Very bad experience. Booked the second dose covid vaccine, waited in the queue for more than an hour. Even if I mentioned them regarding all these, no use. Finally when I reached for injection, I am told that there is no vaccine available. Not only that the previous day I got a reminder for the vaccine booked there. And it was booked almost two months before. The worst thing was that the staff was quite rude with me when I raised my concern. So I requested for a manager to talk, and there is no manager available to speak to. Then I was told that by evening they should be receiving the vaccine and I will be contacted there and then, for which they took my name and contact number. That was just to keep my mouth shut. It's been almost a week now, no calls from them. In total very bad experience

I had a COVID booster Jab booked and was allowed get my flu jab at the same time, despite them being so busy. This place is great, it sells all sorts and has super helpful staff including the door man, who showed me where to go for the vaccine queue. I thought i was going to be there for a while as it was busy and had just settled down to read my book when i was called before i had a chance to read a word. The whole thing worked like a well oiled machine, a pharmacist called Peter was running the place in an incredibly calm, efficient way, with authority but also a kindly manner and nothing seemed rushed or no one seemed hassled, it just all worked. A very pleasant experience for a vaccine, cannot recommend highly enough. They were also taking 'Walk Ins' while i was there. Lisa

Krystal pharmacy has been the most favourite family run business I very proud to say I love coming to collect my and kids medication and the little extras always has the best house holds products that's every mother needs on hand lol!! They welcome you as part of the family and also the staff are always so friendly amazing on hand with any questions or anything needed medical advice wise... And we also have the best of the best #pharmacist#doc he always there when need to bend a ear with pain or any women issues gotta luv him always on point where sometimes I feel he needs to be my doctors instead lol.. Best pharmacy in the local area! Well staffed by helpful professionals. Prompt filling of prescriptions with easy access to additional services. I required a 24hr BP reading and was advised by my GP that Kristal Pharmacy might be able to fit a cuff more quickly than the practice, which they did without convoluted delays. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, has great interpersonal skills, assessed my individual needs then fedback the results without jargon. Highly recommended!

Went in to pick up a prescription and ended up having my blood pressure taken. Found out from the pharmacist called Peter that they provide a range of services, which is useful to know given the level of demand for GPs right now and the pressure they are under. Also must be said that staff at Krystals always friendly and always helpful. Use your community pharmacy, or lose it.

Kristal Pharmacy is just the best! ALWAYS really helpful staff. It also sells an ASTONISHING array of other things too! Usual chemist type things (soap, shampoo, sunblock, toiletries) as well as home products of all sorts: light bulbs, washing up things, kettles, hats! The list goes on! I LOVE it!

Had a booster vaccine here and there was no queue and went smoothly. However the staff member vaccinating me was quite unsympathetic when I nearly fainted and seemed to view me as an inconvenience. Quick and efficient, but unfriendly service.

One of the best pharmacy's around. The staff are so friendly and nice. They are also so helpful. They order my mum's tablets from the doctor and all I have to do is pick them up. However, they do offer a Delivery service too.

Please keep clear of this chemist easy to get a bus to another chemist...its gone down the pan waited over 30 mins a prescription and STILL NOT GOT IT and at least 5 customers walked in behind me and got served before me

This is the best Pharmacy in South London. Their prices are great!!! And the staff are professional and amazing. As for the Chief pharmacist he knows his stuff!! Will definitely shop here again.

After 22 years I am finally saying goodbye to Kristals. The treatment I have had in the last year including someone else's prescription, is too much. Does anyone know who I write to to complain?
