Last week, I went to KMS Auto Sales with the idea of purchasing a vehicle for the summer. When my girlfriend and I entered, we saw three employees seated at the front desk. As we approached the desk all three employees looked up at us and proceeded to talk amongst themselves, with no pleasantries or hellos. We were so excited that we just started looking at cars. After 15 minutes of walking around one of the associates asked if we needed help I told him my girlfriend and I were looking for a black Mercedes E Class 400, and he pointed to a white Mercedes E-class and told us the price and mileage before returning to his desk. About 10 minutes into looking at the white Mercedes my girlfriend and I decided to leave. The three-sales representative looked up and resumed their conversation as we preceded to leave the dealership. I told my girlfriend as we walked out that I had one more question for them. As I returned to the sales floor, I approached two of the salesmen to inquire whether they had the black Mercedes E Class 400 that they had advertised on Autotrader. one of the salesmen merely looked at me and said No! What's wrong with the white car you saw in the showroom in a sarcastic tone, then went on to say well we don't have it because it was sold two weeks ago. He then returned his focus to his coworkers. I felt like I was being stereotype and judged based on my appearance. I work in finance and have visited and spoken with several dealerships, but this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not purchase vehicle from this dealership or recommend anyone.

Warning!!! I purchased a vehicle from KMS Fine Cars Inc. and just wanted to warn all other clients that are interested in buying a vehicle from them. The customer service up until I purchased the SUV was great and I felt that I got a good deal compared to other places that I shopped. However, once I left the dealership it was a different ball game. The car started to have problems and when ever I tried to contact them I would get the runaround. I purchased the vehicle with a warranty and this was my incentive that I made the deal. However when I took this vehicle to get serviced at LandRover they refused to touch my brakes because apparently the car had aftermarket brakes and therefore the warranty would not cover me. When I contact KMS they were denying everything and were putting the blame on whomever they purchased the card from. Never-the-less even LandRover suspected that there was some illegal business going on with this dealership. So my trust level with them went to 0%. Im still running around and trying to get the vehicle fixed properly and am pretty annoyed that it has been months that I have been dealing with mechanics. and I still don't feel that my car is safe for the road. Be very careful when purchasing with this dealership I don't want other people to suffer what I have been going through. I really hate to complain but I really want to express my feelings so others will not get screwed!!!

I just picked up a new Orange Cayenne after talking to Sid on-line and then on the phone. He offered me a fair trade for my Toyota Rav4 and we made arrangements for me to drive from New Brunswick and pick up the new Porsche. They were waiting for me. Sid, Kyle and Ash (who was a trained Porsche expert). Paperwork was all done, temporary license in the window affixed, windshield washer fluid topped up and a full tank of gas. The car was exactly what I was hoping and their professionalism was over the top. I have made this trip a few times, picking up a new Ferrari, Porsche and Audi from other dealers in the area. These folks are by far the best of the lot and I would strongly recommend them. They not only went through the vehicle with me before my trip so I was familiar with car, but they unloaded the luggage and other things in the old car and switched it to the new one. They helped me find a hotel out of town on the way back as well as left me with a half dozen bottles of water for the trip. Needless to say, once again, if they can find you a car, do not hesitate to put your trust in them to give you a fair price, fair trade-in and be very courteous and professional. 5stars definitely. :-)

Second segment of my review: On Sat. May 23rd I made the decision to buy the 2006 911 4S from KMS. Kyle and his dad agreed to all my asks, such as change the oil, breaks, buff a couple of the signal lights, as well give me the opportunity to take the car in for a full inspection to my shop! On Sat May 30th I picked up the car! It looked almost brand new. It was detailed and all the asks were completed. The feedback i received from my shop was that "this is one of the best 2006 911 4S they have seen...mechanically and cosmetically! I was so happy to hear that! THANK YOU Kyle and Syd for your honesty and for having some of the best automobile selections in town! May 16th - I am in the market to buy a Porsche convertible and KMS happens to have one in their showroom. Last wknd, i had the chance to stop in and meet Kyle who took the time to provide me with answers to all my questions and was able to give me additional info about the car. I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. I can say that I will be very confident if I purchase a vehicle from KMS (just working on the budget)!

I went to Kms cars . I was referred to them by a colleague . I wanted to trade my hummer for a Mercedes or Audi for my wife . Initially , the owner said that my trade wasn’t the type of car that they sell . Shortly thereafter when they noticed I was interested in one of there car . The said that they wanted to run my car in Tye auction . I thought about it and I agreed he then asked me to pay him $50.00 to put in live auction . It costs the dealer nothing only when there’s a sale do they have to pay some fees which are only a few hundred dollars after they collect profit from client which they don’t disclose . The next day I call the owner of the dealership asking what was the highest number posted by auction . Inistially he said it would bring approximately 25 k by the way my vehicle retails between 40 to 50 k . The guy has the audacity to say that he only received 10k for my car . This is a complete lie as I had a friend run the car through autorev auction exact same as kms yses and I received an offer of $27,000. This guy a liar and untrustworthy!!! Avoid this dealer !!

