So, the wife & I were contacted by the team of Elena & Allana to discuss life insurance, as well as to go over my current policies. Here I am thinking I might as well book a dentist appointment the same day just to get all the painful "got-to-breakdown-and-do it things" all merged together same day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have been dealing with Jo Ann here for a few years now, and she is the absolute best! it was a priviledge to have met Ms Olivia Mendoza. She explained in detail my needs as to what insurance i will need to cover my financial liabilities in case my time on earth has come to an end. She offered others that will help me have a peace of mind while saving at the same time. So about 2 weeks ago I noticed my insurance went up and I called them to find why they told me that a minor speeding ticket i got back in April 2018 caused it to go up.And that they will try to find a way to reduce my insurance and that they would email me or call if they could do so but I never got one.. So I called again today and talked with JO ANN GARCIA and she was able to lower my insurance by $215 annually which lowered my payments.
