I visited KMART Knox City today to exchange charger. Jill was the one who helped me today, on my last visit also to this Kmart, Jill helped me at the Customer Service desk when I had an issue with my Vacuum Cleaner. Jill called someone from hardware department to show me how to assemble, which made things so easy & simple. Jill was courteous from start to finish. The service quality was truly exceptional. Jill was a real pleasure and a good eye for detail. Thank you so much Jill, for your amazing service. I highly recommend this Kmart Store . Great team ! Wonderful service!

It's a friendly Kmart store, which seems to follow the trend of everywhere else these days in effectively getting you to serve yourself, which makes sense at a supermarket less so when you've got a large amount of clothes in a department store. And if anyone managed to find where they've hidden the "not women's but young girls" pj section for my daughter let me know as we never managed to find it (even after being given some not great directions from a member of staff)

I rang yesterday to put a beach mat aside and they were quite helpful, tracking it down and putting it aside! I went in store quite early this morning, just after opening, and the store was practically empty, providing me with plenty of time and room to get the mat. There were some togs on the clearance rack in front of the store and they were in my size, too! I'm a plus-size girl, so that was awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful!

Absolute disgrace Kmart knox will not help in any manner with products to return I have bought a dog bed with material on the underside that is not supposed to sweat When I have found that it is becoming so wet that I am required to use the mop to wipe away the water they state it is no fault of the product and will not help in anyway I will NOT be supporting Kmart in any way in the future and would not recommend Kmart to anyone

A great store with an enormous variety of products. Prices are generally good value for money. Easy Store to shop and find most things you normally use. Staff are most helpful if you cannot find something. Usually fairly easy paying for your purchases as usually plenty of checkouts open for quick service.

Lots of great products at low prices, the only negative point is there is never any manned checkouts available and no enthusiasm by staff to even open up one for those that can't operate a self check out- everyone is pushed to self checkout. Customer service lacks human interaction and presence.

The managers have NO clue what they are doing. Try to refund an item. They kept asking each other HOW to do a refund...I said forget it and Walked out. Over 10mins I stood there with them going back and forth. This has to be the worst management. Need to return something, go somewhere else!

Pathetic level of service, could not get service at checkout, I'm trying to give you money Kmart it's not that hard. I don't expect you to do my job I'm not doing your job! Kmart would never survive in small business.

Underwear, clothes and shoes put out in display when dirty. Brought to the staff’s attention and they didn’t care. It’s obviously from transport, but they should be cleaned before displaying.

We had the worst experience ever at this Kmart Knox city. The people that work here a racist ,hypocrites, money hungry monsters they were so rude and disgusting never be going there again.

The sales assistant Liz refused to service me at the customer service desk, telling me that it would take to long and I had service myself at the self service area, very rude lady!

Easy access with pay for stay car park, we stayed an hour but no charge, but gives easy access to entrance, close to k-mart and AFL store and combank right by entrance.

When you spend 10+ minutes looking for an item, ask a staff member for help and they tell you the items in stock, point in a direction and dont help you find it.

Very helpful staff even though they didn't have what I needed even though there computer said they have two. Next time I will call and speak to a human first.
