Was browsing looking for used vehicles and found a 2015 Tundra on their page, Went and looked at the truck and test drove. Great looking truck, previous owner took excellent care. The only issue was the Tire Pressure Sensor as the truck had aftermarket rims and tires. Knapp stated they would have it fixed. When i arrived for delivery of the truck they stated the that it had not been repaired but I could take it to have it repaired and they believed the estimated cost would be less than $400. The estimate was off by an additional $500. I contacted Knapp when I was given the estimate buy Fred Haas for the repair. No response until later in the day after the repair had been made....Knapp stated they only agreed to $400....and now I'm out the extra $500. As they didn't properly diagnose the issue and assumed it was only 1 TPS that wasn't working and turns out it was all 4. Knapp will not work to make it right. For my next vehicle purchase Knapp won't even be considered. Yes, it is partially my fault for taking delivery of the vehicle before it was fixed but I also feel Knapp did not do their full due diligence on a resale of a used vehicle. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I met Aaron Rush When I purchased my SUV almost 3 years ago, this guy is not only friendly and knowledgeable in all his vehicles and the package that belong with that vehicle, this Bro. is happy to help and trust me after three years of ownership, on numerous occasions I have tested this theory and he has always come through. I met Mia Rankin earlier this summer while taking my vehicle in to be serviced. Mia has learned me well enough to know what 2 vehicles I love and long for and always reaches out when they are in stock and if there is a deal on them. She NEVER harasses me about what's available, she simply informs me and sits back and waits for me to bombard her with my questions, always remaining professional, diligent and forthcoming. Then there's the service department who by mistake over charged me $25 and before I could even make it home corrected the issue and refunded me that's the "Honesty" we need when dealing with dealerships. Knapp Chevrolet I appreciate this type of customer service and excellence, I am definitely a customer for LIFE!!!

if you're ever considering getting a car from this dealership PLEASE DONT ! Went in a couple years ago looking for a truck, went through the whole process and ended up purchasing the truck only to find out a couple days later that it was a V6 when we were told multiple times that it was a V8, which is what we were looking for and what we asked for. We end up going back and exchanging for what we originally asked for. Fast forward to about a month ago, we got a call asking if we were interested in a trade in and decided to give them another shot and ended up accepting, turns out we got a V6 AGAIN when we specifically asked for a V8 ! Had to go back AGAIN and exchange to what we asked for. The cherry on top was today when we were told the license plates were ready only to find out they were from the V6 truck that was purchased after the trade in. Did they not think to double check and don't realize how dangerous that is. These workers really need to learn what they have in their lot and do a better job.

I was in Houston for work when my car died downtown. Fortunately, I was able to get it to Knapp. I called on the way to explain the problems the car was having. I was worried that I would be late to my meeting, but fortunately they had already called a ride for me before I arrived. I dropped the car off and got to my meeting on time. They spent all day working on the car, diagnosing a problem that had eluded mechanics at home. Staying in touch with me through the day via text, I was able to approve the repairs. I was worried I was going to have to spend the night in Houston because I was unable to get to the service center until more than an hour after they had closed. No matter - they waited and left the keys with the sales desk. I was able to get home to my family that night. This is hands-down the best auto service I have had. Wonderful technicians, wonderful customer service, kind people.

Went to test drive a 2012 Subaru Tribeca listed for $9,999. Tatjana the sales person said there was no warranty when I asked. When presented with the pricing after financing application, it was broken down like this $11,999 base $2,000 discount $1,999 Knapp Protection Plan Plus taxes and such, final price over $13k. The first price is a sales technique known as price anchoring. There’s no “discount” it just looks good to some people. Then she insisted the Protection Plan is required on all vehicles, and wanted to get me the service records on the car, claiming they had put a lot of work into it and they were losing $4k on the vehicle. No you’re not. That’s not how businesses work - especially car businesses. I left feeling disgusted with the whole thing. Will not return.

State Farm told me this place was a great shop for my Audi and they recommended for me to take it to them. My car was hit by some stuff that fell off and 18 wheeler and the work wasn't major. They kept the car for 3 and half weeks, gave me car looking good I will say that, but they forgot to put my lights in, they told me they did the alignment and when I took it to a shop they said no alignment had been done and they ran it by the machine which showed how bad the alignment was. They told me to leave the car and they would align it but it would take another week. Avoid them for body shop work. People never answer in the office so you're left wondering what is going on. Avoid at all cost unless you want mediocre work, lies and people that act like they hate their job

I had my car towed there due to a check engine light that was on back on July the 21st. The tow company damage my transmission pan and your shop took 2 weeks to repair and replace it. Then it took another 2 weeks to do the timing chain due to the check engine light. Your service guys did not work on my car when promise and your service reps did not call and follow up in a timely fashion. I had to constantly make the phone calls to get information on my car. I finally got my car back on August 22nd. One month later. Just poor customer service all the way around and a lack of communication and follow up with your customers. Stop texting information and pick up the phone and call your customers and talk with them about the status of their cars.

