The staff and doctor were very patient with my dog of 18 years as he was nervous and in some pain. They explained all my options and gave me reassurance of the best improvement possible at his age. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed in any way. And i got a follow up call to check on the recovery process. Highly recommend.
