OLIVIA!! tonight i had an unfortunate encounter with a team member at Kmart. Despite it being almost closing time, she chased me out of the store and had a dismissive attitude. It was really disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. It's important for staff to provide good customer service, even during the last minutes of the day. I hope Kmart addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers absolutely ridiculous that you have staff on who treat customers paying customers with this disrespect. As we were paying and scanning our items mind you we spent $144 she said to her coworker “ at this rate i think that we would be better taking them to the register and scanning their items and they were also talking rudely about us right behind us. olivia should be spoken taught respect and how to treat customers. DISGUSTING OLIVIA.

Picked up a USB with a yellow tag saying $3.50 then go to the register and it scans up as $8. Just asked the nice lady at the register to check for me and she rang the entertainment area and they say no its $8. After I pay for my other times I head down to double check and there are two staff standing infront of the USB cables discussing my query. I then get told the ticket was for another item. I'm a pretty frugal shopper and I know what I have seen. I was then told there was no ticket there at all I felt like they were calling me a liar! I then said next time I will take a photo to show and then got a response 'you do that then'. WOW!! Been shopping at Kmart for a long time, never had a bad experience until this. Very disappointed customer.

I waited for over 10 minutes at the Service Desk, pressed the service call button 6 times without a response. Finally an elderly/senior staff member (female with white/grey hair) who works on the service desk often, yells out from a few aisles away “I’m busy!” So I called out and asked if she could please call someone, to which she yells back “I can, but it doesn’t mean anyone will come and help you!”. She was extremely rude and lacks any customer service skills whatsoever. I felt worse for the pregnant lady waiting in line….

Kmart? "Gotta go to Kmart" was said on the hit movie Rainman & that was made over 30 years ago. Kmart have had some time to cement their stores across Australia with 323 at the moment. America once had well over 2000 stores across the country although since 2022 there is only a few stores operating today so the store we love to be affordable could soon be a thing of the past so don't forget to support your local Kmart store as they have taken a rather large blow globally speaking that is.

My two little girls fell over while in the trolley, three lovely women rushed over and asked if everything was alright, got not only my girls a cold drink of water but also their grandparents and myself, they kept coming over and checking, talking to the girls being sweet lovely and super attentive, then even asked me if they were able to have some chocolate and for the girls some kinder chocolate. Such lovely people and the store is well kept, full of stock 10/10

After being told that they had all the items I was after in stock then put on hold multiple times and getting passed from person to person, to find out after 25 minutes on the phone that they actually didn’t have any of the items I was told they had in stock! Staff had no idea what was going on and one girl had terrible phone manners. Can only guess she was new. Very disappointed by the service and lack of knowledge of their stock.

Glad Kmart occupied the space after Big W left. Store has a huge range of items and items are fairly priced. Easy and plenty of parking in the shopping centre. I would of given the 5 stars but didn't have a good experience with lining up trying to pay for my items. Customers who were on self check out needed help, but there was only one staff helping everyone. Would suggest adding more staff at cashier during peak period.

Large store much better than the big w that used to be there. They also took over my old mechanic and its now kmart tyre and auto. Cant comment on the kmart tyre snd Auto yet but the kmart store is large and very well stocked. Much better than the kmart at dandenong plaza and less undesirables. The Staff are ok not rude or friendly. The girls at the entrance are always very friendly.

Staff very rude when we asked for some help when trying to use self service and the items scanned at the wrong pricing. Started to assist us then stopped to go and help 4 other customers before returning back. Would have made more sense to finish helping us first than going to help the other customers instead we were left standing there for 10 minutes waiting.

You need to have your double Vax certificate to enter this store. Some of the children's toy section shelves were nearly empty. I also noticed a few Christmas items missing, with empty shelves fairly obvious. Friendly staff to help you with checking in, and also in the register section if you need help scanning your purchases.

First time to come here as they only have the table I was looking for. Staff that i spoke on the floor was kind enough to check their inventory and placed it on hold for me. I’m quite surprised of the interior of the store. It is updated and looks good. Better than the old and tired looking other Kmarts.

