I want to thank my sister for the gift certificate to receive a facial at Kolor Twist. I saw Krista for a facial on Wednesday, and I've been obsessed with the amazing results ever since. I've been to Krista for facials a couple of times and am always impressed with the results she is able to create. I've promised myself to go back far more often. Krista is also an amazing source of information and advice specific to your skin type and issues. The entire experience is wonderful, from the cleansing, specific treatments, facial and upper back/neck massage while waiting for treatments, and the final finish is perfect! I seriously didn't want to put make up on for days afterwards just so I could feel the amazing texture of my actual skin Krista was able to produce! Do yourself a favor and book in with Krista for a facial. You'll definitely be thankful you did!

Time spent at Kolor Twist is so much more than the service of your haircut or your facial. It is a beautiful soothing environment. The music is just the right beat and volume. When your stylist or esthetician places their hands on you and looks you in the eye, you feel that they genuinely care. They are present to your full experience and take pride in doing an incredible job. It is place to come to feel nurtured. Everyone at Kolor Twist is authentic, professional and organized. I have been a client of Kolor Twist for more than 11 years. Every appointment has started and finished on time. I have left every appointment completely satisfied. There is free 2 hour street parking just around the corner.

I had my first facial with Krista today after researching the brands of skincare she offers at Kolortwist. Today’s time with her was the most lovely 2 hours of my 2021 so far. Her products, care, attention to detail and skincare knowledge are top notch and I don’t think it gets better than this. I have had many high quality facials in the last 13 years - and this was truly heaven. I also appreciated her full custom skincare program including supplements for my skin from inside out- something I think very highly is looked over in skincare regimes. Can’t wait to go back and be in her chair again!

This place I have experienced extremely discrimination from both the receptionist and one of the stylish in the back room. I asked about a hair cut and wash then style and I was told " we don't cut color folks hair it's too hard to get even and take up too much time for us". Then they suggested chemical treatment as many people with curly hair know we don't want to put chemicals on our hair dye to the damage that will happen. Extremely mindblowing rude service The sad part is I live blocks away with a 5 mins walk distance. Completely disgust.

Had a haircut here about a month ago, with a lovely and helpful person named Ryan I believe. I had been growing out my hair for years and was a bit nervous about the whole process. Not only was everyone there just extremely nice and patient, the haircut I got was incredible. It fundamentally changed how I view myself, and I like the way I look for the first time in ages. Went in to see Ryan for a cut today! He was very attentive and did exactly what I needed. Love that he curled my hair after I had mentioned how jealous I was of people with naturally textured hair. The small details like that make a huge difference in the experience! He’s super friendly and gives great little head massages. I always come here to get my hair done, and it’s always a wonderful environment. All of the staff are kind and the place is bright and cute!

I'm so happy I came here! I had the pleasure of being Krystine's client and I couldn't be happier with my results. I've had pretty bad experiences in the past with lightening my dark hair but Krystine truly listened to my concerns and ideas. She was also very informative regarding her technique and made me feel at ease. My colour came out EXACTLY like I had hoped, no orange.brassy tones, minimal and natural! I definitely recommend this salon and Krystine.

Rebecca did an excellent job in dying my hair and did not let me leave until it was perfect or tried accommodating for another time(that's the kind of hairstylist you need!). I have dark Asian hair which had been dyed before and was not taking in the color that was being applied. In the end Rebecca made it work and I am in love with it! Perfect in time for my May long weekend wedding! Will definitely be coming back again!

Came in for partial highlight. Awesome cozy ambiance. Friendly front desk staff. Though, I’ve had trouble making appointments since they don’t have voicemail, and then don’t have online booking. Marilyn did a fabulous job with my hair. She took the time to get to know me and my needs. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed in any direction with my hair color. Looking forward to going back to get my hair cut soon.

Highly recommend Kolor Twist! I had my hair done for the first time in forever and from the moment I walked in, to the second I walked out I was given phenomenal service. Katie was who serviced my hair, and from her prices to skill level, I won’t go see anyone else! All the staff there were very pleasant, it was clean and I found they communicated with the clients well. 10/10 will be coming back !

Visited Kolor Twist on a recommendation from a friend and the experience did not disappoint! The front desk staff was so pleasant with checking me in. I had a consultation with Katie and she listened to my vision and absolutely brought it to life. It was such a pleasant appointment and I have recommended the salon to other friends since! I happen to be staying nearby and needed a haircut. Nicole did my cut and was excellent. She told me all about my hair (unique growth features, good styling products, etc.) She was so competent and kind. I don't get haircuts often and so usually my cuts are from long to short. I've had a lot of mediocre pixie cuts. This one is fantastic!

I drive all the way from Midnapore just to come here! A long time friend recommended Katie S. All I can say is, she never disappoints and I'll happily keep coming back. This is a really nice and clean hair salon. The stylist who cut my hair, Nicole W is such a sweet and kind person. I love my hair cut because Nicole would check up on me to see how I like the hair and was very careful. I recommend coming here as the atmosphere and the workers are so friendly and happy.

Katie has been doing my hair for years and she always does an amazing job. She takes on all of my ideas, even if it means that it's going to be a long appointment. She always knows what's going to work for my hair. I get lots of compliments on my hair after Katie works her magic.

As a new client - I called last minute for a pretty drastic makeover....long to short and a colour change. They fit me in the next day (a Saturday) and I was paired with Nicole. She did an amazing job, she was kind, honest and informative! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This place is very abusive when a appointment is canceled, their policy of charging outrageous money for last minute cancellation is not appropriate. Becare full, eventually you will be another victim, because they don’t understand unforeseen events.

Nicole W took the time to listen to my hair cut wishes, checked in throughout the cut, and gave me a great cut! Super convenient online booking is a nice touch as well. Love this salon and will definitely be coming back to see Nicole.

I love my hair dresser and the salon is super cute in a really cute trendy area. The products are amazing and so is the customer service. Even with the virus outbreak right now they are offering online hair care support... i love it!
