Not the best of courier service i have experience it They send a tracking link in sms that actually doesn't work for current andriods And they gave a call (which I was bg ) they didnt even bothered to call again And they are little slower .

Worst service , poor customer response, they don't deliver on time, they don't inform to their customer after they got their product, charge for home delivery but they didn't deliver.

They didn't take the responsibility of the damage. And not even provide the packaging and took 1k from KTM to Pokhara.More than a travel expanse of a person from KTM to Pokhara.

They don't deliver your items unless they have enough load for your place worst experience, if you want quick delivery then you have to wait minimum 1 week

Most of the parcels are delayed and I have received them safely but some time thy take 1 week.Would it be better if it could be improved? thank you

They take charge for home delivery and later ask the customer for self pickup...need to change their strategy...disappointed...

Employees need to improve their tone and mind their language. One of the worst delivery services. They don’t pickup calls.
