who are very elusive giving figures or estimations even though I sent photos of the product. They only repeat their returns policy which will deduct a number of fees and charges from the refund amount. 1. Delivery charge - if free delivery they will take it from the refund. 2. Restocking Fee - anywhere from 15 to 30% off the purchase price. They don’t explain what it is. 3. Unsellable Fee - further reduction of the product is deemed unsellable. Open ended and subjective. 4. Return Fee - if at the end the calculated refund is too low and you want the product back they will charge to send it back. When you total it up, it disincentivises sending it back and of course doing business with them again. A no questions asked Returns policy is the cornerstone of an online business for the long haul.

TERRIBLE service and customer service. Advertised a treadmill with the incorrect image, full description was for the v1100 and the title of product was for the v1100, photos were the k1000. Clearly made the purchase of the v1100 based on the full description and name of product of the ad... they sent the k1000. Q completely different machine with different capabilities. They called me a liar and said I obviously wanted the k1000 even though my invoice said v1100. 2 and a half weeks later they still didn't want to fix their issue. Had to finally bring up consumer affair for false advertising and refusing to refund, still said they couldn't help. Ended up arguing all day with the rudest staff member, apparently they're going to fix it this week.. I guess we'll see. Whether they fix the issue or not I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If you saw the messages they sent you wouldn't want to deal with them either, more than happy to send them to anyone wanting them for proof.

These guys care zero about customer service & care zero about the reputation of Bunnings (they're associated with Bunnings marketplace). If (for whatever reason) you are forced to buy from them make sure you have extra protection by using a service like paypal. They sent me a remote control that only worked sometimes. I attempted to work with them to get a positive outcome, but it was obvious from the start that they weren't interested in customer service & were not going to provide a replacement. I'm investigating options concerning consumer affairs, spam reporting & a credit card refund. This remote is now in the bin & was a total waste of money. Also if you do feel forced to use Klika, like most scammers they want to control the communication. Be aware that the link on their emails redirects you to their website & they don't provide copies of any communication. Keep your own records.

I ordered a marque / gazebo from Klika for a particular event. It was exactly what I wanted, in a stunning bright pink colour. Excited to receive my gazebo, I waited and waited until I found a card left at my door from Aramex. Unfortunately Aramex was extremely difficult to deal with, I was unable to get in contact with them to track my package. I phoned Klika out of desperation and spoke to the lovely Charles who managed to calm my nerves and promised to follow up. Joanna, beautiful Joanna took over and chased up Aramex (a headache in itself) and stayed in contact with me until the very moment I received my order. She didn’t have to, but she made sure she followed through the whole process with me and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will most definitely be back to order from Klika again, their customer service is incredible - something that is hard to come by nowadays!

Terrible quality products! Don't purchase the Wallaroo 3m x 3m marquee. I recently purchased one and the cross beams broke within six uses. They simply cracked in half where the bracket and screw sits. Emails were sent to request a replacement or refund, along with photos showing the breaks, but the customer service team only offered to give us discounted replacement parts. The terms and conditions on their website state they will provide a refund/replacement where there has been a major failure in a product. We mentioned this to them a number of times, as this is Australian consumer law, however they kept insisting they could only offer replacement parts. Completely untrustworthy business, which has no interest in customer rights. Seriously, don't give these guys your business.

I loved how it only took two weeks of chasing them to get my couch delivered. It is important to mention that I lived 30 minutes away from their warehouse, maybe distance was an issue. The staff was very friendly though and I did feel that they tried their best to assist me. Thank you. Couch looks nice but it doesn't feel like great quality but it was cheap. You get what you pay for. When it finally arrived they left it in the building next door and I found out about about it because a neighbour told me it was blocking their door. Did I mention they they came on a Saturday opened the truck doors to find out they forgot to bring the couch or that they offered a refund for delivery that never happened? They get -4 stars and 5 stars for staff you don't deserve.

