I dropped my $200 in merch and left your store today, due to poor management and enabling behavior by your employee and manager. Long line, with 6 families waiting. Two families didn't see line and went to a cashier. Cashier didn't correct them, enabling issue. Second cashier, Pamela, came over and allowed a guy that just walked up to check out, even though the rest of us had been waiting in line over 5 minutes. Pamela then told another person who just walked up to come to her to get checked out, again, ignoring the folks in the designated line area. I asked why this was happening, and Pamela told me the others were waiting in line. I pointed to our line and asked if this was the designated line. Pamela acknowledged and affirmed this statement. I then asked why the others were getting attended to first, and was told it was because they were waiting in line. I stated that so were we, in the designated line area, and yet others were being checked out before us when creating their own line, rather than being directed to the existing line. I stated that this was unfair to the people, the families, who were following the rules. I was ignored. I took my $200 in merchandise, walked to Pamela's counter, put it down and stated I was not going to support an institution that treated their customers unfairly and rudely. Please utilize this information as a tool for training purposes. People deserve to be treated with respect, and can kindly be redirected to follow Khol's policies to wait in line for their turn.

I have never been a Kohl’s shopper until today. I had no idea they carried so many things! I was politely greeted upon entering. I went in for one item, but it turns out, it was only sold online. I decided to look around since I was already there. They have name brand items and lots in stock. I got 2 pets sweaters, 2 scarves, 5 tops, 2 pair of pants, 1 pair of jeans and a pair of shoes for $161.38 PLUS $20 “Kohl’s cash” to use on my next visit! Very impressed with their sales and service. The dressing rooms need some attention. There were lots of dust bunnies on the floor. It makes it hard to stand on the floor with so much dust. Gross! Other than that, my shopping day was great.

The Cashiers there are terrible! No customer service at all. Only with attitude they give you and rush you to get out! The manager was there on the side lines but she did not care. While in line, customers were talking about the rude cashier, that she is rude, impolite, impulsive, and impatient with you. I wanted to drop everything and leave but I believed to give the cashier a chance. I stand corrected. They all need to be lined out. I tried to use my coupons and the impatient cashier told me I could not use none of them. I told her if you could at least try and scan them. She started to charge me (make payment) for me to leave the register immediately. No shame.

I’ve been coming to return Amazon items and It’s only fair to update my review. I see a big improvement in this store, from a Sephora store to nicer selection of items. Store always looks clean and organized but I give only 4 stars because I do agree with other reviews regarding customer service. I’ve encountered sweet and happy employees but I’ve also encountered not very nice ones.

Found pots and pans I was looking for at a great price. Fantastic sale starting. Some were not marked yet and an employee stayed there with me making sure I knew the sale prices. Have been a Kohls customer for a long time and can't imagine being without it. Thank you Kohls.

For the size of this store, the stock was minimal. The layout was very poor. You end up having to wander wmeach aisle. The prices were very high for the most part. I feel they raise the prices to make it look like they have deals. Online is usually better. Usually.

When I entered the store I was greeted and I asked the cashier a question she answered me and said Merry Christmas and when I checked out the same cashier that greeted me checked me out also.Very friendly and knowledgeable.Excellent customer service. …

They keep pushing you to apply the card,when you fill the survey they keep watchi g you force you to answer every question 5 star excellence, if you check 4 star she said ,you don't like me? That is not the first time ,I will not come back, It's annoying.

The Kohl's store always impresses with a wide selection of goods for the whole family. Their promotions and discounts allow for great bargains. The service is consistently friendly and helpful with any inquiries. Kohl's is a wonderful place for shopping!

We visited Kohl’s on Westheimer Road looking for Nike gear. Michelle greeted us, and we knew she must have been the Manager, but she wasn’t, she should have been because she gave us great customer service without selling us anything.

The staff are so friendly here! I don’t normally shop at Kohl’s but I come here now to return stuff from Amazon. The store is always clean, organized, and well-lit. And I love how you get Kohl’s coupons after returning Amazon orders!

Started to use the store more frequently because of Amazon, which has a return stand here. And today I found out that Sephora just opened a big kiosk here. What a great idea.

Normally Kohl’s price are higher than usual but this store has big clearance section and always has good deals.

My sweetheart loves to do her shopping here. It's Christmas time, her favorite time of the year..
