Closing the door in the customers face 25 minutes before closing time is absolutely not on. after closing the door in my face they had said nothing afterwards. no telling us if its because there is no money or that they are closed. which would be wrong as it was NOT closing time. what makes it worse was that after standing in a line for about 3 hours, others who came way after me decided to form a new line on the opposite end. what makes it worse is that they were helped first. before those that were here before them. 3 TELLERS ! 3 Tellers and its not because of social distancing, because the tellers were next to each other. the service is absolute nonsense. the way they treat the people even more so. i have every right to be angry.

The Post Office has been closed with no electricity for last few weeks despite saying that its open. When I call there is no answer. There is no notice to say how long this issue will take and while everything is off no one can get their packages even though we get messages to say parcels need to be picked up. I have tried multiple ways to contact the post office with absolutely no response.

Pathetic. Standing in a que of 10 people and 2 staff members who take their absolute time on assisting. Come back early the next day to find the place closed with no trading hours even displayed. Google it and what do you know, it says the place is open. What a joke, I really can't believe the loss of respect and pride for the work you do.

I have been using this post office for about 25years. The staff is amazing and there are two workers that has aged with the post office. They have been working there for as long as I can remember. Over the years I have used this post office for many reasons and they have never disappointed me.

Very bad experience, 3 staff menbers on duty for a busy Saturday morning, with 5 tellers open with no staff. And all 3 staff members is just so relaxed not even trying to work faster to help the rest of the queue that is so long that it's going out the door. Very bad!

Linda Marree went out of her way to help me found my parcel. She went further and tried to help me to reduce taxes. I give her a 200 percent rating. However, the service provided the rest of the personnel was not that good. Hence only four stars for the office.

Things are done relatively quickly and smoothly whenever I'm there. The staff is friendly although sometimes a bit nonchalant which puts me off. The place is clean and seating is available. Definitely not the worst post office in the city.

Poor maintenance,I collected an item here. There were no lights and the card machines were offline too,which is a huge problem for people who don't carry cash. Also many beggars outside.

Although their global shipping status website is always offline they could always help by checking one's address or name for any international packages that may have arrived.

The trading hours are from 8am to 5pm yet they close the doors a full 20min before 5pm this is really bad service from a state owned department.

They were very helpful and friendly and had no trouble trying to assist me with some pedantic and highly detailed obviously noob questions.

Same old story.... if its not privately owned, customer service is non-existent!

Everything happens in slow motion. It is like time stands still. Horrible