These guys used to be awesome but typical of a business that has outgrown its own skin. Purchased a log splitter bac in November 2021, arrived late December 2021 and was DESTROYED. I promptly contacted customer support who claimed to have a replacement in stock and would ship one 04/01/2022, contacted 10/01/2022 claiming all stock sold and no knowledge of when replacement stock would arrive so would refund upon return of destroyed unit. Have Palletised unit and has been sitting on my lawn awaiting their carrier to collect ( 3 days) Klika not prepared to discuss other options and seem to have gone to ground with no one willing to answer phones or emails...EVEN one of the directors.. TERRIBLE SERVICE from a business that used to be ONE OF THE BEST

I recently purchased an item from your company and whilst faulty , my query is been handled. Whilst now retired I always said to my staff that great businesses come from providing quality product and excellent customer service and that is what I have experienced dealing with Klikka. Your customer service contact Robbin has been excellent and has delivered a speedy level of service in answering my query. In today's world we hear of many complaints however do not get the accolades when they are due. Thank you for the excellent after sales service and a special thanks to Robbin for a job well done. By next week my query should be finalized.

Horrible customer service. I went in today Saturday 14/10/2023 half an hour before close time. I went to the counter to ask for some information but the male and female at the counter were too busy chat to each other. They fully ignored me. They both looked at me then turned around started chat to each other again. They were still at work. They got pay to chat to each other and ignored customer. SHOCKING Your reply is clearly trying to protect your staffs. She was inside of the counter when I first walked in. Then she left for abit. That was when the male came in to replace her and they both wearing the same uniform.

No problems with the product. Had issues with delivery, contacted Klika call centre for help, was almost impossible to understand the staff member due to accent, was told I couldn’t speak to anyone else as she was not able to transfer the call. Persisted but still had troubles, so asked for a supervisor. Was placed on hold for a minute, came back and said something I couldn’t understand and then got hung up on. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Product was great as described etc but if you have any problems, you are going to wish you hadn’t bought through this company.

We bought a gazebo through the website. It was an easy transaction, and although it clearly stated on the product description that the item was a pre-order, the company still contacted me afterwards to make sure I knew this was the case, and gave me to option to cancel the order if I missed the info and was expecting it earlier than the scheduled despatch date. The item was delivered quickly, and a follow up call from the company was made to make sure I received my item. The item itself is really good quality, and easier to set up and pack down that we expected. Thank you!

Bought a lawn mower from this company and unfortunately it won't cut the grass at the lower settings without digging into the grass l can only cut the grass on the higher settings Also the engine tends to rev at different speeds without me touching the lever and sounds like the engine wants to cut out.!!!! Not a very good quality lawn mower!!!!!! I have asked for a refund but lm having issues obtaining this from them? Won't be buying anything else from klika that's for sure!!!!!!.

At first the treadmill came and the console broken, asked for a changed and no email stating they are sending over, communication bad but its fine. Later on asking them if they have the spare parts they have and they will send over and in return i will send back the old broken console. Later on change of plan from them, the console needs to be with them first then only they send the spare parts to me even though I have send over the tracking number to them. Totally bad service.

My experience with Klika has been great. The jockey wheel I selected was cheapest at Klika. Competitive prices. Delivered within a few days. Efficient delivery. I left the product in the box for a month before opening it to find a part was broken. No fault of Klika. Contacted Klika and the very helpful ladies organized a new unit for me within half an hour which I picked up from their depot. No fuss - no inquisition. Couldn't be happier with the service.

An absolutely awful experience with delivery of a bed frame. Had to ring the company more than 10 times and email then to find out where my delivery was. Almost 3 weeks later I've only received 2 of 3 boxes and I can't assemble the bed frame. Klicka can't tell me when and if the third box is coming. Absolutely horrible experience. Sleeping on the floor has hurt my back and my mental health has suffered greatly. Never again

I found Klika through an unrelated Google search which was a great surprise, I had a quick browse to see what they had to offer. Their website is easy to navigate, I found a workshop shelf unit at a fantastic price, and checkout was easy as. Delivery was faster than expected as they use Australia Post Parcel Post, my personal favourite. Overall my unexpected shop at Klika was well worth it and I will shop with them again.