I was looking to purchase a C8. I called a few dealers in town, ended up getting a reservation at classic. Waited 9 months just to find out the salesman lost my reservation. I decided to call other dealers and I ended up calling Knapp Chevrolet. I spoke with Lovell Lloyd the very first day. I knew I wanted to do business with him because of his transparency. I came in the very next day and asked for a reservation. I did not expect to hear from them since there is a long wait. Mr. Lloyd was on top of it since day one. I was getting calls anytime there was an update. It was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a vehicle, ask for Lovell Lloyd! Service is exceptional. Family oriented dealership.

Mia, the salesperson, was warm and friendly and answered all my questions. Aaron the financial guy was very unprofessional. He was in a rush to leave and hurried through all the paperwork, talked bad about the previous customer before me, started cussing almost as soon as I sat down, and didn't talk about warranty information, gap insurance, or anything else you'd expect from the finance manager. He just didn't take the time he needed to make me feel comfortable. On my way home in my new car, the tire pressure sensors came on and 3 tires were under 30 psi, recommended is 38. This should have been checked before selling me the car.

Went in for an oil change and to get my tire patched. Everything went well until it was time to leave. I was told my truck would pull in once everything was done but I was never notified that my truck was ready until I asked. Furthermore they had trouble lowering the housing unit for my spare tire. When I inspected the spare tire tube the housing unit was loose as if they tried to pry it open. I left and was called about 15 minutes later that the dealership forgot to put on a hub cap for a rim and my spare tire kit.

They said they are okay to let me test drive a camaro when asked over the phone and when i reached there, they said I have to go through the numbers first before driving the car. After the numbers discussion, they said they can’t provide test drive for sports cars and asked me to test any of the trucks they have This is very bad service. I wasted all my time driving all the way here. Please be clear that you can’t allow test drives. Don’t behave cheaply over the phone to attract customers and later disappoint them

Poor customer service in the Service department. I went to have my tire checked and since the pressure wasn't low the individual stated he wasn't going to waste the mechanics time to check on it if it didn't show low pressure. I was very upset. That same day I had to go somewhere else to have my tire patched because it did have a screw in it. It could have been taken care of then and there. Every time I go there is an issue. I am not a happy customer.

Bad Service!! Don’t buy a car here! I bought a 2023 corvette which has a title rejection called NMVTIS Hold the VIN hadn’t been recorded. It’s a big inconvenience having to call different counties to fix this. For the amount of money I paid for that vehicle they should help me fix the issue but are asking me to deal with the issue in Austin Tx myself. Save your self the time and headaches go somewhere else where they have it together.

This was my first time shopping at a dealership and they made the process pretty easy for me. The sales representative who I believe name was Matt was very helpful in getting me the truck i wanted and made sure that we fit my budget. Matt seemed like a very hard worker from running around making sure the truck was gassed up and getting it detailed. He is a great salesman. And they also gave me a veterans discount which was very nice.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this time I have too. I went to the dealership to inquire about truck that was advertised at 38k when I get there they said it was a glitch and the lowest they can sell it to me is 44k but then I see a facebook add for the same truck for $42,998. I've purchased 2 vehicles from knapp and I'm very upset how they have conducted their business and false advertise. They lost a customer in me.

Great place, already went to 3 dealers. The other dealers really low balled me on my trade. Knapp gave me the best money and price right off the bat for my new truck. Go see Andre for your next vehicle! My only criticism is that they started me signing the documentation without going over everything with me before hand. But it was late and I know they wanted to get out of there. Thanks for the new truck.

Online chevy silverado w all discounts came to 38;450. Called an hour before to make sure sure the price was right and Kevin said yes. Drove an hour and before I got to see the truck manager said there was a glitch in system and was 6500 more. They would not honor it. Worst managers ever and will lie straight to your face. Was willing to pay cash and still no. Horrible dealership

Customer there for over 20 years. Wheel balancing service on 2016 Chevy Camaro. Charged $59.00 for service on Monday, Oct 23, 2023. They stated 3 tires bad. Have it towed home. Drove it home and drove it until I got my tires on Friday, Oct 27, 2023. Took it back up there and got charged again to balance my tires. But this time chared me $69.00.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went in for an AC problem and new tires. Took 3x longer than estimated. Had a coolant flush as well. Car was returned with a dead battery, and an overheating engine. They wanted me to pay for towing. Routine maintenance is turning into a multi-week nightmare without a vehicle.