Excellent service and experience with the purchase of my new audi Q7, top notch condition car, I'm impressed by the quality of the accommodation and hospitality I received from KMS, I felt as if I walked in to my own family business. Kyle and Sid are extremely friendly and honest. To provide me a peace of mind, Sid the owner himself drove my car to an Audi for pre purchase inspection and only to surprise the advisor of the excellent condition the car had. The delivery of my car happened to be on the day of my birthday and I was surprised to be presented with a cake, this was the best birthday experience I ever had. Thank you Kyle and Sid for the awesome day that I spent over there at your lovely, elegant family owned business. Highly recommended. If I drove from Ottawa to buy my car there, then the locals should not look elsewhere and find their dream cars right at KMS Fine Cars dealership.

This was my first experience with KMS Fine Cars in Toronto. I will give them a solid 5 Star Rating. I was in the market for a very specific model and year Audi A8, and KMS had 2 that fit my criteria. Within minutes after test driving, the beautiful luxury sedan was mine. KMS took care of everything and were extremely efficient in processing all of the paper work and preparing the vehicle for me. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They also have the best inventory of luxury sedans and sports cars in Toronto from what I've seen. Even if your not in the market for a new ride, you should check out their show room. Also, I took my car a month later to this incredibly amazing Auto Detailing shop in Oakville called Buff Daddys. They do everything by hand. I wouldn't go anywhere else going forward. Both companies are exceptional. #KMSFineCars #BuffDaddys

I always was petrified to purchase a used car in North America, until I visited K.M.SFinecars, a family owned business, which proved me wrong! A week ago I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes Benz 300C 2015 for my daughter from this dealership, and both she and I could not been happier. My daughter got exactly what she expected, and I was very happy with the price, while KMS took top dollar for my trade in. My sales reps, Sid and Kyle (father and son) were amazing and very patient with me and my daughter. The car my daughter received was in immaculate condition. KMS went as far as to change everything they felt needs to be changed, that was not even worn out. This was my first experience with purchasing a pre-owned car, and my first visit to KMS Fine Cars store in North York Ontario. Great service and vehicle! I drove from Ottawa to Toronto to purchase a vehicle from KMS and was very impressed with the level of service, communication and quality of the vehicle which was detailed and waiting for me upon arrival. I was a bit skeptical in purchasing a vehicle over the phone but was assured the vehicle was mint and was very to happy to see the vehicle surpassed my expectations. Sid was great to deal with and the process was quick and without any surprises or extra unexpected charges, fees etc.

I bought a C300 from these guys and this guy Sid, gave me a $1000 discount because he mistakenly gave me the wrong price but he honoured his words . They also changed the brakes for my satisfaction . VERY POOR SERVICE AND DISHONEST. I bought a mercedes the car wasn't ready when I went for it. All brakes and tires were bad even tho they had their Mechanic safety the vehicle I had to go back a few times. The tires were bad didn't receive the second keys. The car died just over 3 months after. I really wish I didn't waste my time going there and I think very hard before visiting them. In other words don't waste your time

Great family business. They take pride in what they do and clearly love cars. Knowledgeable and deliver on what they promise. They let me take the car I was interested in to my mechanic. My mechanic found a common wear issue. Kyle had his mechanic do the repair and left the old part for me to see so I knew without question that the work was done. I would recommend them to anyone . I will never recommend this place again.I bought a car 2 months ago and it broke down ( engine issue - cost over& 4000) the older gentleman proceed to tell me , I bought an old car that’s why it broke down- so why does he sell old car that will have engine issue and break down and sells it with high price?? I left his shop right after he said I bought an old car , what do I respond to that?

I bought a 2019 BMW from them and it was the worst car ever. They said the rear bumper had a small scratch, after receiving the vehicle we found out it was full of Bondo Body auto filler. And, full of other things NOT declared. I will never buy from these people. If you are planning on buying from them...have the vehicle double checked for they are not transparent with their deals.

Kyle was great. But when I had trouble with the brakes, They did replace them with cheap parts. The brakes squealed horribly, I brought it back 5 times his father told me to turn up the radio because my ears where to sensitive. I have now had the brakes replaced since at my cost of $1200. Very Disappointing!

Expensive cars with cheap minds . They tries to put loan application before test drive for the vehicle. Sales representative was good though but the manager or the owner he didn’t want the customer to drive the vehicle for the customer satisfaction.

Very disappointed in regards to the description of the vehicle I was looking to purchase...Wasted 12 hours of my time plus 200$ of gasoline driving to Toronto from Montreal after leaving a deposit on one of their vehicles... Not impressed!