A few of the people who were working in customer service were horrible attitudes. The lady was doing something but I needed help so I said Excuse me, and she just ignored me first, and I told her I need help, but she just nodded her head and she kept doing whatever she was doing. It was just horrible.

Staff helpful at self check out but the guy that must manage floor stock spoke with an disapproval tone was not nice. I said 'hey can you help me in a polite voice' his reply 'what do you want' as if I was in his way. Must have got out of the wrong side of the bed or something. Only getting 3 stars

As our grandaughters had an accident in the store we could not have been more satisfied with the service and help from your amazing staff....l was going to personally send an email....please let your staff know they are the best and we will now be coming to your store in the future....thankyou

This Kmart is so friendly and family orientated. Have you ever been to a Kmart that was totally messy and overrun with people? Not this one It looks new The staff are alright depending on person. I appreciate the workers, when they want to help you. It’s so nice and cozy here.

Love shopping at Kmart as very economical place lots of reasonably priced wares to purchase . What sisappoints me is lack of staff. Assistant at entrance another at help desk another at changeroom And another at registers . Need help and customer service is where?

Needed to do a return on a purchase and swap it for the same product but different size but because it was on zip pay online and there was a difference they said could not do it. At the end spoke to the manager of the store and was able to do store credit.

I have called to try and speak to someone in regards to a stock check. Online says in stock, not low stock, but won’t let me order. 20 times and no one answers the phones. This is just tonight but I have never found this store to ever answer the phones!!!

I was from western suburb drove all d way to Endeavour Hills for the digital blender.. They have massive stocks and lots of items thats unavailable in other kmart branch.. worth the drive.. great customer service n pretty empty for a Sunday

It's kmart, shame it's only got 1 service register and they push you to self checkout. No discount, no friendly banter and no future jobs for single mums trying to get ahead or students trying to pay their way through school.

Would like to say a big thank you to Erica and Jess at Kmart Endeavour Hills. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Erica kept a chair on hold and Jess brought a trolley over and placed it in. Super helpful and friendly.

It's a conveniently located store but unfortunately not always fully stocked. You will find other Kmart's have a lot more variety, larger quantities and a larger range. Customer service is always friendly and helpful.

I gave them this this rating because I'm a full figured lady and I find it hard to get anything to fit me on my last visit I actually got a bra and singlet that fitted me kudos to you Kmart for catering for all sizes

Pretty good. Slow wait on customer service assistance in electrical, refund, lay by area. So basically less staff to assist probably due to max profit for min costs. Give more to get more K-mart management.

Purchased a basketball hoop. Had to collect it at the loading dock. Ryan was really helpful with getting it in to the vehicle. He really went above and beyond expectation. Thank you Ryan. Keep it up.

It would of been a perfect 5 stars if the checkouts weren't in the middle of the store(what were they thinking??) The Staff are very helpful, friendly and store is clean and well stocked some days.

I went in to pick-up some goods for back to school and while the prices were good the selection was limited. For example I could only find one brand of printer paper which was their brand.

Very bad customer service today, it says on stock on their website but no one willing to help me to find the product, item even not on the shelf and no idea about the retail assistant

Newly refurbished. The store is not that busy on week nights. But one thing is that the store is running with minimum staff and most times strugle to find help when needed.

Good range of products. Friendly staff who are always willing to help you find your way to a item that you cannot locate. Easy checkouts with staff on hand to assist you

nice and neat place to shop. Didn't know about this hidden gem before today. Parking is a bit of a mess but the shops are clean and nice. Will surely come back again.

It is not the largest store, however, it has a great range of stock and is never really that busy. It is the ideal store to escape the crowds and have a browse.

Went to pick up clothing being held at the service desk. I walked away with the wrong size, Viktor the attendant caught up with me with the correct size.

BIG W take over would be good to have a place to buy items as when I got the trolley to the from door there was nowhere to pay.

I only shop at Kmart if I absolutely have to - I do not like to see jobs disappear while we are forced scan our own items.
