My first visit to Krishna's was because they accept payments with an American Express card. Immediately I could see why, and that I had been missing out. The store is huge, with several aisles. But there are several gentle, polite members of staff around who gladly assist you with your queries. I could find most of the things I wanted, though variety in ready-meal packets seems to be consistently lacking of late. Most shelves were labelled with the price of items, and for those that were not, the staff were happy to let me know. In case members of the shop management are reading this, I have a little feedback. The shopping experience would be even better if the music was turned down so that it gently plays in the background, rather than being loud, which can be obtrusive. Best wishes!

My wife had a terrible experience in the shop as the staff were not courteous or apologetic when she asked for a wrong price displayed in the shop. In fact they asked her not to come to the shop. This is not the first bad experience in the shop as we had similar experience earlier. The owner has not contacted by call and apologised for their employees behaviour after raising it with him and it has really hurt her. I would advise people with self respect and not wanted to be cheated to, Please don’t go to this shop

Rouge cheat traders out there. Beware. Always charges extra than the price tag on display. Every single time I find difference in the price displayed and actual price they charge. Have to fight to get billed for the correct price Today when I found one such difference, I was asked to return my purchase get a refund n Never come back. Wow. Their motto is I’ll charge what ever however I like. Dont question me. If you dare to question me, don’t come to my shop. Bloody cheats.

Krishna is another branch of its store in Bromley road, catford, called Ganesha. Krishna is situated just OPP walnuts at Orpington, convenient to other local shops and transport. They have excellent south Asian prepared ready to eat food, spices, groceries, fresh veg, fresh fish and meat in a neat corner inside a glass covered room. Prices are same as London shops. One stop shop. for Indian groceries

I bought samosa’s and mutton cutlet roll from here. I and my wife both got sick eating those right after few hours. Mutton cutlet roll was stale, so was the samosas. Don’t buy their on the counter snacks cooked by them, you’ll get sick. The packed stuff we buy from them is fine but I will still give them 1 star for being so careless with stale food.

Great place to get all Indian stuff (spices, breakfast preps, snacks, groceries, indian vegetables, curry items, masalas, legumes, groceries, pooja stuff, dry fruits, sauces, idli dosa batter, etc..) Tomatoes and few other vegetables are generally cheaper and better in Krishna store.. Service and staff is great! Recommended place for sure..

All Indian spices, vegetables,seasonal fruits,sweets available here. We visited many times to buy vegetables, freshly fish,chicken,mutton from here. They also have plenty of different cooked food and those are really tasty including samosas, chicken/fish/mutton curry,rice,idlly, medu vara, mutton/fish roll, chowmins, biriyani etc.

New store and pleasant aesthetic and welcome addition to the hight street that also serves some nice Sri Lanka fresh cooked food,which apprarently is brought in every morning . However most of the time either half of the food has run out by mid morning and staff is usually unavailable on the shop floor . …

Good variety of South Asian products but very high prices of everything. Some products are not even labelled and the cashier charges whatever they wish and if you challenge them they call someone on mobile phone and say that's the correct price …

Very expensive. Because it's nearby we visit it but in every visit the items seem to become more and more expensive. Maybe the management can look at reducing the margins of profits so that it gets more support from the community and actually earn more.

The store has a wide variety of all things Indian and great frozen fish. The staff at the store are very helpful and polite. It would be great to have a display at the billing section, for customers to see the amount while each item gets scanned.

Walked into the shop to purchase drink and food.. Counted more than 6 Adults within the shop assume all staff none wearing any face masks, including staff member behind the counter with open food containers on display. Walked out quickly.

Indian Fruits and vegetables are very fresh here especially during Wednesday and Saturday there will be good stock of them. One stop shop for all Indian groceries, meats, vegetables, fruits and freshly cooked food too.

Great location. Good selection of products and very clean. Well organised shop. Due to the location parking is not available easily. But closest one is walnuts hopping centre or high street after 6:30pm free.

We have just finished eating the Friday night vegetarian thali, freshly prepared by Krishna Superstore on Orpington High Street. What a wonderful meal, at such a great price. Very highly recommended!

Very good range of products, mainly Asian but lots of frozen fish, food counter mainly Asian. Butcher on site.....only negative is parking but they do deliver but I've not tried that …

Store with huge range of Indian groceries. Shop open until late evening. No store parking. Finding a street parking close by needs luck . Some products are pricey

While the variety is there, most of the time I've experienced that the price seen on the shelf is not reflected in the bill, pretty much amounting to fraud.

My wife frequently visits this store as it specifically specialises in Asian food which she is ,everything looks great here and very clean store

Just check the expiry date, food quality and price when you buy. There is always someone arguing at the till about one of the above

Everytime I come to Orpington, I get groceries from here. Its got everything you need. And veggies are fresh and of good quality.

Very strong smell. Ramen noodles a year out of date. Followed around like a shop lifter. Did not buy anything which is a shame.
