Lovely book store however the lady that was working could work on her customer service. I was SUPER excited about coming here for the first time and I left so disappointed: I felt like I was bothering her when i asked for help the first time. I actually had to physically look for her and that seemed to annoy her… The second time I had to ring multiple times before I got service, and she seemed cranky, I did wait patiently and with a smile…. I spent almost $100 and I wanted to sign up but I guess she didn’t care, I told her she could put the others through and I would wait to sign up. But she ignored that…. It’s so sad because you would think a place like this, that someone would be passionate about helping, I will be driving the extra 10 minutes and go to the one in Logan instead. Please do better because this could and does draw away customers like myself.

Been a few times. Staff are helpful, a few of them don’t smile at you when you talk to them which made the atmosphere feel unwelcome. One time they didn’t have all the books in store and the lady just told me to get the books on their website and said I couldn’t do it right there through her while purchasing the rest of the books I needed which was annoying. (I wanted to buy 9 books all up, 5 they had in store) not sure if she actually couldn’t put it all on the in-store transaction or she just didn’t want to. Offering an explanation would have been helpful.

Website said Woolloongabba store had 1 copy of Ron Sider’s book Rich Christians in an Age of Hunger. No copy to be found on shelf. Was needed for sermon next day. Wanted hard copy to then share. Assistant was non plusssd but no customer oriented service solution forthcoming. Even a small discount on the purchase I made of another two books might have overcome the frustration and futility of a partly wasted trip. Second time this has happened. Is the website actually current? Could do better.

What a fantastic God send, with friendly an eager staff this place is hard to describe if you have not been there and if your christian, you need to go, take a fist of dollars, because there is so..so many things you need and cannot seem to get else where, if you can't buy it here, I doubt if your going to get it, and chances are they can get it from one of there other shops. For the Christian, this is a shop you need to go, oh and take you friends, groups and clergy.

Great location in Wolloongabba with some off street parking. Koorong has a huge range of Bibles, Christian books covering a wide range of subjects, Christian music and DVD's, children's Bibles, books, music DVD's and activity ideas gifts, craft, T-shirts, cards And a large range of Christmas gifts, cards etc. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. It is well worth a visit.

Staff are clearly not imbued with the vocation of customer service - spent much time wondering around an otherwise empty and quiet store in the hopes of finding a rosary (which you think would be a reasonable to be looking for) to be told in fairly an un-neighbourly manner that they don't sell that kind of thing there. Well excuse me for asking but the LORD knows I will be saying a Hail Mary for you all.

Found two beautiful Christmas presents at Koorong, South Brisbane, today - the first, a wonderful crib scene with all the characters, including the wise men, beautifully presented; and the second, a lovely white presentation of Mary, Joseph , and the child Jesus in the crib - very simple, scaled down version but extremely beautiful and moving. Can't wait to see the response from my relatives.

I have been trying to get hold of someone at koorongs now for 3 weeks. Each time I have called I have been put on hold for over 30 mins-them I have hung up. I made an on-line purchase with them on November 13th 2023 and have not received ANY follow up emails, or the order for that matter.The costumer service does not even deserve 1 star.

Wow this is a definite Christian paradise and I'm definitely going to need to spend a lot more time in this place. There were so many beautiful items very thoughtful gifts and Christian lyrics. The young girl was very helpful in checking any details that I wasn't sure of and even helped me to ship something interstate.

A wonderful store with brilliant staff. I have shopped online and in person many times and the staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. There is an amazing selection of Bibles, literature, gifts, music etc. etc. Give yourself plenty of time for your visit as there is so much to browse!

I went to this shop to buy a birthday present for my mother and bought a new bible. The shop has many and extended collections and options relate to Christian beliefs for example books, cards, bibles, CDs, children books, etc. The prices are quite reasonable.

I went to Koorong book store to buy some books last week! It was very clean and very well air conditioned! Some of the service was a bit poor as there were no staff to serve out the counter and couldn’t see see them around. I got my books eventually!

We hit the store pretty hard last week. For Christians, it's a good place to go prepared to spend some cash on reading material. They have a range of great books along with some fluff so don't forget to take your discernment with you.

One of my favorite shops. Well laid out, resources books etc galore. 20% off right now. Can stay in there for ages... however the 2 younger customer service officers I sought help from were cold standoffish and ignored me …

The staff are always so kind. I never know where to begin trying to find books here. The young man who I asked for help was so helpful, he went above & beyond to find the book I was looking for. Always a great experience here.

Nice staff to deal with. Has knowledge about what they are selling. Good location. Enough parking. Washrooms available. Place to sit and read is available at the entrance. Not all things available online are in stock.

A very patient assistant helped me ascertain that the Bible I wanted to buy had pages that were folded and stitched and not just single pages glued like a paperback. Bibles are precious and I wanted the gift to last.

Very friendly staff, one also checked to see if I'd found what I was looking for (I had) and I was also able to sit for about half an hour going through a book seeing if I wanted to buy it or not. Nice air con too :]

I came in looking for a Bible, and one of of the lovely staff members took the time to listen to what I wanted before helping me to find one. Definitely a much more enjoyable process than buying a Bible online.

Koorong has a great range of christian books, gifts and sale items. I'm thankful that it is a little bit further than I usually venture as I always stay longer tgan planned and buy more than I intended to get.

My favourite bookshop! They have pretty much everything you could think of from books, music, movies through to gifts, decorative items and journals! All at reasonable prices and they do a price match as well.

This place has lots of christian books and bibles. The staff are very helpful and have good insights into stuff. However, they need more staff to help so that people can get help as quickly as possible.

You'll get lost in here, the book range is massive. If you can't locate the title you're searching for the helpful team will know exactly where to look, and will even retrieve it for you. Great place.

Been visiting this branch since 2004. Better than their Springwood store when looking for academic titles. Staff continue to be as friendly as ever. Always great to visit when there's a sale on!

A shop that is a light for God. Very well served and assisted. Only wish they served drinks/ coffee as very thirsty after travelling 45 minutes to get there. Will definitely return God willing.

Lots of range, pricing is slightly up there but they do have a lot of sales throughout the year, so I think it's reasonable. Kids space available and loads of juicy Bibles!
