YouTubeをみて訪問したががっかりした。 ハンドネイルのアートなしで1000ルピー。 初めてネイルサロンに行く人向け。 全員素人のスタッフ。あなたはライセンス持っているのかと聞くと誰もライセンスを持っていない。ライセンスがなくてもネイリストになれる国です。 きちんとしたネイルサロンに一度でも行ったことがある人は絶対に行かないでください。2日目にあなたのジェルネイルがリフトするのを見たければぜひ訪問してください。しかしリフトしたネイルはグリーンネイル(爪のカビ)のリスクがあります。 わたしは絶対に2度と行かないと誓う。知識のないスタッフ。私の爪をバッファーで整えた後、削りかすを落とさずにジェルネイルを塗り始めるためとても不衛生。普通のネイルサロンならグリーンネイルを懸念するため、エタノールアルコールを使用して爪と手を表も裏も必ず除菌するが、この店は誰も知識を持っていないため最初から最後まで除菌しない。あまりにもずさんな仕事ぶりのため、エタノールアルコールをくださいというと、だれもエタノールアルコールについて知らなかった！これには驚愕したしお金を払う価値なし。 また、皮膚にジェルネイルが付いているにも関わらずUVライトで硬化したため、不恰好な爪になった。これは多くのレビューの写真を見たら確認できる。 ジェルが爪以外の場所に付くとアレルギーの原因になるので皮膚には絶対に付いてはいけない！しかしその事実を誰も知らないし、彼らに教えてあげてもプライドがある無資格の若いスタッフは聞く耳を持たない。 普通はジェルを塗布するとラベリング(自然に流れ落ちる)するので1、2本ずつライトに入れて硬化するが、この店のスタッフは誰も知識がないため5本全部塗ってから硬化するように促すので、もちろん最初に塗ったジェルは垂れてきて皮膚につく。ウッドスティックで余分なジェルを除いて、とスタッフに頼んだが、彼女らはウッドスティックを知らなかった。余分なジェルは全て自身の爪でこそげ落とす。 また彼らは専用のワイプではなくティッシュを使うので埃がジェルと共に硬化されます。 また、他の人も書いていたが、キューティクル処理の時、ニッパーで甘皮を引っ張ってくる。ニッパーは引っ張る道具ではなくニッパーを使って切るのです！ ここのオーナーはUKで修行したというがおそらくネイルサロンの下働きか掃除の仕事をしていたのでしょう、修行したのであればその技術をなぜスタッフに教えないのか。答えは簡単です、オーナーがネイルの知識がないから。 わたしは1000ルピーのジェルネイルを依頼したが、マッサージしますね、と言われたが値段については何も言われなかったので料金に含まれていると思ったが、追加料金が勝手に課された。彼らの言い分は、マッサージをしたから1500ルピーだと言うが、確認もなく勝手に料金を上乗せして、彼らは本当に不誠実な人たち。 お金儲けできればいいと思っている人。 技術も何もない人たち。 カラーチャートを見せてくるが、全ての色は残っていませんので、彼らは似た色を持ってくる。なんのためのカラーチャート？今あるジェルカラーでカラーチャートを作るべきだし、カラーチャートと実際のジェルネイルが相違があるネイルサロンははじめて。お客様をバカにしてる？ 現在多くネイルサロンでは、バリが出ないような施術をするので最後のヤスリかけはほぼやらないか、もしくはほんのわずかにやすりをかけるだけ。しかしこの店は皮膚に多く垂れて固まっているため、ジェルネイルした後にヤスリをゴシゴシとかけるため、ジェルのリフトを促進する。 本当に2度と行かない。グーグルのレビューの写真もどれもきれいではない。YouTubeを信じた私がバカだったのでしょう。ジェルネイルをしたら気分が上がるのが普通だが、逆に爪を見るたびに気分が落ち込む、自分でやった方がマシ。ネパールから帰国したら速攻でオフする、と言うか、帰国するまでにリフトするでしょう。

