We are visiting from Victoria and stumbled upon the store yesterday. The gentleman (presumably the owner) was so lovely and happily chatted away. Upon leaving he presented our 21-month old son with a picture book of an Australia Animal Alphabet, accompanied by a personal note of his sons becoming journalists after being avid readers as children. Such a heart warming experience
