I was not aware that there were two K Marts in Bondi Junction. I went to the Westfield Oxford Street store, after having seen the K Mart sign, I ventured in store. At the parcel collection area I enquired about my parcel. The two wonderful women serving me pointed out that there is another K Mart in Spring Street Bondi Junction. SARAH and BROOKE were the two wonderful K Mart employees who assisted me. They drew a map of the other store to make it easier, they are women, professional, courteous and friendly staff members. Whilst waiting, I noticed the photo printing and picture framing departments. My day was a delight after such great help from great people. See you soon K Mart. Stephen Sargent.

The service today was very poor. We were served by Ruby who was working at the service desk. She was really unhelpful. I appreciate that the service desk was busy in which case it required more than one person staffing if. Dealing with a customer by telling them they won’t help us not a solution to making the line move quicker. I use the words “won’t help” because I know it was not true that she was unable to as I had a similar issue on Sunday where the most helpful employee was able/ willing to help me without a problem. I normally don’t review but I just felt like this was a shocking service. Really disappointing.

Most frustrating experience in a store. The place is a mess, it is absolutely unclear where the sections are. When I found the men's section (very hidden at the back of the store) you can see it is mixed with women's clothes. Personal is very rare to find, you can only spot cleaning people that are unable to help you to find anything. After wasting half an hour in the store I found a shelf stacker, I asked where can I find a Christmas t-shirt, we looked for 15 min and then he realised there aren't any. I will never come back to a Kmart store, it is the worst place ever.

Well organised and neat Kmart compared to others. The checkout is at the centre of the shop, just something to be aware of. Great place for affordable appliances and homewares that work but aren't flashy. Kids toys, apparel for all ages and shapes and pet products are also well ranged and affordable. Not only is there no customer service. But the self service machines after every scan says foreign item in bag and you have to get someone who works there to sign for it. Then I went to use my Westfield's vouchers and NONE of the staff could make them work!!!! The manager stood there and apologised over and over unable to make them work. Thus forcing me to pay with my credit card. Retrain staff, incapable manager, AWful experience...why go back when I can do better online for customer service!!! Bad form Kmart..and you used to be my favourite

Customer service isn't good here. I go to the service desk to ask for the product I'm looking for and they tell me it's around the checkout. I search the checkout and it's not there. I then ask an another staff member and they redirect me to an another section, again its not there. When updating your in stock items which are not in your store please say it's out of stock on the website otherwise it's misleading. Also this place was so messy and disorganized. Seems like staff need to be trained up more and clean up the place.

This 5-star review is for James, who single-handedly worked the self-checkout area on a busy public holiday (Labour Day Monday 2023 around 1pm) with professionalism, politeness, and friendliness towards customers. He maintained a positive attitude despite being overwhelmed by the volume of customers and showed excellent work ethic in ensuring all customers received the best service possible. James is a valuable asset to the Kmart team and deserves recognition for his dedication and hard work.

I am 61 years old, not really good with digital stuff, Nick is so patient and courteous to guide me in photo printing. And not only me, the lady who required his help after me was probably 70+, and Nick also helped her so nicely. I managed three medical centers during my career life and I would say Nick would be the staff that every boss sought after.

I went into the store at Bondi Junction to purchase hand weights . Didn't have the kg weights I needed .Staff said that it's only what's there . So arranged click and collect at the same store straight away after leaving the store . The weight size I wanted was in stock , so I booked click and collect and had to return to the store to collect once processed. This is the 3rd time I've had to do this. Frustrating when you know they have the stock

When are the change rooms going to open up? The sign says its closed for Covid, but currently Covid has no end in sight, if cases are low, open them up. It is very difficult and frustrating to attempt to buy clothes without change rooms, and not everyone can afford to buy multiple pairs of clothing just to try on or have the time to bring back ones that don't fit. Please use some logic in this situation and in these already frustrating times.

Make an order for click and collect at 8am. Takes forever to complete. Tried ringing the store which just rang and rang and rang for over half an hour. Tried all options and no answer. When ready order stated one of my items was unavailable and refunded. Went to the store for pick up 20mins later. Checked for the item (just in case) and there was 5 on the shelf. All customer service were no help.

Online stock count was not updated online so I went here wasting my time. Staff were difficult to scarce, one particular one at the entry completely ignored my question (granted I didn't realise she was having a conversation on her headset). A friendly and young staff member helped me in the nursery section -think her name was Maria/Marissa. Thank you for that!

I have called various sections of the store this morning several times to check if they stock a specific item in toys, waiting as long as 8 minutes while the ringing continued, but nobody bothered to pickup, each time kept on ringing for a few minutes. They better check their phone system or review their staff ignoring all customers calling in!

Disappointing that you cant get basic things like rice strainer or much of anything in kitchen section. Cant even buy men's swimmers. Off to Rebel Sport to pay $40 for tiny swimmers. What happened to the Men's clothing section? Looks aweful, i would not buy anything to wear out, but it used to be as good as any Menswear shops.

Just picked up a click and collect item and the girl working there was lovely! She was working alone in the area and it seemed very busy because there was a lady who i think was being difficult at the photo print out section. The person who serves me had red hair and freckles but yes she did very well !!!

I absolutely love going to Kmart, however I was absolutely shocked when I had accidentally got into a employees way while she was pushing a cart to restock items. I had politely apologised however she stared at me with a horrible look and walked away. I am extremely unhappy with this employee.

Useless. Can’t find items. Staff can’t find items. They direct you to the overloaded customer service desk which - surprise surprise - has a massive queue. Kmart, I have a choice where I spend my money - sort your act out, because I ain’t spending it at your stores if I can’t find stuff.

Click and collect service is extremely slow, it's taking like 5 - 10 mins for each collect because for some reasons, the stocks are stored at the back of Kmart so each time it takes ages for staff to go and get it.

It's big, spacious with plenty on offer. Don't like how each section/department seems to overlap/merge into the next. I'm old-school, I like clearly defined areas, you know, like supermarkets.

By far the worst automatic checkout system for a national retailer in Australia. Tried 4 different systems with 5 different errors, a 2 item transaction took 10 minutes.

Very untidy racks of clothes. Eg: with XL clothes on hangers labelled S. Also quite a few on the floor. Better signage would also be a huge help