The good: reasonable cost. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for a total of 3500 NPR. The environment was clean and sufficiently spacious. The nail techs are nice and spoke English. In particular, my pedicurist was thorough and courteous. The bad: I decided on this place based on the positive reviews and the pictures of nail art on their Google listing. I called ahead to make sure they had availability at 4pm and asked about the specific yin Yang nail art I wanted before we got started. The lady assured me it would be no problem and they had availability. I was led upstairs and sat down. Pedicure went off without a hitch. From what I gather, there is one nail tech who can do nail art well and she already asked me about the design I wanted, took a picture and took out the thing brush. Then another customer arrived and asked my nail tech if she had time and she replied that she did in 20 min. From this point on, everything was rushed. My original nail tech did not start on my fingers and instead asked me to go downstairs where I was not helped by anyone for 15 minutes. No communication other than “please wait”. Finally someone was freed up to do my nails and rushed through it. You can judge for yourself the quality by the pictures. Sadly, due to the waiting time, I didn’t get out of there until 6:20pm (late for dinner) I understand that not everyone can do nail art. That’s fine, please tell me so and I can take my business elsewhere. But assigning me a nail tech and then throwing me over for another customer who showed up later is pretty rude. Disappointed.

I went here to get my gel manicure done and have never regretted anything so much. I was very uncomfortable while the lady was taking my old gel polish off because she was being very harsh and used the filing machine very carelessly removing the top layers of my nail! I told her it was very uncomfortable but nothing changed. And now that my polish had been removed my nail is so thing and soft and weak, i have never seen it like this before. I am horrified at the quality of my nail now. I have been getting gel manicures for years now and this has by far been the worst experience. The application was also terrible; the polish was applied on my skin as well and the part next to my cuticles chipped off very quickly because of this! So unhappy and Would never ever recommend this place to anyone! The staff clearly haven’t been trained properly! So disappointed with the service and having to leave my nails for weeks without polish to recover from this!

(I am writing from my boyfriends account) I am very unhappy with my experience here. I was so uncomfortable getting my gel manicure done as the lady wasn’t very careful with the machine in removing my gel polish. She did it too hard and carelessly and took off the top layers of my nails. And now that my gel polish is off the nails are paper thin and soft and very sensitive. Such a disappointment ! Staff need proper training on how to remove the polish. The application was not good either. It went over the skin and the side bits came off very easily and very fast. DONOT GO HERE. Save your money and find a better place.

Do not go to this salon. It has poor service and the techs are distracted. I had a gel manicure done which was terrible and started chipping the day after. The owner who did my manicure messed up several times and it took almost three hours for nails to dry. My pedicure was terrible as well and polish was caked on and sloppy. The techs also cut me when trying to trim my cuticles. I also did not see the instruments being sterilized with new customers. In addition, the owner was rude and dishonest with pricing. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other salons in Pokhara. Save your money and go to another.

The place is nice and good location. They have a good variety of colors. However, the quality of service was poor. Three different employees worked on my nails constantly stopping the service making it much longer than my friend’s service who accompanied me. I asked three times for them to fix the scuff marks on my thumbs and they refused and laughed. Then the UV machine wasn’t working well according to them (again for my friend it was fine) so they held the lamp to my nails and scuffed all of them. Again they refused to fix it. Bad service. Will not recommend nor come back.

Being a guy going for a pedicure was beyond my imagination..but as I have fungi cracked toe nails & wanted them smoothed out I went to koko nails…nevertheless! The manager was very supportive & said that it can be taken care of & asked one of her staff to usher me for my pedicure...Needless to say the female staff was a professional & very politely asked me to take care of my nails once done and to apply my medicine regularly & visit in 2 - 3 weeks..( will depend on my availability though) I’m genuinely satisfied that I went to kokonails and highly recommend

Excellent! Very satisfied with the services & the prices. + find place anytime (no appointment needed) + pedicure was very good! It was upstairs but it was very clean and good scrub, massage, cut etc + gel paint was also very good (I did a simple color gel paint (on hands and foot) and it looks very good. Didn’t try other services so not sure about other stuff but simple things is good. + the gel nail polish on my feet are still lasting after 2weeks trek in the mountains btw :))) + the girls are really lovely!

