Always they made us wait even we are booked in. And they always posted on social media they are offering so many things on discounts and offers and at the end they overcharged saying “we offered this but you want this.” I visited them for hair colour as I saw they were offering some discounts but they said you want more colour which included more bleach work which doesn’t comes under our offers. But i said oaky if you give me colour as expected I’m happy to pay more. But at the end they were unable to do colour as I expected then they blamed my hair saying you already had colour and so many things. I paid $500 for worst service ever. Last time again when I visited them for eyebrow. They were busy but they still said they can do if I wait like 10minutes. I waited but they literally did my brows in 1minute and ruined my brows shape. Please guys if you are busy don’t say yes you can do and ruined our makeup and hair. Disgusting service and price

30 Oct 2023. What a horrible experience. First, they confirmed my online booking to their Kogarah branch, but they said it's busy there so they ask me to go to Rockdale branch. It was really a hassle. The girl who did my brazilian waxing left a huge wound on me. It was very painful so I keep asking if my skin was bleeding. Clearly she doesnt know what she was doing. In the end, Sugeeta (I think this is the owner) had to take over to finish it. And again, I ask her if I was bleeding because it really painful. They just keep saying no, and keep saying that the skin down there is just sensitive. When I check it at home, I was bleeding and I saw a huge cut on me. I felt terrible. This was not my first experience doing brazilian wax but this was absolutely the worst one. Doesnt even finish the waxing properly, still many hair were left. I just hope I dont get infection as the place is not that really clean as well.

If I could give 0 ratings I would do so. They just ruined my function as I was the host by doing a terrible makeup. The one doing my makeup was ‘self-taught’ and not certified makeup artist. The makeup was all cakey and I looked probably the worst in my life. Never returning to this place again!!! Never!! When I called them if I could get any help as I looked like this and sent them the picture the lady asked me to visit their Ashfield salon while my function was in Rockdale. I mean who in earth suggests something like that? I could see zero accountability from their end and worst customer service!! Complete waste of money and waste of time!!

I just did my hair today no complain with the hair even they always charge me extra for my thick hair but it is also tolerable but today at the end of the treatment I accidentally step on their straightening iron which was on the floor and it wasn’t even my mistake but they want to charged me for that which I wasn’t happy and told them to get my shampoo and mask return so instead they gave me the 300ml of shampoo and mask. Very very very disappointed ☹️ ☹️☹️ Even though it wasn’t my fault they made me feel terrible today.. I felt like I will not go there anymore

Absolutely one of the worse hair salon I’ve ever been to. They for sure don’t know what they are doing. I have a very beautiful and naturally defined curls and asked them for one simple color highlights and they left me with a completely messed up bleached patchy, uneven hair. My curls are so disturbed now and won’t get back to its natural type. Please don’t risk it by going here, instead do proper research and find a better salon. An absolute disgrace in the name of hair stylist, and would take no accountability for their mistake. Ridiculous!!

Allows you to book online, you go there and someone said that they don't have a barber..please go to Kogarah if you want a haircut now..was a bit disappointed and went back. The owner then gave me a call personally apologizing and telling me to come back whenever I can and she would arrange it. That was highly appreciated and I was impressed by the concern shown for a very normal client like me , she could have let me go if she wanted but she didn't. That actually made me happy and that would probably make me her loyal customer. Thank you.

this place is so bad and i hate it so much. i went with high expectations to have my hair cut with a simple trim but ended up with layers!! my hair type doesn’t suit layers and is hard to maintain. I SAID NO LAYERS but this lady gave it to me! THIS IS F UP AND I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!! i hope the lady that did my hair understands what she has done and not do it to any body else. I definitely won’t be going back to this salon due to my horrible experience!

If you haven't had your eyebrows threaded here then you haven't had them threaded! Fast, friendly, professional service and prices that are so affordable you can get your whole face done for the price of just eyebrows somewhere else. Sugeeta did such an amazing job, she created exactly what I had envisioned on myself. Sugeeta and the team are so lovely and professional. Asked for a step cut and this is what I got. Also not only they cut my hair like this, when she finished she asked me if I was going home I said yes then she said there is no point of styling it because you are going home anyway. Amazing value and excellent service. Got my very overgrown eyebrows threaded and they did an amazing job. And they had a special on threading - it only cost $6! Very bad service I took my mom there for threading and some incident happened. Girl who was attending my mum was replaced by probably owner of the shop for there own reason. She was very rough. My mum was in pain. Not very happy with the service. I will never recommend anyone abiut their service.

I recently had a haircut and hair color at Kuncha’s hair and beauty salon, and I'm absolutely in love with the results. Despite, being 2 hours late for an appointment the atmosphere and staffs were welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be returning.

The staff were lovely here, I had a Brazilian i treatment done with a trim and my hair has never been so silky, shiny and healthy. They charge so little compared to other places that quoted me so this is a really great place to try out if you have thick curly hair like I do.
