Very rude customer service. I was in the return line, where a return line representative opened his register and said next. There was no one in front of me, so I went and I stated that I wanted to return this item, all of a sudden a customer just pushes me and the representative didn’t say anything. Shocked I just moved and then the representative while checking the guy out asked if I wanted to do an even exchange. And then when other representative was done I went up to her and I said I wanted to return this item. Gave her the order number and then she said since you used your Kohl’s cash it’s going to subtract the 15. I said fine but then I started thinking why didn’t she let me know I could just exchange the item for something else. If a manager sees this happen 12/21 around 5:00-5:30 PM.

Pick up. Online purchase with in store pick up. The email said to park in a designated space but the signs for the spaces (8) were all covered up with gray cloth? Went inside and there were 2 ladies at the customer service/pick up area. The younger one wasn't very friendly. A bit aloof. The other lady ended up taking over my transaction and was courteous while waiting for the delivery of my order. Pick up was easy and breezy plus $5 promo for picking up so 4 stars. And honestly I give people who are medium service a pass bc I worked retail and I understand the struggle.

Clean, friendly, better layout than other Kohl's, AMAZING SALES EVERY MONTH AND YEAR, 85 % off sale right now. And seriously saved over $500 and got like 20 clothing items, 2 pairs shoes, blankets etc!!!! And double Kohl's cash for 10 bucks every 50!!! Nice sales people, they don't stalk you like it feels like they do at other ones. They carry Nike, under armour, Adidas , gaiam, nine west, draper James, Lauren Conrad , Lily rose, all those brands now!!! And Wrangler , Levi's , vans, converse, Madden girl for shoes and so much more now than they used too.

I started taking my Amazon returns here, it's quick and easy to make a return. They also give you a 20% off coupon for anything in the store. I can usually find a replacement for what I just returned because it didn't fit! The sticker prices seem a bit high, but they have plenty of sales and the 20% off after an Amazon return.

Only one person checking out customers. Six people in line. A second employee was slowly arranging water bottles on a shelf, even after seeing the line. He didn't go to a register until all of the water bottles were arranged. Poor management. Customer service is more important than carefully arranged bottles of water.

So. Many. Clothes. This store was well maintained with friendly staff, clean floors, and very organized sections. They have incredibly great deals on most of their items - I don’t know if that’s year round or just around the holidays, but it was pretty decent pricing all around.

Came here to return Amazon products. Nice and clean and good products are there. For the clearance section, the sizes were all mixed so they should clean it up according to the designated sizes listed. Other than that, I like the store! Come and get your stuffs! Cheers

This store is okay if you don't want to be around many ppl. Customer service is non existent, only 2-3 workers max at the registers. They never offer any type of discounts or coupons. Every time I go to the Westheimer location I am offered

I was returning an item to this store. The cashier/clerk (a white lady in covid head gear) was extremely rude to everyone. I'm giving race to show that she did not discriminate. The white gentleman first in line just gave up, grabbed his

Friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean and comfortable with appropriate air conditioning. I found good to great quality items fairly priced. All this made purchasing there a pleasant experience. I will shop there again.

Horrible service by several associates in the store especially the manager on duty, Maria. I will never go to this Kohl's again. The Kohl's out in Richmond and the one in League City has excellent customer service.

This location probably has the worst service that I have experienced. I came here because they have items I needed. I usually go to Westheimer location and people there are much nicer with good customer service.

Rude. Horrible customer service. They do not care. I will never be back. The manager on duty just left the registers empty and ignored the long line of customer waiting. Don't bother with this location.

Not impressed with the service at Amazon booth, rude African American young man kept complaining about "his headaches" and "I just Finna go on break now." Not at all helpful, impatient and rude.

The store is always clean and the employees are all so helpful and welcome you in . Prices are not too bad there's always good items on the clearance rack great for last minute gifts .
