Rude staff. After following a sign for where returns were taking place I was quickly told that I was in the wrong place. To make sure the store clerk and I were on the same page (because I was confused, seeing as the “returns here” sign pointed exactly to where I was standing) I stated that the sign pointed to her register. She rudely said the sign pointed around the corner in a tone of voice that someone who works in customer service should never have. I told her in response there was absolutely no need to be rude, as I sure as heck had no tone of contentment in my voice when I was simply confused. She scoffed and rolled her eyes before shoving a receipt into the hand of the customer she was currently helping. Thankfully, after she rudely shouted at a handful of other customer who also came in, followed the sign, and ended up at her register....they moved the sign to actually point where they wanted people to go. Will never go to this location again. Zero tolerance for that type of attitude.

Customer service manager is helpless. Couldnt understand orginal price vs. a sale price difference within return policy should be honored as I can obviously just return the item. He was misunderstanding in that I paid less than sales price as it is, but with a 20% pff coupon and $75 in Kohls Cash. I wanted the 50 additional off as it was now 50 shelf discounted, the day after my purchase. Called customer service 1866 number they fixed in 10 minutes without hassle. Will never walk in this location again.

I am Ms. Robbie Williams, my husband is Charles. I visited the store yesterday and today! I was assisted by a friendly cashier name PAT. she helped with color selections of items that I had at the counter. 2 items did not match. It was kind of her to assist. With rewards discount ending today, I was back at the store and Pat helped me again with a return item. I purchased three additional items and then was assisted by Stephanie. Both clerks/cashiers were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming!

I was not happy today. 1 cashier. 2 clerks in returns/customer service. One if them only helped the customers that came through the door. I stood in line 10mins the 1 cashier was very slow with her customer then she had to clean for Covid. Then 13min later I was called to the customer service returns line for help . Those 2 over there were just chit chatting. My clerk was very helpful. But the customer service was BAD with the waiting in line while 2 clerks chit chat.

Well usually i shop here and was very satisfied but had a very unpleasant experience recently which made me to write this review. Few people in the counter are showing rude behavior when we try to redeem coupons. I think this behavior roots out from their store manager who was rude as well. May be it is because of their work load or may be something else. But from a customer point of view i was not happy. I will need to re-think before going to this store again.

Better than I expected. Lol. Went to return an Amazon package, picked up some clearance sandals for me and my kid, a shirt, a couple toys, got a $5 gc with my Amazon return, and then the cashier pointed me to another $10 off coupon. Saved like $23 total and got out of there spending <$100. Some items were low in popular sizes hard to find size Large in several men's shirts), but it is also Monday of a holiday weekend, so maybe popular things just sold out.

Kohl's a great local this department store for many years I used to visit one visiting family in Milwaukee they always have great buys and a shoe department that is very robust. If you are into coupon shopping this is the best department store in town that offers lots and lots coupons in the mail in the store when you get your credit card bill always coupons you can always save a big chunk of money at Kohl's.

Boooooo. I hope to never go back to this location again! I've never come across two more unhelpful women working a service desk in awhile. The only saving grace was the sweet gentleman in the back by the Amazon Pickup and the gentleman who brought my package out. Other than that . I get it. It's the holidays. Retail people are stressed to the max... But so are the rest of us. Here's to a Happy New Year!

I frequent this kohls often and for the most part I am a fan. I usually find what I am looking for. The only complaint I have is the shoe department. Sometimes they have ads up for shoes that can only be purchased online or shoes with price tags on dispaly and none available to purchase. Otherwise though... I like what they have done with the accessories area and adding the makeup! That's fun and new.

This is a pretty standard department store for clothing. Similar to JC Penney and Macy's. The thing that turns me off about Kohl's is the way they handle pricing. If you don't join their rewards program, you pay a huge markup. And if you do join their rewards program, it becomes a game of waiting for good coupons and trying to use Kohl's cash before it expires. It's like a casino. With clothes racks.

