Please, save your time and energy and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I drove 25 mins to pick up my prescription on my lunch break, and arrived at the pharmacy at 12:30 pm. My prescription was supposedly ready “today, no later than 11:11 AM.” Not only had my prescription yet to be filled, but when asked by the tech when she would be able to have it ready, the pharmacist replied 30 minutes, but “don’t come back before lunch. we go to lunch at 1pm.” I expressed that I was also on my lunch break and needed my medication prior to going back to work. The pharmacist IGNORED ME AND WALKED AWAY. The only blessing here is that she is a pharmacist and not a physician, as she clearly does not take the needs of her “patients” into account whatsoever.

This really is the worst pharmacy in Nashville. Don't even bother. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. You can't get anyone on the phone. They don't return voice mails. They tell you a prescription will be filled in an hour, but when you come back it's nowhere in the system. This happens repeatedly! I send refills online and ask for soonest available and they can't make it happen. When you call, they put you on hold without acknowledging the phone call. Expect to hold for about 10 minutes and then they'll hang up on you. Don't even ask them to transfer a prescription from another Kroger Pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Prescriptions are never on time. Once they ran out of a common medication without telling me, before it was too late to go somewhere else without missing doses. As the final middle finger to me, when I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere they dumped to scripts I had waiting for pickup - again causing me to miss doses.

Theirs inky. ONE lady there that nice that check me out,,other then thst they act like their foung you s favor helping me,,Snd their not nice st all and or very rude,,and always only have one lane to check you out,,and the pharmacy is s joke,,dont even start trying to get your medication there,,all in all this is the worst krogers I've every been too,,

What is wrong with this place?!?! Scripts are sent to a pharmacy and should be automatically filled. Why is it I have to call EVERY SINGLE TIME to remind this incompetent staff that I have a script waiting?! How many doses of my meds have been missed because of them I’ll never be able to count. Do better.

"Karen," the Pharmacist is as rude as she is unhelpful, as demeaning as she is incompetent, and is as poor a manager of her staff as she is condescending and awful. I feel for the techs that have to work under her; she sets the example and is exactly why this pharmacy is such a failure on all levels.

This pharmacy is so overcrowded and understaffed that you may as well not even bother sending your prescriptions here. I’ve stopped by 3 different times in the last week, and each time the line is wrapped around another aisle.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes before someone could even see me and handle my order at 4 p.m. There were 4 people all looking at screens. I've had better service in another country with a language barrier.

Worst pharmacy ever. After six months of using them, It was the worst possible service every single time. If i could give them zero stars, I would.

Friendly staff, who are knowledgeable, quick and kind. Have no problems answering questions about medications.
