Telsa owners, this is your dream team - Connor, Nathan, and Tatiyana for the GTA. For six months, I was on the hunt for a company to install a Tesla Wall Connector at my home. I reached out to 12+ companies recommended on the Telsa website, and all by default quoted the same - a complete panel upgrade from 100 to 200 was mandatory, wiring from my fuse panel to my garage either through an outdoor trench (what!) or rip through drywall in the basement, price on average was $10K - all repairs to drywall, trench dig/refill are outside of the $10K. What a mess, complicated, didn't feel right, and ROI wasn't there. I also have a Telsa super charger station down the road at Maple View Mall, and so I kept looking. Sound familiar? Then there was Kraun Electric!! Connor comes over to take a detailed look, yup, you don't need a panel upgrade, because you have a gas stove, so those breakers are not used, you don't use your central vacuum so that's another breaker, list goes on. Connor from Kraun Electric was the only one that did a proper assessment. He knew what he was doing. It gets better, from an installation perspective, you have ceiling tiles, so we'll pop these open instead of touching any drywall, and run the cable following your house vac line which goes directly into your garage. Mic drop. With such an amazing ROI, we decided to replace my existing 1970 electrical panel 100A with a newer Eaton 100A and with that, the project was go! Yvonne was wonderful with my questions and booked me in with Nathan and Tatiyana for installation. Super knowledgeable and friendly, and in one day, wired up the new fuse panel, labelled all the breakers (I still have room to grow in the 100A panel!!), ran the electrical from the panel to the garage following the central house vacuum, handled all my periodic questions throughout the day, and voila - all done. No additional repairs, no issues, I have been running smoothly ever since they left, and the Tesla is charging perfectly. Our 2 1/2 story home was built in 1904, and the team from Kraun Electric have just finished updating the wiring in our home so that we are no longer relying on old knob and tube to provide us with electricity. This was a MASSIVE job! Our original plan was to take a two-week vacation while this work was being done, but the pandemic prevented us from doing so. We continued to live in our home while Nathan Jennings and his very capable coworkers (Tatiana, Mike, Adam--and there were others!) worked tirelessly to get the job done. They added switches and outlets, installed a new panel, and installed many, many new light fixtures--both inside and out! The expertise of the team was evident in the way they worked together, arriving promptly each morning and doing their best to tidy up as best they could before leaving at the end of the day. Had some electric work done by Kraun Electric in our century home in Hamilton, including rewiring basement lights, installing new sockets and switches and installing some outdoor junction boxes for security cameras. Angelo and Connor performed the work and they were fantastic. Arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable. After a quick walkthrough, they got right down to it and finished everything a few hours later. Their workmanship is impeccable and more importantly they didn't cut any corners, did everything exactly how I wanted and the price I got from Kraun for this work was the best out of all quotes. Nice touch as well from Yvonne a few days later, giving me a call to follow up and ensure that I was happy with the work that was done and if I had any questions. You don't get that every day! Andrew White and Nate Jennings were GREAT technicians. We hired KRAUN to install our Tesla charging system in our garage, which also meant a panel needed to be installed in our garage as well. We had quotes from 4 different companies (2 of which didn't bother coming out, gave us a quote based on pictures we provided, and provided an astronomical quote). Andrew was the only one that came out personally and troubleshooted our unique installation issue. Everything he explained in his initial inspection was exactly what he (and Nate) ended up doing. They were on time (love that!), polite, and answered our questions. Yvonne was also great by coordinating with my town's hydro company to alleviate that burden from our shoulders. Solid company. You can tell it's an organized place.

My experience with Kraun was fabulous. Not only were they incredibly accommodating when I accidentally booked off the wrong date, but they were able to get a technician here to fix our issue VERY quickly on short notice. The Technician who came was spectacular. He explained very well the issue and replaced the incorrectly installed outlet with one correct for its use.He was incredibly patient with my many questions and did the work quickly and safely, given covid-times. I don't know if the initial consult fee was more or less than the average out there, but the additional work done was billed at a VERY reasonable rate. I will absolutely be calling again if I need any future electrical work done. Thank-you!

I was fortunate enough to receive a recommendation for this company to do a NEMA 14-50 outlet install for a Tesla. The lady on the phone, Yvonne, was extremely pleasant to talk with, she quickly scheduled an electrician to show up at my place to do the quote for the job, after the visit, I was quoted an extremely fair price for the install and had the electrician show up to do the job in no time. Tamas, the electrician, was very friendly, professional, and quick. Everything was done quicker and simpler then I was expecting and I was left with a very positive experience. Honestly we were in a pinch the storm had taken a tree down that fell on the house so the city had shut our power off because of live wires. I called Kraun electric who came recommended to me through Blair and the company was incredible they dispatched someone right away. The technician who arrived was Andrew he was clean fast and so accommodating. We had issues with Burlington hydro and having them come back out and Kraun electric told me not to worry we will ensure your power is turned back on today! If you ever want a company that goes above and beyond and so personable I would give them a call and recommend them every-time!!

Cannot recommend Kraun enough. Our power was cut off until repairs could be made due to a branch damaging our stack, which we found out a 9pm on a Saurday of a long weekend. After calling several 24/7 places who couldn't help we were recommended Kraun. Their response time was amazing, within minutes we had a quote and Nathan was on his way. Nathan was professional and kind, even though it was the middle of the night (worked until 2:30 am). The job was finished under the estimated time Nathan provided and he ensured hydro was contacted so we could get power restored that night. Service was perfect!

We have been using Kraun Electric for our electrical needs for the past couple of years. Nathan was here again today to install a new range hood for us. As usual, he was on time and did an excellent job! Nathan has fixed ceiling fans, outdoor lights, and "weird" switches for us.