Sell junk products and don't stand by their quality. I purchased a brand new Diesel wood splitter in 2021. The splitter would have done less than 2 hours. A faulty component caused the engine to be considered a write off. Klika wouldnt resolve the issue and suggested I buy a new engine from them. If I'd have known their product was junk, I would have purchased a new Honda splitter, it would have worked out cheaper

Ordered a garden shed in August 2021. It took over 2 months to arrive. Team refused to give me a refund when the product didn't arrive after 8 weeks or take any responsibility for goods missing. I chased up with the courier who also has terrible service. Then the shed had one part missing abd still waiting as of 30th Dec to receive. Stay away from klicka, not worth the blood pressure. They are 100% incompetent

I brought a 4 X 8 mtr marquee. Put it up and within 12 hrs, it was destroyed. The pegs provided didn't hold in the wind, the material tore, the poles snapped and it's destroyed. I contacted support to be told it was not covered under warranty and was offered discounted replacement parts. What a joke. THE POLES SNAPPED IN HALF!! Can't be used. A total waste of $270 plus $93 shipping fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased an outdoor lounge chair on eBay and the transaction was flawless. Ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Friday, just in time for me to sunbake on my terrace this warm weekend. Communication was constant and delivery updates were accurate. The lounge chair itself is perfect and I can’t wait to lay down outside on it and catch some vitamin D during this stage 4 lockdown. I was super skeptical to order online again after my last bad experience with another company but I ordered two bedside tables on the Tuesday, they arrived at my door (and I live rural on a dirt road in the bush!) on the Thursday! So only two days later!! They were exactly what I ordered and easy to assemble! Very happy will definitely recommend!

Recently purchased a 6x4 shed off the website and probably won’t purchase anything again. The shed was smaller than advertised as they use measurements of the roof which overhangs the shed each side- the 1.21x1.94 shed is closer to 900x1.8. The instructions to build were poorly worded and left a lot of guess work. The shed itself is fine, although the sliding doors slide poorly. 2 stars from me

Very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. I required some spare parts for a wood chipper purchased at Klika many months ago. Some parts had simply worn out. The product was cheaper than any other online store, and the free delivery was the icings on top. The product itself is great too, my son doesn't come off it. We also had a slight issue (factory defect) which the team quickly put an order for the part in lightning speed. So even their customer support was amazing.

Purchased one of their kolner car fridges, worked great for 14 months and now no longer gets cold. I gave them a call for them to tell me it might need re gassing, no brand new fridge should need re gassing after 14 months. Anyway spend a little extra on a better quality product, it will save you in the long run.

Had such a great experience with Klika. Ordered a stunning blue velvet sofa and it arrived within 48hours! Delivery was simple and easy to communicate with. The couch was very smartly packed with all the tools/ legs and arms hidden under a compartment. Assembly took only an hour. Highly recommend!

Purchased the Highlander 17L Convention Oven. Works really well, easy to clean, and isn't too heavy to get in and out of the cupboard. Dealing with Klika themselves was efficient and easy. Delivery was only 2 days from ordering and I was very happy with that. Would defiantly buy again from Klika!!

Purchased the Morphy Richards Illumination Kettle - Aesthetically pleasing, love the light up feature, only drawback is that you need to manually remove the top cap (does not flip open) to fill with water. Great customer service, quick delivery would defintely shop at Klika again

Bought a cardio trainer branded as PowerTrain during lockdown. Poor quality - loose chain keeps on dropping and very noisy. 10+ emails exchanged with Klick but ended up that "It's normal" and I have to fix it myself!!! Not recommended for both product and seller!

Do not buy the electric jockey wheel, its not fit for purpose. The bracket is very weak and will not support the weight of an empty 600kg trailer. Klicker does not want to refund it even after I showed them the video of what it was doing. Very dangerous item.

Bought a Sarantino Sofa bed. Easy to assemble. Not much time to wait. But didn't notice me of not delivering into my apartment before purchasing. Just being told on the day before delivery. Luckily it is not super difficult to life it back from the lobby.

The selection process, was straight forward. Delivery was within the week, even to rural Western Australia. My only suggestion is that the instruction manual, be more detailed on which hydraulic hose goes to with connection point.
