The hotel is neat, great location on a safe area, some of the rooms have no windows, those with windows they don't open wide enough to allow fresh natural air into the rooms, the bathrooms have zero ventilation, the restaurant is limited on choice of food, breakfast is nothing to write home about, zero continental breakfast only local food all heavy starch and carbohydrates, no choice on omelet it's restricted to onion, chilli, tomato only,

The worst experience for the first time with my family , poor reception services, ......the receiptionist has the worst customer service , we booked two executive rooms en we found when they have given out our rooms the gave us in exchange two small rooms where .....there was no towels,no bathroom sandles.........the hotel is good but the reception services are the worst

I was allowed to choose my room because I had some peculiarities. They have excellent services and very diligent staffs. Ugandans are very dedicated to what they do. I was impressed by what I observed. I watched the cleaner pulled the bed and cleaned everyday!
