Extremely bad experience as the owner is quite shrewd and impolite. Fuel management is very bad. They have a pact build up with poonam chambers fuel station where they have their men who make the tank is full when we return the car. I had no idea of this so i got my refueling done at another fuel station and when i reached poonam chambers there i got it filled of rs 2500 only. The owner sent me voice recording of her call with petrol pump boy where he was telling her that tank has not been set to full by customer. The price is too much. They sent estimate of only limited km. Also you will never get refund of your advance in time. The owner sees your messages but does not reply and after multiple reminders she sends refund. In short full of hassle and impolite service. I have chosen other options.

Had hired a self drive Innova Crysta from them . The experience with Krishna Carz right from the initial booking to settlement of caution money was absolutely Brilliant. The car was brand new just about 9k km running so issues about the car at all. But worth mentioning is the human touch. Pick up and drop collection was very smooth Yogesh ji who delivered the Car dot on time is an absolute gentlemen. Sumit ji who helped with the booking and final settlement was also very professional. I would definitely use their cars and have recommended them to my friends. Glad to have found this agency for my future trips where the base would be Nagpur

After a last minute goofup by a leading car rental company , I felt my trip schedule would get affected. Fortunately I called up Krishna Carz from airport and they made a car available in 20 mins. It was clean and the fuel too was kept full at a short notice of 20 mins. The paperwork was fast and I could reach my destination without delay. Had absolutely no issue with the car. The Fasttag was adequately charged. Had no issues with drop-off to airport, billing and refund process. Will definitely go back to Krishna Carz next time I am in Nagpur.

Got a car with 100k kms, 10 different damage spots and worn out tires. After return with a full tank, the guy went out of his way to a fuel station to fill up the car to the brim (instead of auto cut) and charged me 270 for the distance as well as fuel.
