It's a spacious railway station, also has a slope way of you are having trolley bags. The station is covered , so no need to worry if its raining or it's too hot. You also get auto rickshaws outside the station Clean station. Ticket counter at East side is mostly closed. Reliance hospital just outside the station on the opposite road. Many chemical companies and their offices nearby like Croda, Akzo Nobel, Dulux, Kansai Nerolac, Aarti Research and Technology Centre, Aarti Industries, Privi organics, Zydus, BASF. Convenient : 2 tarcks platform : 1 Panvel platform : 2 thane Ticket counter on both sides .

Is this location a shelter? It is quite uncomfortable for regular individuals to pass through the station due to strangers using this area for activities such as bathing and washing clothes. We can empathize with the situation, but it is not appropriate to engage in such activities in this place. NMMC should take action and assist the public, as physically visiting the location would provide a better understanding of the issue.

Railway platform is clean but when reach in the subway from the platform then you realise the whole underpass is dirty. West side ticket window is always closed. Beggars making the station untidy. They have made their huts in premises and cidco/ railway government just ignoring these untidiness. I think after few months the commuters will see the permanent houses over their and encroachment within railway premises.

With all the homeless and beggars the station becomes very dirty and disgusting. No proper security and maintenance seen. Beggars all over the station and it is very hard to walk around the station to board the station. NNMC is not Taking any action against it and it will be a threat to locals with kidnapping and loot with them. It scares all the public and locals with them.

The railway station is quite easy to locate and is positioned close to the roadways that makes it accessible not only for the locals but also for newly residing people. The only factor that makes me think about is the cleanliness at the underpath of the station via which one has to reach at the railway platform.

Koparkhairane station is overall better then most central line stations. Well as said Navi Mumbai is a planned city so are the railway station are well developed. But it may get a bit leaky during the rainy season and there might be a little delay because of heavy rains.