Pramila the owner is amazing, she took great care of me. I needed to get my lashes done (eyelash extension) and the service was great. She took as long as needed to get all the lashes for the full set and the other girls helped and assisted on doing my pedicure while I was getting my lashes done so it would be more efficient. They also did a great scrub on my legs after I came back from a hike, it was wonderful. I definitely recommend it and hope to go back when I’m in Nepal.

Not going back. I went there after Dashain festival to get my gel nails done with extensions.I asked for gel nails with square shape. My nails came out so thick and horrible shaped. I did white polish and it changed color to dirty white the second day. I don’t know if it’s the quality of nail polish they use or something else. The owner and the lady that did my nails were super nice but totally not happy with thw nails. Not recommend this place.

I did the hollywood wax and I loved it. The girl did quite an amazing job, wax is super good, doesn’t hurt a lot but also cause the girl is very handy. First I wanted to give 3-4 stars because of hygiene, it was not very clean. Then I heard they moved few days ago, so feedback to the owner - throw those towels in the garbage, paint the room and clean in general, it doesn’t look good upstairs. Waxing - good job!

Despise the product difference from the state I gave myself a chance to try at koko nail salons at Pokora Nepal. They were very welcomed but I’m sorry to say this, I would never recommend this salon to anyone, very unprofessional and limited product. Ladies, save your time and money, this is just a waste. Very frustrated with the service. My nails looks like I got beat up, bumps here and there.

I love koko nails and have been going there for last 4 years. Pramila, the owner is very friendly. Her staff are very professional and very sweet. They always make me feel like your own family. Nice salon in lakeside, I had gel manicure and pedicure and am really pleased with my nails. The girls were very friendly and professional. They spent plenty of time cleaning and tidying my trek beaten nails and the final result was lovely and nice neat finish with the polish. Good price also. Am in pokhara for a few weeks and am looking forward to returning to try new colour :-)

I visit pokhara often and I was looking for a reasonable place in lakeside because I get acrylics and gel pedicure every two weeks. Koko was exceptional with its services and the price was very very reasonable. For someone who gets these services done regularly, I would say Koko’s price, their employees, and services were top notch. Would definitely recommend.

I just loved the young ladies over there. They did an amazing job with par excellence. Extremely professional along with polite behaviour and the finishing in their work❤️ I had my nail extensions done in emergency while In Pokhara and koko nails have impressed me like anything. I regularly take my wife there for her nails and pedicure and other beauty services been going there for almost 3 years now.sometimes they have their rush hours but... Pedicure do take about an hour and if u do normal paint then it has to dry and it takes more time. They are very professional and know their job, A big recommendation.

Koko Nails is a super nice and clean place with affordable prices. Perfect service and such nice ladies working there, they always make you feel welcome and like you are in the best hands. No need to book as they will make time for you. Went there several times while we stayed in Pokhara and always came out happy with the results!

Look no further for great nails ...Koko nail bar is awesome! The only nail bar in Pokhara which could tackle taking off my old ozzy shellac nails and renew them with gorgeous red new ones. I recommend highly coming here, the owner trained in the uk and sure knows her nails! It’s modern, friendly and very good for your money.

Love love love this place! It was my first time there, but it was the best experience I’ve had with nail salons. The staffs are the kindest and funniest people around yet professional at what they do. Absolutely loved how my nails came out, thanks to susmita. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and I loved my nails! They give a nice massage after both the manicure and pedicure as well. I had a splinter stuck deep in my foot (from dancing barefoot) and they helped me take it out. It was so kind of them to help me with it! Also, my gel nails looks great!

Had a really thorough and good pedicure here. The technician even gave a half leg and feet massage with coffee scrub. My feet felt like new. The paint wasn't done so well, but I was super happy with the rest of the treatment.