Sujin at Sephora helped me purchase my Daisy perfume by Marc Jacob's. She has excellent and friendly Customer Service. She greeted me as I entered the store and asked me if I needed any help. She signed me up for the rewards and I received a 10% discount. I really appreciate her great customer service. She gave me a sample mascara along with my purchase. Thank you, Sujin!

I wish I could give a higher rating, but nothing was better than OKAY. I much prefer shopping at the Kohl's store in Kokomo. Everything about the Kohl's at the Fashion Mall was inferior to Kokomo... the organization, the selection, the customer service... everything. It not that anything was terrible. It's just that nothing was as good as it should have been.

Update - The are no longer in business "Shocker" Well, they don't carry anything in my size. They advertise big and tall but never get anything in... And once you get the employee off their phone they acted like I was wanting a freak for asking if they had anything in my size. "3x/4x shirt, 50x32 pants". One employee ignored us all together.

My coffee pot went out. I purchased the very same Coffee pot that I had purchased in 2018. Same brand, model number and series. To my surprise the price was the identical same! With the Kohl's 20% off And Kohl's dollars I was able to save $75 over the cost of the same coffee pot from 2018. And I earned Kohl's dollars!!! Winning!!!!

Kohl’s is by far the worst store to shop at. I’ve spent so much money at Kohls and they claim to give you Kohls cash to use on your next purchase however they only make the Kohls cash good for 5 days. This makes it impossible to use the Kohls cash. I’ve never been able to use my Kohls cash. I will not be back at this store.

Bad customer service. Wouldn't honor Kohls sale policy for items within their return availability. Also, had items ordered to house that arrived broken...just wanted to replace those items but the manager could only do a refund and for less than paid originally. Did not seem knowledgable at all and offered no solutions

Eh... Not really much to say. It's a shopping center and cost is not much better than most other stores. Lines are always long and the service is far from good. The only good thing about this store is that they have a decent selection of goods. Not a place I would suggest to people who need to save time and money.

Don’t be black and need to return an item…. The elderly staff in returns clearly aren’t aware it’s 2023. Everybody looks miserable, not once did we get an hello, welcome in, when it was my turn in line I got “next person in line”, Walmart has better customer service so that should tell you enough.

Clothes were unorganized and inventory was low. They only had one person at checkout. Dressing rooms were dirty also. Everything was only fare to okay. I had a coupon within date but they would not honor with no explanation as to why. This used to be such a great store, very disappointed.

I usually check out Kohl's when looking for clothes, and I'm in the market for shorts. While they have a wide selection, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so didn't make a purchase...I'm kinda picky, even at Kohl's prices. This won't keep me from coming back in the future.

I received excellent customer service at the jewelry counter, from not just one employee but 2 employees as their shift change was due.!! Both helped me pick out a beautiful ring that I just love & with the great sale price and Kohl's cash I got fanatastic deal!!! Thank you very much!!

Great customer service from the associates. While the primary individual who helped us was outside her department, she tried, then sought out additional help. All anyone could ask! We didn't buy what we went in for (they did not have) but we did find an alternate solution. A win win.

Where are the men's work clothes? Down to just a few racks. Same with men's shoes. I'll skip going into Kohls going forward as it's a waste of time. I'm guess the work from home thing has killed the men's dept. This place has gotten worse. Men's selection was horrible.

Their stores are so packed full of clothing push together that I'm not able to get through it with my Walker. They don't seem to care about disabled people, the service is terrible most of the clothing comes from Vietnam and I'm not going back. I cut my card up

This location has friendly employees and great clearance finds! The only downside is that it can be a little messy and difficult to find things. This seems to be an issue with a lot of Kohls stores. The are organized in ways that don't make a lot of sense.

Great prices, great sales, great return policy, you can literally bring stuff back after a year and they'll refund it for you. They also let you stack coupons with sales and kohls cash, so you can easily get great deals if you're smart about it.
